“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“WOW! We could not be happier with our overall experience with CustomMade, and the incredible end product! Sama, Simra, and Meg were incredible to work with from start to finish. This truly one-of-a-kind custom engagement ring would not be possible without their guidance and understanding of my vision including a family heirloom stone, incorporating all the fine details, exceeding all our wants and needs that truly made a dream ring a reality - all within budget! “My experience working and designing my engagement and wedding ring was amazing! Staff has always kept me in the loop and updated with the process of my rings. Even when I pushed up the date I needed the rings and there was a incident with my gemstone (it was Moss Agate, very hard stone to work with) still managed to get my rings made and delivered me ahead of the updated schedule, and thanks to Custommade even though I'm in the military I was able to make time to propose and marry the love of my life. So from me to the people at Custommade personally, Thank you and I hope you keep changing peoples lives for the better just like you did for me”

“I had a really great experience with CustomMade. I was assigned an individual project manager who was very thorough with all the details of my engagement ring. The process was very easy and was completed quickly. I was a little unsure of exactly how I wanted the ring to look and the project manager helped guide me to make all the details perfect. The ring packaging was extremely impressive and included all the paperwork to go with the ring. There were also some other nice bonuses in the box that I wasn't expecting. The ring looks amazing in person and is great quality. Couldn't recommend CustomMade enough!”

“I had a great experience with Custom Made Jewelers. Maya helped me from start to finish and made the whole process really easy. She was patient with all my questions and walked me through everything step by step. They also did a really good job of making the ring feel personal. They took the time to ask about my fiancée’s preferences and made sure all the little details were right. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything, which I really appreciated. The ring came out absolutely beautiful and better than I could’ve hoped for. Maya and everyone at Custom Made Jewelers did an awesome job, and I’m really glad I chose them for something this important. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a custom piece!”

“I had a fantastic experience with this jeweler, from basic concept to finished custom product. My assigned designer was patient, professional, helpful, and responsive. The entire process, from my original idea and crude design to the finished product that arrived in an impressive and attractive presentation box approximately 14 weeks later was smooth. I wasn't in a rush, and the entire project could have been done faster, no doubt. But CustomMade worked at my pace. I was extremely pleased with the result: a personal, symbolic, two-toned gold cast pendant with a meaningful message engraved on the back that is both timeless and extremely meaningful. I wear it daily now in place of a cross and another custom pendant I had made years ago. The price was fair, and the quality and value were first-class. I recommend this jeweler and its convenient online process without hesitation.”

“I had a wonderful experience designing my fiancé’s wedding ring through custom made. I was able to share my vision and still receive something I was happy with that also fit within my budget. I would absolutely recommend custom made for anyone wanting a custom engagement/wedding ring. They were so helpful and even allowed me to put my project on pause until I was able to begin making payments towards it. I am very very happy that I chose to entrust Custom Made with such an important and special project!”
