“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I am more than happy with my experience with Custom Made!! From my design plan, to the jewlery consultant to ask if they could make me a memorial ring in honor of my furbaby using her paw prints. To the design artist, who put my design into art. To the design lead, who put my design into a 3D model and making it become real! Then the final step with the production lead, making my design come to life! They were all very kind, empathetic and easy to work with. They kept in touch always, even though I live in the Pacific Northwest. They were open and honest from beginning to end about all aspects of the cost and designing of my memorial ring. Thank you all so much!”

“This was such a wonderful experience! I had great customer service and process team throughout the process who were supportive, encouraging, excited with the plan, and very transparent with what to expect with each step and cost involved. They helped with recommendations in choosing the stones I wanted but ultimately the decision was mine with renderings to review and approve. The ring I imagined and wanted was the ring they developed and it was even more gorgeous than it looked in the photos! The whole process was pretty easy and the project timeline was accurate. 10/10 recommend making custom jewelry with Custom Made!!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about CustomMade. I started my fiancés ring back in 2023. The 3D models looked amazing and I paid the 100$ deposit. I had some family problems that left me in not so good of a financial situation. I wasn’t able to put the half down for over 2 years. We were able to pick up right where I left off and got it made. It was an intricate design so I was a little worried but once I saw it in person it blew me away. They really nailed this ring. It looks exactly like the 3D model. The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced as well. They worked with me on every change I wanted to make woth no questions asked. I would highly recommend anyone use CustomMade to have their ring made.”

“I contacted CustomMade and wanted to design a signet ring. Although I had the majority of the design already formulated, CustomMade was able to encapsulated my design and make it into one of the most beautiful and jaw-dropping rings I have and will likely ever have in my life. Specifically, CustomMade was able to put into my ring sisphyus, lady justice, my name, and other significant descriptions that I requested into the piece. I will not only continue to recommend CustomMade for their work but will continue to have them service my Signet ring to ensure it remains in good quality and care.”
