The company is a scam it takes people’s honest money and either sells them faulty/graded products.
When you raise a issue no one can be bothered to sort it out or your repair never happens, your refund never appears.
This company should not be in business.
You just need to look at the Facebook pages to see how many unhappy customer they have.
