Worst Customer Service Ever.
Tv was under 1 year warranty, broke and was returned to store in Sligo, Ireland, in February. It is now May, they never called to say the TV could not be repaired. I had to chase it up by calling several times- calls usually took 2 hours to get through to someone and they either couldn't help, placed me on hold for another hour or hung up. I reached out to them on Facebook, instagram, Twitter. They responded there asking for my details which I gave them, but they never responded. I also wrote a letter to the Sligo store, which got no response. I have called twice a week at least, for the past 3 months and no one can ever help, they just pass it onto someone else. For one phone call I was on hold for 6 hours! Absolutely disgraceful customer service. "Team Knowhow" know absolutely nothing. I was finally given a voucher code, as the TV could not be repaired. The team couldn't tell me how much the code was worth. When trying to redeem code online, it wouldn't work. I feel this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND shopping here. My phone bill from ringing them is extremely high as I was transferred to the UK each time.
