I want to be totally honest about my experience but please understand some of the issues I experienced were of my own making. The quality of the work is exceptional. The stones are beautiful and workmanship of the metal is spectacular. I had a few moments of concern because I do not have much experience ordering custom jewelry online and the delays had me starting to wonder about getting taken for my deposit and first half payment. I am very glad to say that I was wrong. In fact as soon as I voiced my concern, my team went above and beyond to explain the delays and reassure me. I will be coming back for all my custom jewelry needs.
