Ordered an item from them. Never arrived although I received an email saying that it was due to be delivered yesterday. Impossible to track the item with the information I have been provided. They don't have any email address to contact them. Tried calling their customer service number and spent 45 minutes on the line and still cannot get hold of anyone. By the way it is 034 number which meant that I had to pay for that 45 minutes I was on hold.
What a total nightmare. Avoid the company please.
