“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I had a great experience with Custom Made Jewelers. Maya helped me from start to finish and made the whole process really easy. She was patient with all my questions and walked me through everything step by step. They also did a really good job of making the ring feel personal. They took the time to ask about my fiancée’s preferences and made sure all the little details were right. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything, which I really appreciated. The ring came out absolutely beautiful and better than I could’ve hoped for. Maya and everyone at Custom Made Jewelers did an awesome job, and I’m really glad I chose them for something this important. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a custom piece!”

“I had a fantastic experience with this jeweler, from basic concept to finished custom product. My assigned designer was patient, professional, helpful, and responsive. The entire process, from my original idea and crude design to the finished product that arrived in an impressive and attractive presentation box approximately 14 weeks later was smooth. I wasn't in a rush, and the entire project could have been done faster, no doubt. But CustomMade worked at my pace. I was extremely pleased with the result: a personal, symbolic, two-toned gold cast pendant with a meaningful message engraved on the back that is both timeless and extremely meaningful. I wear it daily now in place of a cross and another custom pendant I had made years ago. The price was fair, and the quality and value were first-class. I recommend this jeweler and its convenient online process without hesitation.”

“I had a wonderful experience designing my fiancé’s wedding ring through custom made. I was able to share my vision and still receive something I was happy with that also fit within my budget. I would absolutely recommend custom made for anyone wanting a custom engagement/wedding ring. They were so helpful and even allowed me to put my project on pause until I was able to begin making payments towards it. I am very very happy that I chose to entrust Custom Made with such an important and special project!”

“Overall I had a very good experience with CustomMade. I want to preface this next bit with - I’m happy and I have no regrets about choosing CustomMade to make my piece. The only issue I would say I had is one revolving around initiative. There were a couple of slight delays with the piece I commissioned and I had to be the one to inquire as to the nature of the delay and the updated expected delivery time. Anytime custom work is being done in any industry, there is the possibility of delays to the customer. As someone who works in an industry that does that as well, I understand the importance of getting ahead of delays and explaining why and how long they are. That being said - if this is my only complaint with an online custom jewelry company, things are pretty great. I find myself casually looking at the piece. It’s as close to what I envisioned as possible. I have a few pieces in my mind that I’ve been milling about for a few years now and CustomMade is definitely on my short list of who will make them.”

“I had a wonderful experience with CustomMade. I worked with Katy, who was wonderful and helped with all the tweaks and changes that I made throughout the process. In total, the process took just over 2 months for me, which I thought was very quick. Katy was also super friendly and easy to work with, and there was no pressure at any step to continue; it was made very clear that if I didn't like something or if I wanted to try something else, I could always go back. Overall, I loved the process, and I enjoyed creating something that I know the love of my life will truly enjoy and appreciate.”
