Absolute disgrace. Ordered a set of headphones to be delivered in 48 hours. Royal Mail returned them to store as they were not addressed properly. 14 days later, still no delivery so official complaint made. Surprise surprise - no reply.
I paid through PayPal so have asked for a refund - NEVER AGAIN
