Been trying to get in touch with some one from currys valet service, to organise a booking to have my oven cleaned.
I have sent several messages, only to be told that they would be in touch within 72 hours. Never heard from them again. I keep trying to book using all the ref numbers they ask for, but now I get no response whatsoever. I have written several times asking for explanation and now trying to get my money back. Currys after sales experience has been appalling. I will be getting all my electrical goods elsewhere in future.
