“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“They had excellent service always offering help with exactly what I needed and delivered the piece I, and my soon to be fiance, desired. Prices were reasonable for the service the only high costs were because the market is bad. Always speedy with responses as well and helpful when unsure of what to do with multiple options of what the ring could look like in the most minutiae of detail.”

“I have had two pieces made from Custom Made and both experiences have been phenomenal. The team is so wonderful and makes the process of creating a piece so much fun. Everyone I have worked with has taken so much time and care to get everything exactly right and both of my pieces have come out perfect and of absolutely top notch quality. “I was very impressed with both the final product and the process itself. I was kept in the loop as to what the stage was, provided photo's of both the generated look and the finished look after approval, and it looks fantastic. “They were responsive to my questions and gave me tons of options based on what i was unsure/sure about. They gave me so many design types when i wanted a sun moon and star but wasn’t exactly sure what i wanted them to look like. They also made me two rings that go together well but aren’t identical so we can both wear engagement rings!”

“My experience was amazing. The company worked with me to the very last detail. My project manger Vanessa helped me through one of the biggest milestones in my life with great care and was very flexible with my budget. The quality of the ring was amazing and my fiancé loved it. Not to mention the box the ring came in was an entire kit for the proposal. I didn’t expect it and it was an amazing touch to receive with the ring. Overall I highly recommend this company.”

“I was very Skeptical at first HOWEVER I could not be any happier!! My project manager Caroline was the absolute best! The quick responses and conversations made it feel effortless and as if I was talking to a friend! She made me feel safe and helped me through all the decisions! An engagement ring or any piece of jewelry is such a sentimental thing and she made it EXACTLY like I envisioned! 11/10 stars and will come back here any time I need something in the future!”

“Overall an amazing experience. Only complaint is that it took about 2-4 business days to gat back to me If I messaged them and it's hard to find the message portal as I do have to scroll through all my emails to find this specific email to create a new message. Other than that they were very kind helpful and the ring is amazing. Fiance is very happy we can send back for small adjustments and ring sizing for free in the first 30 days. I'll also be using this company for my own ring”
