Been trying to replave a broken coffee machine that I have a care plan on.
3 messages and 6 hours on the phone later and I have have been ignored and hung up on and told that I need to contact manufacturers, even though they are still charging me for the care plan!
The worst thing is I can order a replacement for next day if I'm willing to pay again but they can't send me one on the care plan they continue to charge me for
