“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“Madison worked with me over the course of three months to ensure my vision for an engagement ring came to life. No nonsense timelines and transparent pricing kept me as engaged as the gorgeous sketches and graphics of the ring at every step of the design process. I appreciated how I was able to work with one consultant the whole time, I never had to re-explain my visn to a new person. The production process was a quick and agonizing stage of waiting that was made worth it by quality photos of the finished product, and the insured shipping standard made me feel safe shipping it to my parents house to keep it absolutely top secret. Madison was so helpful during the whole process, I actually came in well under budget so I asked her if we could make a pair of matching earrings as well! I have worked with other custom jewelry companies before, and Custome Made blew them out of the water. It goes without saying I would use their services again.”

“The team was extremely helpful with designing the ring and band set. They were also very quick to respond and help with any questions I had during the whole process. The rings are pieces of art and came out even better then the 3D rendering made it look.”

“They made the process of picking out a ring incredibly easy. Each step was layed out for me. And I just had to pick what I liked and they gave me plenty of options. Very quick with responding to all my questions. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a unique or personal piece of jewelry.”

“Custom-made was very intricate and methodical throughout the entire process. They took the time to confirm every detail and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it before moving on to the next step. Their communication was solid, and I was never left out of the loop! When I finally received my ring, I found the packaging charming and very well thought out. Not only did it contain my ring, but it also included a proposal survival kit! It was such a cute and thoughtful addition and definitely a fun option to have!”

“Excellent experience in making bespoke pieces. We were able to have a high level of customization adn conversation throughout the process. The digital mockups were exact replicas of the final project and the quality was exact. Will do future work with them!”

“I got a beautiful ring I could not be happier with. The process however, takes far longer than I was expecting. Each edit to the ring, no matter how minimal, takes 2-3 days. The design process that I thought may take 2 weeks took 2 months. Again, I have a lovely ring and it’s exactly what I wanted, but I wish I would have started on it way sooner.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about Custom Made. I trusted them to come up with the perfect pendant to honor a friend who passed away last year. I worked with Aly over a period of time and together we came up with the perfect design and it turned out to be the perfect piece. It came out exactly as I had hoped and maybe even better!
