“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I had a fantastic experience working with CustomMade. The rep I worked with was friendly and insightful, and worked to make sure all of my tweaks and ideas for my fiancée's ring were exactly what I was looking for. They took my fiancée's Pinterest as inspiration, in addition to some of the information I gave them, and came up with two fantastic base drawings that we worked off of. Everything was also worked according to my budget! I often see my fiancée staring at her ring, and she loves every bit of it. You've gained an advocate from me!”

“I have used custommade twice now - the first time to create the most amazing bespoke engagement ring, which my fiancé absolutely fell in love with, the process was amazingly simple, supportive and the whole team made me feel at ease from start to finish and then again to produce a matching wedding band to complement the engagement ring. I reside in the UK therefore the idea of sourcing the most important purchase of my life (aside from a house) so far from across the Atlantic could have been daunting but the team went above and beyond for me, even delaying shipping to accommodate my requests. You are listened to throughout the design process, nothing is an inconvenience, the design process is easy to follow, you are talked through every step of the journey, the investment casting process of production is quick considering every item is bespoke and the final outcome is flawless. My partner has been wearing her engagement ring for 4 years now and simply will not take it off. I haven’t received the second piece yet, at my request I had it shipped to a family member as a surprise for my partner on our wedding day but have received feedback that it is perfect! I could not recommend CustomMade enough if you are looking to create something that literally no one else on the planet has.”

“CustomMade was the best decision for getting a ring completing my DBA. Everyone was very patient with me; I changed my vision a couple of times and was very particular about what I wanted for my ring. It was a pleasant experience, the communication was excellent, and the ring was worth every penny! Pictures honestly do not give it justice to how beautiful this ring is. I ended up getting a 14-karat rose gold princess cut ring with diamonds on the sides and my birthstone in the middle. They mailed me a ring sizer for accuracy; however, the six was too big, and the 5.5 was a little snug. The company made it a 5.75, and it fits perfectly. It also comes with a certificate of authenticity, lifetime warranty, itemized receipt, and accent stone warranty paperwork! I have no complaints here! You won't be disappointed if you choose Custom Made. By the way, I'm not one to write reviews, but this company really deserves high praise!”

“I've created a wedding band and a 40th birthday pendant with CustomMade. They are incredible at realizing your vision. With the wedding band, I had ideas, but no solid idea of what I wanted. We went through a couple of renderings until we got it perfect. With the pendant, they knocked it out of the park, first time. Definitely planning to use again for any custom jewelry pieces!”

“The team at Custommade was friendly, professional, transparent, fast, and excellent to work with every step of the way. In the year and a half I have worked with them, there were multiple redesigns, hiccups on my end with sourcing my own gems, and unforseen delays. Every step of the way they were understanding and worked with me to make the rings perfect, no pressure ever for me to get things done. Once the ring was presented to my Finace, and she said yes, she needed it resized and 2 of the gems removed (I thought they were more recessed, 100% on me, not custommade) and I am currently in the process of getting those changes made at no cost to myself and absolutely 0 hassle. They are an incredible team of people who make gorgeous jewlery and I will 100% be recommending them to anyone who will listen!”

“Working with CustomMade was a joy! The amount of care that went into our team was an experience I never had before. They were very clear and communicative the entire way. They were accommodating to our wants and needs, and I was pleasantly surprised at the how well the concept artist fully captured what we described and melded our inspo pics. I was astonished at how our actual rings turned out too, they looked exactly like the concept art! My husband and I are super happy with how everything turned out! We thought getting the rings of our dreams was going to be impossible and outlandishly priced, but I think we found a great medium. For those in Canada, I highly recommend CustomMade for those who can afford it. The tariff bill was quite high (which we knew going into this), but we think it was totally worth it. I also recommend for Canadian users to note that the price is in USD and not Canadian. So, as long as you take these two thing into account you're golden.”

“I provided Custom Made with our company logo but asked to remove part of the text because I only wanted the artwork portion of our logo made into a pendant for an upcoming retiree. My plan is to use this same pendant for all future retirees. Since I had never worked with a company like this before, I had the usual concerns — is this legitimate, will it look how I envision it, what will the quality be? Thankfully, all my worries were completely put to rest. What I especially appreciate is their consistent communication. And by consistent, I don’t mean annoying or overwhelming — rather, in today’s world where companies say they’ll keep you updated but then go silent for weeks or even months, Custom Made was the exact opposite. They kept me informed every step of the way. I truly felt taken care of, like I was shopping at an upscale jewelry store. Of course, there’s always that moment of trust when you provide the final payment, hoping everything will turn out as promised. I was blown away! The necklace exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was impeccable, and the product was absolutely stunning — delivered right on schedule. I will definitely continue to use Custom Made and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a concierge-level experience.”

“Custom Made exceeded all of my expectations and stands out as the best company I’ve ever worked with. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to work within my budget while still crafting the ring of my dreams. Their communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process, and I truly don’t have a single negative thing to say. What impressed me most—and ultimately solidified my trust in them—was their honesty during the production of my wife’s ring. At one point, a gemstone chipped during manufacturing, which caused a delay. Rather than glossing over the issue or leaving me in the dark, they were completely transparent and explained exactly what had happened. Their openness was both refreshing and commendable—especially considering they could have replaced the stone without saying a word, and I likely would never have known. Additionally, Custom Made was incredibly accommodating as I worked through my own timeline. They were patient when I needed to pause the process before placing a deposit, and they remained flexible and supportive every step of the way. Not only did they deliver two stunning rings, but they also did so at a price comparable to—or even better than—what you'd find at major retailers. “Love this company, for their diligent work, and their responsive care throughout the process of custome designing, my class ring. I was utterly speechless regarding how attentive and ready to help me anytime I had questions or revisions. I would highly recommend Custome Made to anyone wanting any type of ring. I already have plans to get another ring. I took my ring to a Jostens rep to see their rings while wear my Custome made ring, and my 10 karat gold ring, with the personalized design, gold finish, amethysts crown, with the four cornered lab diamonds...my joint blew tge Josten rings off the table...the rep inquired about my ring, with amazement...I took it off and let her hold it...she remarked at the weight, thelook, design, and quality craftsmanship...she was an elder, she she gave me the quiet, "if you don't mind, how much did you pay for it question"...I told her, I paid a fair price for a personal treasure...she smiled, as she noticed the 10K stamp on tge inside...needless to say, she marveled at my ring...that was all I needed to know that my Custome Made ring had met the competition and their common familar confidence was crushed by my unique creative Custome Made dominance!”
