“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“My wife and I are exceedingly happy with our piece. After many attempts to make an engagement ring at other mainline stores (all ultimately disappointing, expensive, low craftsmanship, and broken timelines), I can safely say that CustomMade puts them all to shame. The process was easy, exciting, and the craftsmanship is out of this world. CustomMade nailed it, 102%! They've got a customer for life!”

“I had a vision of creating a custom logo pendant to present to the President and founder of our non-profit nursing organization to present at our 5 year anniversary that coincides with our first statewide convention. After researching several companies online and reading numerous reviews, I decided to contact CustomMade. From the very beginning, their customer service and support were truly top-notch. I had unlimited, direct access to my customer representative, Pauline, who kept me informed every step of the way. It was clear from the start that their priority was helping me create the perfect piece I had envisioned. They were incredibly patient and supportive while I raised funds to ensure the highest quality price for our founder with the funds collected. Prior to production, CustomMade provided detailed 3D renderings, and once the piece was completed, they sent photos and a video of the actual pendant. We also chose to have it engraved on the back, and Pauline handled every detail seamlessly. To my delight, the pendant arrived even earlier than expected. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend CustomMade ~ if you can dream it, they can create a masterful, top quality piece!”

“It is not easy to start the process of finding the right engagement ring, so much thought and nerves go into the process that it can be to figure out where to even start. I'm INCREDIBLY thankful that I found Custom Made and chose to go with them, they made the process easier and seamless. Big shout out to my project manager, Colin, he was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Colin answered any and all questions I had, helped me get a ring that was EXACTLY what I was looking for, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. If Colin is the type of employee Custom Made has, please rest assured that you will be taken care of. Thank you for all the help Colin, she loved the ring! “Hello, I liked the process but ended up being very very expensive in my opinion for what I received. Tiny tiny charms for about $800. That’s a lot! I didn’t want to write a review because after seeing how truly small they were - I felt like they should have been at least $50-75 dollars less expensive each. I do understand the cost of materials and labor but still, that’s quite a markup. So it was fun and the resulted items are good - I wouldn’t do it again or recommend 2/2 just the cost. Thank you! ST”

“Custom Made was willing to work with me every step o fthe way, from costs, to design, to design ideas, and even iterated on the product. No extra money was asked for in return for iteration and they were extremely quick on iteration. Rings were shipped quickly and finished quickly as well. Additionally, great care was given to my given budget, and the outcome desired for the set. Our liason was also more than kind and helpful.”

“This experience far exceeded my expectations. First the ability to craft your own vision is amazing. The staff was very responsive and friendly. The price point beats any local jewelry store chain . And the final product was delivers and was exactly what I wanted .the experience is extremely interactive and as a customer was the creator and the client all in 1 . 10/10 I have already passed this recommendation to all of my friends.”

“These people at CustomMade are on a different level. Their professionism alone is enough to leave a 5 star, the project went very well. The price was insainly reasonable in my opinion, you cant find a better deal for what you get. The beginning til the end, the team of people i dealt with were all above and beyond polite and helpful. I cant say enough about the team of individuals they have working for them. I got an engagement ring and a matching band for my now, fiancee. I have never seen anything like it, birthed from nothing but thought and love, this team built me something i can confidently say was only a dream until i met them. With the help of there design and production team, that idea turned into a ring to symbolize the bond we will forever share. Thats something money cant buy. Its a no brainer for me, use this company, you will NOT be disappointed.”

“Everything is perfect. My fiancé and I are beyond happy with the final product. The detail and quality are exceptional and the center stone is stunning! The packaging was thoughtful and I was super excited throughout the unboxing of the ring. However, my one complaint would be that at times the communication took longer than I would have liked. I do understand that there are a multitude of orders and customers, but it would sometimes take days for a response from my project manager. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and with the ring that came out of it. The custom details made the ring a lot more sentimental and valuable to my fiancé and I. Thank you!”
