“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I didn't want generic, remakes, or "classical" when getting a ring for someone who is neither of those things. I wanted custom and unique, and had NO IDEA where to start. Saw an ad, decided to give it a try. Their questionnaire was easy and felt robust. Their staff, all around, were incredibly helpful and polite. I have the product in hand in less than 3 months. Packaging is incredibly well built and designed, the ring turned out INCREDIBLE, and they worked with me on shipping to be discrete. Very, VERY satisfied, and the price feels right. I don't feel like I was overcharged for what I got. I know she is gonna love it!”

“I had a concept in my head for an engagement ring that incorporated Celtic elements, both our birth stones, and engraving but could not find what I was looking for. CustomMade took my written ideas and a few snipped example pictures for the elements, and turned that into a sketch that was almost perfect the very first try. They worked with me to make it exactly what I had in my head, and we turned that sketch into renders and then into a real ring that is truly one of a kind! This is truly old world service with new technology in the modern era. The rings, a bridal set, turned out amazing! Thank you.”

“I had a great experience creating an engagement ring and it was a seamless process with the help of Collin! Everything aspect was very professional and efficient. 10/10 all the way around! However, for any potential future customers who might be reading this... be careful of the digital ads that can make their way into your algorithm. I've had multiple instances watching youtube videos with my girlfriend and had these Custom Made ads pop up while in the process of creating the ring... fortunately, I don't think she was really paying much attention lol.
