“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I was extremely skeptical at first when it came to working with an online company for designing the perfect engagement ring for my partner. However, everyone that I worked with through the process was extremely helpful in getting me what I wanted. The two reps I worked with were very good about translating the ideas I had into tangible designs and also giving suggestions for design aspects that I wasn’t sure on! Anytime I disliked something or wanted to change something during the design process the team was super receptive and asked lots of questions to ensure I was getting what I was looking for. I think many of the bad reviews that I saw may have just had issues describing what they wanted to their designers because I normally got exactly what I was looking for as long as I was descriptive. Another thing I was skeptical about was the quality of the product but I was VERY happily surprised when I received the ring in the mail and saw how truly beautiful it was. They sent me photos prior to shipping the product out to me and when I had a question about something that looked off in one of the photos I received a beautiful follow up video of the ring to ensure that everything looked how I wanted it to. The ring itself is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. My opinion on the whole process that as long as you are open, honest, and not afraid to tell them what you dislike and like about the designs you will end up with the exact design you are imagining in your head. Shipping process was also really great! I was not able to receive the ring at my home for a few reasons - one being that I would be working during normal delivery hours and that I live with my spouse would I am proposing to and am trying to keep the details of the proposal as under wraps as possible. They were super helpful with answering my questions about the options of where I could ship the ring. I decided in the end to have it shipped to the UPS store but overall the shipping process was smooth and very quick. Only 3 business days! My overall experience with custommade was, honestly, super pleasant and I came out of the whole thing with a beautiful engagement ring. I can’t wait to come back to them after my proposal (where she hopefully says yes) to also design our custom wedding bands.”

“I had the greatest experience with Emily helping me make my NOW fiancee engagement ring. It came out so perfect and she loves it so much, she tells me alot that's its perfect and she couldn't believe it captured everything she wanted in one. It was a great experience just making an idea a reality. I've recommend you guys to alot of my friends and told them how much of a good experience I had with you guys and your team and that its totally worth it and they agree and the rings you guys making are astonishing . I dont got the engagement photos yet but we took some ill share. I even got my daughter a necklace to match her moms ring. Im forever grateful and we cannot wait to make the wedding band with you guys and my own as well.thank you from the bottom of My heart.”

“I don’t even know where to start. I had been trying to come to an understanding about what my fiancé (she said yes!) likes in a ring. It was a little bit of a dance because I didn’t want to give the whole game away. Of course she knew what I was asking immediately and we started an open conversation about what she values. She sent me several pictures as examples of rings-ideas and concepts that she’s drawn to I started searching around town (Eugene, OR) and online for just the ring, the perfect ring for her. Then I searched the internet. I simply wasn’t able to find any ring that was even close to what I envisioned. I finally found CustomMade. I was just doom scrolling jewelry sites but I swear to the lord above this was the absolute jackpot. I contacted them and went through the process of uploading some photos of rings I knew my fiancé likes. I swear I’m not trying to draw this story out, just highlight how important they have been. My liaison was Emily. I dealt exclusively with her. She was sunny, positive, incredibly responsive, consistent and helpful throughout EVERY STEP. I can’t stress enough how positive and productive the entire experience from start to finish was. The design team immediately came up with ideas based on my explanation of what I envisioned and the pictures I submitted…and they blew me away. They provided initial sketches of possible directions to take and one was obviously the ONE. I was able to exchange ideas over as much time was needed and there was never A HINT of impatience from Emily or the team. It was right when it was RIGHT, and that was all they wanted as well. I can’t stress enough how much I felt seen and heard as a client but also a complete novice. Of course what’s ultimately important is how the ring turned out. The absolute most quality, beautiful and impressive ring is what I saw. I literally cannot believe what. Monumentally good choice I made to go down this unknown pathway of the internet. I know I’m sounding implausibly confident. I highly encourage you to reach out to me so that I can tell you personally how much they changed my life. I got exactly what I set out to get for my soulmate. What else is there? The gems, the bands, the craftsmanship, the experience has been world class. No cap. “I started my project back in April 2024 and just received the final ring a little over a year later. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I worked with Emily throughout the process, and she was incredibly patient, helpful, and supportive at every step. The whole experience moved at a pace that felt natural, and I always felt like I was in good hands. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful and even better than how I envisioned it. The green sapphires complement the design perfectly, the moissanite sparkles brilliantly, and the overall craftsmanship is outstanding. What I appreciated most was how CustomMade took my ideas and turned them into something real and meaningful. I can say with confidence that my fiancée-to-be is going to love it. “Emily was an absolute joy to work with! She responded timely, was very proactive in the process, ready to help and adapt when I changed my mind, and was overall kind with everything! The ring came in just as pictured. The packaging came in a cute little box with a bunch of accessories and words of encouragement too! Not just a custom ring, but a custom experience that was incredibly fun!”

“The customer service and one on one interactions with this company is top notch. They do everything in their power to make sure you get the ring you want. I came to this site with an idea for a ring and they made it into something absolutely incredible. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring. She can’t stop talking about it. I couldn’t recommend this site more to any guy who is looking to make something amazing for their future wife. I’m gonna be recommending this site to all my brothers and friends. Don’t worry if you know nothing about rings because the folks here are committed to giving you all the cards to make the best informed decisions for your ring because this may be the most important ring you’ll ever buy!
