Bought a CoPilot dash cam with rear view camera online. Didn't work, lockdown prevented return to store. Long holds, 2 hours+, on the phone, then disconnected without an answer. Three letters to their Sheffield PO Box unanswered. No from help from store in Derby, needed to call help number which they don't answer.
I've bought big items locally instead (oven, freezer,phone system, PC, dishwasher, if this is the "service" from Currys.
