Paid Currys for a delivery of a tv on 10th June. It didn't arrive when it was supposed to, for which Currys charged me £20 delivery. On arrival the next day, being disabled, I asked the Currys deliverer to screw it to my existing wall bracket, which would have taken about a minute to do. The reply was "we're not doing it, we've got a full day, but I can take it away". I said "take it away". I then phoned their customer services. They said that they would refund me, and send me an e mail to confirm. The e mail said that no money has been taken. It had. I paid by Paypal 48 hours prior to the non delivery. I see from Trustpilot that this is s fraudulent tactic often used by Curries. I opened a dispute with Paypal on 17th June. To date, I have no TV in lockdown, and no refund from these crooks. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM CURRYS.
