“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I was so happy with the custom signet ring Custom Made created for me. Everything I asked for, they did perfectly. The digital renderings they made before hand gave me a clear picture of what it was going to look like and the ring looked exactly like the renderings. I was actually surprised at how perfectly it matched what I imagined. Thank you Custom Made. I have been showing the ring off to everyone.”

“It was a dream process from the beginning. Jamie and the whole team made myself and my fiancee feel so comfortable and answered all our questions. We didn't have an exact vision of what we wanted but somehow the ring we got was exactly what we were looking for! Can't recommend them enough from beginning to end! The packaging the ring also came in makes everything so special as well. Will be going to them for any other future projects!”

“This is my third custom jewelry purchase from Custom Made, and once again they have exceeded my expectations. My first project was a custom engagement ring and wedding band, and I was so impressed with the experience and the final result that I’ve continued working with them to create additional pieces that complement and build on the original design. What I appreciate most is how involved I get to be throughout the entire process. They take my ideas and turn them into sketches and detailed 3D renderings, allowing me to see the design come to life and make adjustments along the way. “Loved the experience! Everything from the game planning, the quick change around, the delivery. I was afraid that my gf wouldve saw the box come in since the mailman delivered to the door but luckily it was pretty discreet. “It has been incredible working with Custom Made on my fiance's ring. You are given very helpful advice all the way through and it is an absolute joy working with the designers to make the perfect ring. Due to health related issues, I took my time designing the ring but Ryn was fantastic and helped with every step of that journey. No tweak, no question, no query was too much. The team were always honest and the prices, I found, were very reasonable. Shipping was also a very good experience, which was a nice surprise. Usually I have found couriers to be a nightmare in the UK but Custom Made used UPS and everything was insured. I was really nervous about the ring coming from overseas but I had constant updates from UPS and it took only a few days. They made paying the customs cost very easy as well. The quality of the ring itself is incredible. You get to choose everything about the design. I went with a white gold band and blue sapphire stone. The ring is inspired by pirates and the sea so is shaped like kraken arms. Two skulls shoulder the stone. Their eyes are diamonds. It's perfect. I assume that no request is too much to design, and I have no doubt the designers would come up with somehting spectacular. Packaging was a delight too! But I won't spoil anything there, it was a really nice surprise though and everything felt safely packaged. The ring box is VERY standard though, so I swapped mine out for a little wooden treasure chest I bought seperately through a different site. I'm not sure if Custom Made do different ring boxes, but it would have been nice to have seen their options once the ring was complete. I didn't pay anything until I was happy with the design and was personally able to move forward with the ring. I never felt pushed into more expensive options and was always given cheaper options too. I asked tonnes of questions about metal and stone types and was always given helpful answers. It was a great experience! 10/10”

“Phenomenal service and product, I couldn’t have asked for a better process. My project manager Sarah was super helpful, I needed it sooner than they promised, so I paid a little extra rush fee and they got it to me right on time for my trip. They even send a box with cute little cards for pictures, a polishing rag, documents of authenticity, warranties, and more. Super easy to edit anything you want, they’re extremely clear and kind communicating any details. Could not recommend enough, already have to many people”

“Utterly fantastic service. I worked with my own project manager and she was excellent. Very receptive to changes, incredible understanding of what I may want for my partner based on the brief and insight I gave. I worked with her for several months to design the perfect ring. And frankly, it came out better than I could have imagined. She worked with me on delivery, design, production. She was very prompt in terms of getting back to me (I had a tight deadline) - I couldn't recommend them enough. Don't buy a ring from a store that anyone could have. Get your special person something special!!!”

“I recently was in the market for a custom ring. I searched the net and spoke with a couple of companies but decided to go with CustomMade. You ask why? Well they have great customer service and interact with you throughout the entire design process and manufactoring and delivery. Plus they have a great warranty and garrenty!!! My design consultant helped a lot with design recommendation and practical expectations, for which I'm greatful for. I say if you have an idea for a send it to them, pay the small cad/design and and build your deam jewelery.”
