“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I had an exceptional experience with CustomMade and could not be happier with the final result. Like many consumers today, I spent a considerable amount of time researching before making such an important purchase. I read reviews, searched online for customer experiences, and carefully evaluated whether CustomMade was the right choice. While I did come across some negative reviews that initially gave me pause, I ultimately decided to move forward—and I am incredibly glad that I did. My husband and I recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary, and I chose to upgrade my engagement ring. My original ring had sustained some damage over the years and was made of sterling silver, while my wedding bands are 10k gold. I began the process by gathering inspiration photos that reflected the design elements I wanted and submitted them through a contact inquiry. I had the pleasure of working with Mollie, who was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire process. After discussing my vision and sharing reference images, the design team created two initial sketches based on my ideas. Both designs closely reflected what I had envisioned and even included my wedding bands so I could see how the complete set would look together. Once I selected my preferred design, the team created detailed 3D renderings of the ring. Within about a week, I had a realistic visual representation of the piece. I requested a few refinements, and updated renderings were provided each time adjustments were made. The collaborative process made it easy to ensure every detail was exactly what I wanted. After finalizing the design, I placed my deposit and moved on to selecting a diamond. I explained that I love vintage and antique-inspired jewelry and was particularly drawn to rose-cut oval diamonds. CustomMade presented four different stone options at varying price points. I found a stone I loved immediately, but I appreciated knowing that additional options would have been sourced if none had felt right. Once my diamond was selected, the ring entered production. While communication naturally became less frequent during this stage, I still received updates regarding progress and estimated completion timelines. Upon completion, I was sent high-quality photographs of the finished ring for approval before submitting my final payment. When my ring arrived, I was impressed by the thoughtful presentation. The package included tissue paper, mints, note cards, proposal cards, and other personalized touches that made the experience feel truly special. Then I opened the ring box—and cried. The ring is absolutely perfect. It exceeded my expectations and is even more beautiful in person than it appeared in the photographs. Every detail reflects the vision I had hoped to achieve, and I could not be more thrilled with the final result. Thank you to Mollie and the entire CustomMade team for helping create a piece that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I am grateful that I took the chance and trusted the process.”

“My whole experience working with CustomMade was amazing! I've been looking for my perfect non traditional ring set for about two years and nothing was turning up as aesthetically representing my style while also being of good quality. The representative assigned to my project was Michael, and he made the entire process so seamless. He was insightful in helping me design my ring, pick out the appropriate stones for my vision and budget, was quick to give me any updates on production and next steps while keeping an open line of communication where I could reach out to him with any questions or concerns and he would get back to me quickly with a knowledgeable response. The entire process only took about 3 months for my specific project and I could not be happier with the final product. Throughout production you do get concept sketches, digital renders as well as photos of the finished project, but I was not prepared for just how perfect it turned out when I opened the package and saw the physical ring/band. They also send you a certification of authenticity so it really put my mind at ease from the understandable fear of being burned by online scam websites.”

“I had a vision to create a pair of family rings. I really wanted a signet ring, but not as sterotypically chunky, in order to create something unisex. This lead me to need to do something completely custom. I already knew the design I wanted and was able to work with CustomMade to create something truly spectacular. They took my ideas, notes, reference pictures and quickly made a 3D model of the ring. We iterated on it to get the proportions exactly as I wanted it. They were incredibly communicative and delivered the rings ahead of schedule. Every day I'm blown away with how beautiful they are.”

“Over about a 1 year timeframe, the Custom Made staff was very patient, knowledgeable and professional! THey guided me through the products they could provide, made recommendations on designs, and ultimately got me to the ordering stage. Upon receiving my ring, the detail is absolutely incredibel! I won't hesitate to use them again!”

“Overalll the experience itself was fairly pleasant. Everyone I had contact with was incvredibly helpful and willing to work with me even when I was being extremely picky about details. It did sometimes feel like I was talking to a robot and not an actual person at some points because of the messaging platform itself. Overall, I am happy with the product and would potentially use CustomMade for other pieces in the future.”

“Me and my, now, fiancé got our entire set from Custom Made. While I was initially hesitant, their thorough process and overall professionalism was very reassuring. By thorough process, I enjoyed our representative help in designing the custom ring my fiancé now wears. In this process, we made sure every detail was exact, and I was not the easiest of projects.
