“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“The design process was very smooth and efficient. Pauline took time to understand what I wanted and her communication was very clear throughout. I had a deadline and budget I wanted to stick to and she kept that in mind the whole time and advised when we would need to finalise the design in order for custommade to deliver on time and how any changes we discussed would affect the cost. The only thing that could have been better would be if she had warned me about the US tariffs I’d be charged for an overseas order. This added to the cost significantly and I’d have preferred to factor that into my budget in the planning stage rather than being hit with an extra charge before delivery. The quality of the final product was excellent and my wife was very happy with her present.”

“I strongly recommend custom made to anyone looking for their dream ring! I wanted to design my wife's dream ring and they made it happen. I struggled financially due to job loss yet they still remained professional and friendly, even offering to change some aspects to be more cost effective! “I was looking for a special ring for my girlfriend and I stumbled upon this site in Google. I even read some reviews and posts on reddit where people said it was a good service. I started the process, and the project manager was very helpful and attentive. She suggested motivs, helped me choose between gems and ring shapes, and always was there if I had any doubt. I really appreciate how much they are willing to update the design, and they even allow you to send back the finished piece within 30 days for adjustmens, or within 365 days for resizing. I would absolutely recommend this 10/10.”

“I went in search of a signet ring with a design with a coat of arms I could supply. There are dozens of companies competing for this business. After visiting several sites, I came upon Custommade. Their price was competitive, and the reviews stellar -- seeming too good to be true. After I posed many questions, including ones about pricing, and an exchange of messages about design, they offered an initial design based on my coat, and I made requests about some details. Should the helmet be recessed or raised, for example. Their replies were always quick, but left me with questions still. Finally I decided on a 14K gold ring and approved the design. My project was handed over to new people, who explained the production process in great detail. I submitted my 50% deposit, productions proceeded more quickly than I had expected, and shipment was made after my final payment. (I was a little let down when told to pay for California sales taxes, as I had hoped that doing business with a Massachusetts company would free me from those. It was not to be, probably because Custommade does business with Californians. Doing a little searching, I saw that they had calculated the taxes due exactly. Not just state but also local.) My ring arrived in a splendid box a week earlier than I had expected. And it was no surprise as I had been sent many 3D models and high resolution photos of the finished product. So they have lived up to all their promises and their stellar reviews. I would give them six stars if I could. I have already slightly scratched it. That's what you get with 14K, as I had been warned and already knew, :} You don't actually want a signet ring to look brand new. “Custom Made created two custom items for me over the last 12 months--a gold necklace designed in remembrance of my parents; and a sterling silver bracelet for my daughter as a "something new" in rememberance of her dad. Both pieces are beautiful and represent the heart-felt sentiment for which they were created. The Custom Made team was fantastic during both projects-- from jewelry consultant (Chel) to design lead (Aly) to production lead (Janine). Once I received the necklace, I realized that it didn't "lay right" due to the length and build of my collar bone. Custom Made made the adjustment, making my necklace perfect.”

“I had a dream that CustomMade brought to life! I searched many sites before coming across this business. The quality & creativity of the jewelry on the site was far above what I had seen on other pages. The other outstanding feature was the ease and clarity of the ordering/design process with which I was able to create my necklace. The company was transparent about pricing, and was flexible in guiding changes, like metal selection, to reach your spending goals. I was personally contacted within a day or two and every step of the process featured great communication and timelines. This was one of the best ordering processes I have experienced, and, I realize I’m burying the lead here, the final product is absolutely gorgeous! The necklace arrived, carefully packaged and before the original deadline. This is a very personal Christmas gift, and I cannot wait to give it to my Mother, I know that she will love it!”

“I knew I wanted to make a custom ring to propose to my girlfriend with and found CustomMade. After browsing their site and looking at some of their other creations, I had an idea in mind and got the process started on my engagement project. After a bit of time, I was reached out to with some comparison rings that matched what I was looking for in regards to price and type. After giving the okay, Abby reached out to me and we began the process of designing my custom ring. The process was amazing and the CustomMade team kept in touch and made sure I was comfortable at every step of the process. When the actual ring arrived, it was more beautiful than I could ever have hoped and it is truly one of a kind. The whole experience was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!”

“This was a wedding present to my brother and it landed perfectly. It was the talk of the wedding and I was really happy with the finished product. The end to end service was really great - fast communication and dedicated responses. It was also great to receive the 3D renders to get a feel for what the finished product would look like and I appreciate the effort into producing multiple renders to help me with my decision.”
