Poor customer service.
I purchased a new tv that had a fault but when i contacted customer services i had to make numerous calls taking over an hour each call before they finally replaced the faulty tv. the 1st operator didn't even complete the returns form so the process had to be started all over again on the 2nd call. the wait times on the calls are unbelievably long before speaking to an agent. however after all that they did replace the tv and its now working perfectly. will definitely be cautious of using this company again for large purchases.
