“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“This was the best experience. I wanted my engagement ring remade into a better quality ring and the team was able to take what I had and improve it to make sure this piece will last a lifetime. From the timely communication to helping me make the most informed decision while staying within the budget I had set. Cannot thank the team enough for turning my dream piece into a reality. I know you market as engagement rings however if I ever needed another piece made I would definitely reach out just to see how possible it would be!”

“Indescribable. I cannot even explain what it felt like to hold in my hands what once was only an image in my mind. As if that's not enough, the quality is fantastic. “my experience with custommade was excellent. i was unsure how i felt designing a ring online and how the process would work but once i started communicating with them it was the easiest and most wonderful experience to go through. i was able to change my design up multiple times and the whole process i was kept in the loop. i would recommend to anyone! family and friends!”

“I found an uncommon design and I sent a picture. They replicated the design perfectly and completed the product ahead of schedule. Through no fault of theirs the size was off but they arranged to fix that. I am very satisfied with their work. They were very professional throughout the whole experience”

“I purchased a custom made retirement ring depicting my 56 years of aircraft maintenance experiance. I am amazed at the quality of the ease of designing, craftmanship, and personal attention given to me by Pauline E. Jewelry Project Manager. She stayed with me through every step of the project. Correspondence was immediate and painless. When I recieved the ring i had a couple minor issues that needed to be resolved. Pauline gave me everything i needed to send the ring back to fix the issues. Absolutely no hastle and extremely prompt. Customer service is the best I have ever experianced. I will order from Custome Made in the future. Thank you Pauline for your awesome support.”

“After working with anohter company to customize one of their standard offerings, I got frustrated with them trying to tell me what I should want. Custom Made started with a description of what zi wanted along with a couple photos of rings that I liked. I got a quick response from Custom Made and Lexi stepped in to guide me through the process. She was awesome to work with and very patient since I can become a bit particular with such a big investment. The designers went as far as to present me with several designs to choose from since I was undecided on how many side stones I wanted. In the end I got an awesome design, which met all of my needs...and most importantly my wife loved it!”

“The customer service with Custom Made was absolutely spectacular! I had cuff links made for my boyfriend. We used to have a chow chow dog and we love him endlessly! So the cuff links were an exact replica of the photos I sent to Custom Made. They are gorgeous! I could not possibly be happier with my experience! They were expeditious, friendly, and the attention to detail was truly phenomenal! I highly recommend!”
