“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“Staff were very helpful and super patient! I didn’t know much about rings/terminology which ended up causing some issues for the staff but they didn’t care! Treated me with respect and helped me through the whole process. After each change they show pictures or 3d models of what your ring would look like, which was awesome. And the ring came out exactly like the final model!”

“The whole process of making my vision of an engagement ring was extreamly simple and efficient despite my time deadline and constant changes and tweaks to the design. They stayed in my budget and provided great alternatives. Would highly recommend based on my experience. They even send you a great preview video after it has been made.”

“I loved getting to work with Will, the project manager who helped bring my fiancées dream ring to life! He’s kind and patient and so easy to work with. I’ve been bragging about Custom Made, the whole experience, and how well they take care of their customers to everyone. The ring looks so incredible, it’s flawless, and the inscription I requested on the inside of the ring is absolutely perfect. We both love it so much! I’ll absolutely be coming back to them for my future jewelry dreams!”

“Working with Emily and the team was not only a fun but rewarding experience. They were able to create a story within a piece of art that accommodated our likings. They were very meaningful with every decision and even when I mentioned to them I had a chance to pop the question days before the estimated delivery time, they worked incredibly hard to make sure I had the ring ready for that special moment and I cannot thank them enough for their efforts.
