“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“Stephanie was amazing! She helped me create the most beautiful ring ever, and she made sure I got it in time for a trip I planned with short notice. I’m engaged now, and she even shared my excitement! Made me feel so taken care of. I never anticipated this experience being so pleasant and seamless! “Me and my, now, fiancé got our entire set from Custom Made. While I was initially hesitant, their thorough process and overall professionalism was very reassuring. By thorough process, I enjoyed our representative help in designing the custom ring my fiancé now wears. In this process, we made sure every detail was exact, and I was not the easiest of projects. We went through a couple renders and it was very easy to get the changes we desired made. I couldn’t be happier, thank you Perris!”

“Very straightforward and smooth experience, and I was able to design a ring with more than I was expecting within my budget range. It arrived quickly and without issue, and when my fiancé wanted to tweak the design of the wedding band, they took care of it without any complaints. The staff is friendly and encouraging throughout the whole process.”

“Emily was a great project manager, always answering my questions promptly. Always willing to give her opinions on any changes I suggested / asked about. I doubt that it will be a yes when I propse, were simply not in the right place for it. But given who she is, and that it suits her so perfectly, I know she'll cherish it as long and as much as I cherish her.”

“I was so impressed by their speed and professionalism. I filled out their questionnaire (which also helped me sort out my preferences among an overwhelming amount of options from a google search) and we got a project started in record time. They made sure to get my approval at every step of the way, and everything from the sketch to the gem shopping to the design happened exactly on time, exactly the way they said it would happen, and the bridal set I got with them looked exactly as it did in the sketches and 3D models. It's perfect. I couldn't recommend them more.”

“I told them what I was looking for, and they led me to that item as a custom-made product. They hit the nail on the head and produced the item I wanted.
