Absolutely AWFUL experience, customer service is appalling! I ordered a 32 inch TV the tv was delivered and was damaged and not working, box was also damaged. I must have phoned over 50 times, on hold for hours only to be cut off. I tried web chat, 1 person on there told me they had arranged an exchange and that DPD would collect, and that I’d get an email confirmation, but I didn’t so I went back on web chat to query and another person said exchanges can’t be done through web chat so the first person lied. When I got through on phone (miracle) the guy said he arranged a collection and I’d get a time slot via email, same thing I didn’t get any email! So I called DPD direct and they had no collection on their system. All I want is a refund and there is no one on hand, phone just rings for hours then cuts off. I notice all the good reviews are being responded to (so there are customer service people working) I have also email several time’s one email address is no longer in use and the other (team know how) doesn’t reply! Absolute JOKE of a company they will take your money and then send you damaged goods and no response
