“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I would like to write a very positive review of my experience dealing with CustomMade in obtaining my custom signet Ring. Brian my Project Manager was outstanding. He helped me with the many changes and details so I was able to obtain exactly what I wanted. You would not go wrong by deciding to choose them for your custom ring. The are very detail focused and a pleasure to work with.”

“Custom Made was extremely helpful. Mikha was always very responsive and helpful with our questions. While I was initially nervous about making a purchase like this online they made the process seamless and ensured we knew what was happening during every step of the project. They made the perfect ring for my fiance and he loves it! They took his fairly ambiguous request and created his ideal ring. Shipping was easy and fast. “I first started working with CustomMade Jewelers about close to eight years ago and during that time I didn't know what to expect. I've went to online sites like Etsy to have my family crest ring made prior to working with CustomMade Jewelers; the experience with the Etsy Seller was horrible: she used sub-par quality metal to make the ring and as a result, upon wearing it, my ring finger took on a rash due to irritation. When I came to CustomMade Jewelers the experience was very different: the staffs were professional, communication was expedient, the ring was made of quality metal and with good craftsmanship. During the course of 8 years about three versions of my family crest ring was made and I'm happy with every one of them. Thank you, CustomMade Jewelers, for your professionalism, craftsmanship, and hardwork throughout these years.”

“Process for my custom ring was smooth and easy. I already had an idea of what I was going for, and the experts were able to nail it along with needed practical adjustments for stability. End product was a 10/10, ring looked unique and well crafted. Working with a personal project manager was very pleasant. She gave great input and was an efficient point of contact to the designers. She was able to relay my idea to them and gradually make it come to life. Price wise, I feel a lot of markup was involved to push it toward the budget if the true cost+labor was lower than the budget. I didn't mind paying it because the budget was still met and the product looked amazing. A tip: Look up the stone characteristics on Calavera New York to get the true price and either price match or get a higher quality stone for the quoted price”
