“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“We're a returning customer and will return again because of your high-quality service. We appreciate the patience afforded by our project manager and designer (the same designed that worked on our engagement ring 5 years ago!) when working with us on many design iterations, changes of mind, and questions that went nowhere. We further appreciate you taking our questions seriously post-fab (first round), which led to the discovery of us using the wrong metal alloy, and subsequently took care of the fix. The outcome is not just a ring, but a very happy and fulfilling creative experience. This is not another ring bought at the mall!”

“I wanted to create a truly special ring for my now-fiancée, so I worked on a preliminary sketch with my buddy Max, otherwise known as ChatGPT. He was actually the one who told me that a company like CustomMade could turn the idea into a real ring. I’ll be honest: I had never even heard of CustomMade. When I first visited their website, some of the rings in the photos weren’t really my taste. But I quickly realized that was the whole point. They weren’t showcasing one particular house style. They were showing completely different visions created for completely different people. The reviews were fantastic, so I decided to trust the process. I’m very glad I did because they executed my vision flawlessly. From the platinum cathedral setting and blue sapphire to the blue zircons, hidden Mickey detail, and personal engraving, the finished ring was exactly what I had imagined. They began with sketches, developed a detailed 3D model, and then sent professional photos and a video of the completed ring before shipping it. Watching the idea come to life at each stage was genuinely exciting. My project manager, Megan, was wonderful throughout the entire process. She communicated quickly, answered every question, and made something incredibly detailed feel remarkably easy. Most importantly, my fiancée said yes, and she absolutely loves the ring!! The entire experience was outstanding. If you have a personal vision and want someone who can actually bring it to life, I would recommend CustomMade without hesitation.”

“Rachel, who was assigned to me, was very helpful, very patient, and allowed me to change my mind. She gave great suggestions and overall did a fantastic job. I was also very surprised by the box that the ring came in, and all the extra stuff that was put in there. I was definitely not expecting that fantastic job all around!”

“I had a custom mother's necklace made for my wife. The entire process with custom made was very pleasant. The representative I worked with, Carol, was very helpful. I gave them my criteria for what I was wanting and they sent me a couple of designs. I went with a 2 chain design. I paid a small deposit to get the design to the 3d stage and finalize the design. They gave me plenty of options for birthstone colors, I didn't know that a lot of months had 2 different birthstones. After the 3d design, I paid 50% of the cost and they began making my jewelry. When it was done, the Sent me photos of the piece and once I did the remaining balance, they shipped my jewelry to my house. The delivery required a signer at my end which I greatly appreciated. The moment my wife looked at her new necklace I knew it was perfect. The only thing that wasn't exactly as planned was the delivery. It was delayed, but that was more on UPS than Custom Made. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had in getting jewelry for my wife, and it was the first time I have ever seen her cry from receiving jewelry. What is even better, we just found out that we have another baby on the way and will be having Custom Made add another setting and stone to the piece. I dont think I will ever go to a commercial jewelry store again.”

“Madison worked with me over the course of three months to ensure my vision for an engagement ring came to life. No nonsense timelines and transparent pricing kept me as engaged as the gorgeous sketches and graphics of the ring at every step of the design process. I appreciated how I was able to work with one consultant the whole time, I never had to re-explain my visn to a new person. The production process was a quick and agonizing stage of waiting that was made worth it by quality photos of the finished product, and the insured shipping standard made me feel safe shipping it to my parents house to keep it absolutely top secret. Madison was so helpful during the whole process, I actually came in well under budget so I asked her if we could make a pair of matching earrings as well! I have worked with other custom jewelry companies before, and Custome Made blew them out of the water. It goes without saying I would use their services again.”

“Custom-made was very intricate and methodical throughout the entire process. They took the time to confirm every detail and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it before moving on to the next step. Their communication was solid, and I was never left out of the loop! When I finally received my ring, I found the packaging charming and very well thought out. Not only did it contain my ring, but it also included a proposal survival kit! It was such a cute and thoughtful addition and definitely a fun option to have!”
