Shocking aftercare ! Had a damaged cooker delivered and nobody wanted to take control and sort out my return . After numerous hours on the phone and numerous conversations via social media platforms I got nowhere . I will never step foot in one of these shops or buy online ever again. Thankfully Smeg sorted all my problems after one phone call to their very good customer service department. A 5 star manufacturer dealing with a company I can only describe as a shambles . Quick to take your money but nowhere to be seen when you need service !
