“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“The entire experience working with CustomMade on Alanna's engagement ring was exceptional from start to finish. The team was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, keeping me updated at every stage of production. The communication was clear and timely, which made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. I particularly appreciated the detailed updates and the opportunity to review high-quality photos before the final payment. The craftsmanship of the ring itself exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in the design and execution was outstanding, and the final piece was exactly what I had envisioned. The platinum setting and lab-created diamond came together beautifully, and the polished finish was flawless. It obviously all ultimately comes a down to the outcome—and the ring was beautiful in person, exceeded expectations in craftsmanship and of course a perfect fit.”

“I had the most efficient and am extremely pleased with the ring custom made created for my wife down the road. I wanted to start the process early not knowing how long it would take. But was blown away by the whole process start to finish was 6 weeks! Maxine was my project manager and I couldn’t have been happier with the end product. Custom made was very affordable and produced a product that I can’t wait for the day I give it to my best friend! Thank you all at custom made!”

“I am very pleased with my purchase. What once was a vision in my head is now something I will get to use to propose to the love of my life. The staff was ve ry helpful an patient, and their level of knowledge is commendable. If my love wants me to have a matching custom wedding band, I will absolutely be using Custom Made again. “Very friendly staff. Had to have a ring they made prior resized as well as have a wedding band made. Just like the prior time ordering through them, they were very quick and efficient at their work as well as producing a very high quality finished product. They stand behind their jewelery and are willing to do whatever it takes to turn your dream into a reality.”

“I was honestly pretty skeptical about ordering an engagement ring online instead of going to a brick-and-mortar jeweler, but CustomMade completely won me over. From start to finish, the process was smooth, communication was always timely, and my design consultant, Johnathon, was outstanding. I somehow managed to completely change my mind halfway through and went in a completely different design direction, but he was patient, professional, and worked with me through every revision until it was exactly what I wanted. When the ring finally arrived, it looked even better in person, and after months of designing it, seeing the finished product was an incredible feeling. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the customer service was just as impressive. Now I just have to do my part and make it through the proposal without dropping the ring haha. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend CustomMade to anyone looking for both exceptional service and a beautiful, high-quality ring.”
