Delivery Arrived 3 hours earlier than there “window” with 30 mins notice to get carer to arrive to see to the delivery. Left polystyrene on lawn, they stepped on the plug so after 4 hours when it should have been plugged in, (allowing for gas to settle) was left with no working fridge freezer as plug was destroyed. As old appliance was removed, all food was starting to defrost.
They didn’t level the appliance, plug it in to check it was working and damaged the plug so the plug had to be replaced.
The whole experience was extremely stressful for an 80 year old, all while caring for her husband. Customer Services didn’t answer, and online chat said to call an electrician.
