“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“Vanessa the Project Manager was fantastic. Very attentive to my concerns and every detail throughout the entire design process. The design and production team executed their roles flawlessly as the ring turned out exactly as I imagined. I haven't proposed yet but I am sure she will love it!”

“CustomMade helped me create my own unique family crest, combining the Scottish heritage of both my wife's family and my parents' ...the design process was responsive and prompt and the renderings were surprisingly detailed and made even better by suggestions by the knowledgeable staff......and the final delivered family crest ring is outstanding in both quality and beauty. I wear the ring everyday. We are now making rings for our family members. CustomMade has helped us create and leave a lasting legacy & memory for our three sons and our grandchildren.”

“I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with CustomMade Jewelers. While I initially liked the concept of custom jewelry design, the actual process and business model left much to be desired. Throughout the process, I felt significant pressure to make quick decisions rather than feeling guided through a thoughtful design experience. I was pushed to have the ring sent despite clearly expressing that I was not satisfied with the results. Furthermore, I felt misled regarding the size and quality of the final piece compared to the initial drawings and mockups I was shown. To make matters worse, I was told that any changes to correct these issues would come at an extra cost. Ultimately, my experience with the "project manager" felt less like working with a professional jeweler and more like dealing with a commissioned salesman at a car dealership—where the primary goal was simply to close the sale at any cost. By the time I realized this, it was too late. While I did receive a nice ring in the mail, it was nowhere near the quality or beauty of what was presented to me in the original concepts and digital mockups. I cannot recommend this service if you are looking for a genuine, customer-focused design experience.”

“I designed an engagement and wedding ring set with CustomMade, and they were a wonderful company to work with through all steps of the process. I will always recommend them for any jewelry needs and will be working with them in the future. Sarah was the project manager that I worked with and she was super helpful. Every step of the way, she was informative and supportive, providing me with all the help I could need. As someone who has never shopped for jewelry like this before, Sarah was great at providing me with example photos and general information about all the possible metals and stones to ensure I could make the most informed choice. I was a little scared of ensuring the ring would get to me in time for the proposal, and Sarah did a wonderful job coordinating with her team to guarantee that I would receive my package in time. My fiancee is over the moon about her ring and our engagement photographer loved the ring so much she is using our photos on the background of her website. I have no complaints on the whole process working with CustomMade and I look forward to working with them in the future!”

“Fantastic customer service. Even when my main associate was out of office, someone stepped in and were aware of what the conversation was up to a certain point. “This experience was honestly flawless. Even before I committed to the design, discussing the concept and receiving the sketches, I was made to feel like my project was an absolute priority. I never felt like corners were cut and there was never any sense of being lost. I was very well informed at every stage. Everyone involved was very professional and accommodating. At the beginning, I sent the concept on a whim because as I shopped around, I didn't find any ring that felt like "it's the one." The speed of communication and attention to detail is what ultimately persuaded me to see this ring project to the end. My now fiancé said yes and she's absolutely in love with the ring. I honestly cannot recommend CustomMade enough!”

“I was so happy with the custom signet ring Custom Made created for me. Everything I asked for, they did perfectly. The digital renderings they made before hand gave me a clear picture of what it was going to look like and the ring looked exactly like the renderings. “It was a dream process from the beginning. Jamie and the whole team made myself and my fiancee feel so comfortable and answered all our questions. We didn't have an exact vision of what we wanted but somehow the ring we got was exactly what we were looking for! Can't recommend them enough from beginning to end! The packaging the ring also came in makes everything so special as well. Will be going to them for any other future projects!”
