“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“After working with anohter company to customize one of their standard offerings, I got frustrated with them trying to tell me what I should want. Custom Made started with a description of what zi wanted along with a couple photos of rings that I liked. I got a quick response from Custom Made and Lexi stepped in to guide me through the process. She was awesome to work with and very patient since I can become a bit particular with such a big investment. The designers went as far as to present me with several designs to choose from since I was undecided on how many side stones I wanted. In the end I got an awesome design, which met all of my needs...and most importantly my wife loved it!”

“The customer service with Custom Made was absolutely spectacular! I had cuff links made for my boyfriend. We used to have a chow chow dog and we love him endlessly! So the cuff links were an exact replica of the photos I sent to Custom Made. They are gorgeous! I could not possibly be happier with my experience! They were expeditious, friendly, and the attention to detail was truly phenomenal! I highly recommend!”

“This process was so smooth and pain-free! From the overall timeline to my center stone choices, everything was presented in a timely and consistent manner. Katy was such an amazing help! She talked me through options when I had questions and she was able to understand exactly what I wanted. Pricing was very fair in comparison to other places, which is a big checkmark in my book. During the design phase, I did not feel pressured into making a final decision before I was ready. I never felt like it was an inconvenience to ask for a change to be made. At the end of the day, they are happy if you are happy. Production was fast, the pictures were fantastic, and seeing it in person made it all 10x better!”

“Great experience! It was nice to have an expert guide my decision. From sketching out the design to the final product, it felt like I truly made this myself for her. She loved the ring and the box it came in! Everything was fast and easy. The best part is that the ring was something I never really imagined getting. But the team I worked with gave me bold and daring designs to select from. I’m glad it was much different than what’s offered at popular jewelers. It was a unique design that stood out to friends and families as she she showed off the ring to announce our engagement.”

“The ability of the Custom Made jewelry staff to create the engagement ring I wanted was perfect. I used photos for inspiration then detailed minor changes from the photos to create my one of a kind ring. Through only a few renderings they were able to secure my preferred stone and create an ideal setting for my fiancée. They were prompt in answering my questions and working on the project. I believe the whole process took about 6-7 weeks from initial consultation to delivery of my ring. Pricing was reasonable and market representative.”

“I purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands through CustomMade, and they were all gorgeous. I had a general concept for the engagement ring I wanted. The designers brought my vision to life with an incredibly beautiful ring at a great price, exactly within my budget. When it came time to move to the wedding band, originally I thought I'd do just one band, but the design team had a great idea of using two bands, one on either side. Collectively these all look like one band with a lot of sparkle. Everything about the process is smooth and great. Plenty of opportunities to review and give feedback about the design. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a custom ring.”

“The final piece is perfect - just gorgous. The quality is excellent, but what I really have to comment on is the outstanding customer service. When the piece was first completed I pointed out a small error. Immediately the company volunteered to completely remake the piece without the error - I didn't even have to ask - they volunteered to make it right, and they did, and in a timely fashion. The final piece is perfect. I could not be more pleased. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again and would recommend them very highly.”

“I had an exceptional experience with CustomMade and could not be happier with the final result. Like many consumers today, I spent a considerable amount of time researching before making such an important purchase. I read reviews, searched online for customer experiences, and carefully evaluated whether CustomMade was the right choice. While I did come across some negative reviews that initially gave me pause, I ultimately decided to move forward—and I am incredibly glad that I did. My husband and I recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary, and I chose to upgrade my engagement ring. My original ring had sustained some damage over the years and was made of sterling silver, while my wedding bands are 10k gold. I began the process by gathering inspiration photos that reflected the design elements I wanted and submitted them through a contact inquiry. I had the pleasure of working with Mollie, who was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire process. After discussing my vision and sharing reference images, the design team created two initial sketches based on my ideas. Both designs closely reflected what I had envisioned and even included my wedding bands so I could see how the complete set would look together. Once I selected my preferred design, the team created detailed 3D renderings of the ring. Within about a week, I had a realistic visual representation of the piece. I requested a few refinements, and updated renderings were provided each time adjustments were made. The collaborative process made it easy to ensure every detail was exactly what I wanted. After finalizing the design, I placed my deposit and moved on to selecting a diamond. I explained that I love vintage and antique-inspired jewelry and was particularly drawn to rose-cut oval diamonds. CustomMade presented four different stone options at varying price points. I found a stone I loved immediately, but I appreciated knowing that additional options would have been sourced if none had felt right. Once my diamond was selected, the ring entered production. While communication naturally became less frequent during this stage, I still received updates regarding progress and estimated completion timelines. Upon completion, I was sent high-quality photographs of the finished ring for approval before submitting my final payment. When my ring arrived, I was impressed by the thoughtful presentation. The package included tissue paper, mints, note cards, proposal cards, and other personalized touches that made the experience feel truly special. Then I opened the ring box—and cried. The ring is absolutely perfect. It exceeded my expectations and is even more beautiful in person than it appeared in the photographs. Every detail reflects the vision I had hoped to achieve, and I could not be more thrilled with the final result. Thank you to Mollie and the entire CustomMade team for helping create a piece that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I am grateful that I took the chance and trusted the process.”
