“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“Our experience with Natalie at CustomMade was exceptional from beginning to end\. Designing Katie’s engagement ring was incredibly important to me, and Natalie made the entire process feel personal rather than transactional\. Throughout the design process, she was always polite, respectful, patient, and incredibly prompt with her responses\. I had a very specific vision for the ring, and she took the time to listen, answer questions, work through the details with me, and help turn that vision into something even better than I had imagined\. The finished ring is absolutely beautiful and, more importantly, feels completely unique to Katie\. It’s exactly what I wanted a custom piece of jewelry to be—something with meaning and a story behind it\. What really impressed me, though, was that the customer service didn’t end when the ring arrived\. I accidentally broke the ring case afterward, reached out to them, and they simply sent me a replacement at no charge\. No hassle, no nickel\-and\-diming—just genuinely great customer service\. “I recently used CustomMade for my now-fiance's engagement ring. The entire process from designing, to proofing, to selecting the stone, and finally the final design and creation of the ring was very well thought through and personal. I really wanted something personal for this new chapter in my life and I couldn't have done it without CustomMade. My project manager Allison was also very helpful in the whole process and was also very transparent and understanding with any changes that I needed and wanted. “Wonderful experience from beginning to end with Custom Made! Great communication, easy to under next steps that took out any guesswork, and a wonderfully responsive rep who listened to changes/requests in the design from beginning to finish. Quick shipping and all within budget. I would definitely recommend Custom Made to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind engagement ring… or any other piece of jewelry. My now-fiancé loves the ring and so does everyone who has seen it!”

“We had a custom ring made here, and the finished product turned out beautiful. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were worth appreciating, and we're really happy with the ring itself. The only downside was the timeline—it took much longer than we were originally told, and communication could have been better throughout the process. Overall, I'd recommend them for quality custom work, but I'd suggest allowing extra time if you're on a deadline.”

“I worked closely with Sarah and Simra in order to create the custom ring my partner wanted. She likes a very specific cut. They were very communicative, willing to accept changes, and timely! My ring arrived just in time for my proposal and my fiancée loves it! We now have a one of a kind, high quality ring that we couldn’t be happier with! I would absolutely work with Custom Made again, and cannot express my gratitude and satisfaction enough! It’s safe to say, this is an amazing business!”

“The design process and communication with CustomMade was wonderful. They were quick to respond and accommodating to my wishes. They helped my ideas for a ring become a reality. The production took longer than I was expecting which made me shift around some of the proposal timeline, but they also owned up to and sought to resolve the problems that occurred. Overall a great experience and we were so pleased with how the ring turned out.”
