“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“The process was extremely easy and all of the contributes were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Experts walk you through the entire process and give ample opportunity for questions and feedback on the design of your piece. I worked with Custom Made to design my engagement ring, and was truly given my DREAM ring. The designers and jewelers took my vision and made it into reality, and all with an easy process and reasonable prices! I cannot recommend custom made enough for those looking for jewelers that l reflects your personality and style. I unfortunately can’t provide my own photo since I’m still waiting on the proposal, but not to worry, because Custom Made provides high quality photography of your piece before sending it so you can evaluate the finish and ensure it is perfect! The process developed from designing the ring to delivering it is truly made with the customer in mind.”

“I ordered a custom "Family Crest" ring. My project manager was Rosebud. I could not have been happier with how the ring turned out the customer experience that Rosebud provided (very knowledgeable, very patient, always trying to exceed the customer's expectations. It was above and beyond!”

“CustomMade is awesome. I ordered a sterling silver men’s signet ring. At each step of the process I was sent updates. When the ring was ready for my approval CustomMade sent me 5 photos of my ring from different angles to show a complete view of my ring. I approved the design and the custom making of my ring began. Again I was updated at each stage of the process. When the ring was finished it was shipped to me in a timely manner. The box it was shipped in is as beautiful as the ring. I opened the box and when I saw the ring I loved it. It is beautiful. The CustomMade staff is very easy to deal with, very communicative and responsive and very friendly. They don’t just talk customer service as all companies talk but they walk the walk. I am doubtful that any other company can match the customer service that I received from CustomMade. This company can be described by one word: AWESOME. Kevin Finn”

“I cannot recommend Johnathon enough! From start to finish, he made the entire process of creating the perfect engagement ring an absolute joy. He took the time to listen to all my ideas, understand my partner’s style, and guide me through every step with patience and expertise. The attention to detail was incredible, and he made sure every element—from the diamond cut to the setting—was just right. When I finally saw the finished ring, I was completely blown away. It was everything I had imagined and more, and my partner absolutely adores it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I originally found CustomMade on a Google search. They helped me design a beautiful engagement ring incorporating designs unique to my passions and interests, which included hummingbirds, flowers, and my birthstone. Four years later, my engagement ring has held up beautifully. (It is stronger than my store-bought sapphire and diamond wedding band.) Recently, I had a milestone birthday, so I wanted to treat myself to a cocktail ring that I would adore! I knew who to reach out to. This time I wanted to incorporate Celtic knots, hummingbirds, and a large emerald-cut sapphire stone. It turned out beautifully. I love it and wear it often! The staff were always very quick to respond, informative, and willing to accommodate any adjustments in the editing phase. I would highly recommend them for rings for any occasion!🩷”

“The best experience I could have asked for. My original engagement ring my husband used custommade and loved working with them so for our 5 year anniversary ring, I wanted to use them again and I’m so glad I did. Allison and her team were amazing. So responsive, personable and really listened to what I wanted and were very patient. The ring is gorgeous and is better than I imagined. I’ll be passing each ring down to each ofmy daughters and am so grateful custommade made this possible.”

“Using CustomMade to recreate a cherished lost piece of jewelry was the best decision ever! With a few blurry photos and rough description, the CustomMade team created a model I was able to review and give feedback on. After several modifications, they made sure the final model was what I wanted before starting the actual piece. I was kept informed about the progress of the project all the way to completion. CustomMade had the most proactive and patient people I've every had the honor of working with. Seeing how amazing the final piece turned out was the icing on the cake. When it arrived and I was able to hold it and see it in person, I'm not ashamed to say I may have cried a little (tears of joy)! Thank you CustomMade!”
