I have taken out insurance on my freezer which has now broken down .
I have been trying to get in touch with the service team for three days by phone and email with no joy.
Up to 1 hour on the phone at a time
to either give up or at times they cut you off.
They say in their automated message that they will prioritise shielding at risk customers. Well if they don’t answer how can they help?
