We bought a TV in February, after one month the TV had a problem with the software update as we were informed it had to be fix it. On 21st of March they came to collect our TV and since then we have no news, just receiving msgs saying that the piece to fix it is out of stock. When we tried to call, after 2 hour on line and 4 times transferred to someone else that couldn't solve our problem. We have the right of replacement, but there's no how to contact anyone from this company!! Horrible, horrible customer service, if we can even say that they have one! Extremely disappointed!!! Just want the product that I bought and paid for!!!
