Received faulty laptop. It’s been nearly 4 weeks now and after many hours and days trying I have not been able to speak to anyone to get it replaced. I thought I was safe buying from a big company, how wrong I was. I should have checked all the bad reviews they have before buying. Maybe they should spend less on tv adds and more on customer service. Avoid this company. I have lost over £800 to them and have no way to get it back.
