“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“Using CustomMade to recreate a cherished lost piece of jewelry was the best decision ever! With a few blurry photos and rough description, the CustomMade team created a model I was able to review and give feedback on. After several modifications, they made sure the final model was what I wanted before starting the actual piece. I was kept informed about the progress of the project all the way to completion. CustomMade had the most proactive and patient people I've every had the honor of working with. Seeing how amazing the final piece turned out was the icing on the cake. When it arrived and I was able to hold it and see it in person, I'm not ashamed to say I may have cried a little (tears of joy)! Thank you CustomMade!”

“The team was amazing to work with. They were very receptive during every phase of the process, most importantly being the initial "idea" phase where the first concept of the Rings was generated. It was truly amazing to see the ideas in my mind become not only visible on draft, but physical in my hand. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.”

“Heard about Custom Made through a friend who had used them for an engagement ring. I chose them to avoid a lot of the hassle from a brick and mortar jewelry store, but was a little nervous about not being able to see things in person. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy Custom Made’s process is, and how easy they were to work with. I had a general idea of what my finance wanted from pictures she sent me, and Custom Made delivered exactly what we were looking for without any hassle or pushiness to spend more money on things I didn’t ask for. The pricing was fair, and I received weekly updates on where the ring was at in the process from sketches, 3D renderings, to professional photos. The ring may not have a big name jeweler’s mark stamped into it, but it’s exactly what we wanted. Super pleased with the quality and ease of Custom Made and would recommend them to anyone looking for engagement rings”

“I absolutely loved my experience with CustomMade. They were always very efficient with communications and updates which was very reassuring given the time and money going into the project. Even during the time when the ring was being contructed, I got a message about once a week to reassure me thay all was going well. I did have a few issues with the courier delivering the ring, but that was entirely the fault of UPS and in the end, it arrived undamaged, even if it was a little late. Whilst we were designing the ring, CustomMade were very professional and patient with me - I was changing things a lot to reach my desired design and they were always very happy to change it up and send new 3D designs each time. I am so happy with the outcome of the jewellery, and I love that they send a pro shoot and video of the ring before they send it. The ring also arrived with a few things to help with the proposal, like tissues for happy tears, mints, little placards for taking pics, a note card to write some things down, etc. Thank you CustomMade for giving me a beautiful one-of-a-kind ring that I know my [soon to be] fiancé will love!”

“I was initially unsure about the whole “ordering a custom engagement ring online” process, but once I started working with the CustomMade team, all my worries disappeared. From the early sketching stages to the final touches, they were highly professional and quick to address any questions I had, making the decision-making process much easier while also offering thoughtful ideas to complement my own. The final result was an absolutely stunning piece that will be treasured for a lifetime. I’d also like to highlight the support and dedication of Rachel, my project manager, who guided me seamlessly through every step and showed great patience with my changes of mind and concerns. To sum up, I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for the perfect custom engagement ring. I truly can’t think of anything that could have been done better throughout the process.”
