“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“When I could not select the ring I wanted from the jeweler that was working with my university, I immediately reached out to custom-made and shared a picture with them of the ring I was hoping for. “This was my third purchase with CustomMade, all for custom charms of places we recently traveled to, as a gift for my wife. This recent charm was of the cruise ship/yacht that we recently traveled on to Alaska. I sent several pictures of the yacht, and with a little back and forth with my CustoMade customer representative, I had an amazing rendition of the ship, even with the name engraved on the bottom. As with my first two custom charms, both 3D renditions of small islands in the Caribbean that we traveled to, the charms not only came out extremely accurate, with the finest of details, but also the experience dealing with CM was a pleasure. Their communication is outstanding, timely, professional, and courteous. Truly a great company to deal with, and I will certainly be a customer in the future. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks CM!”

“The ring is perfect, unique, and my now fiancée loved it! Communication was easy and consistent from start to finish, the design process was simple to follow, the quality of them gemstone was fantastic, the ring shipped on a great timeline, and we even both enjoyed the excellent packaging the ring was sent in! The value of this piece was incredible, and I would recommend CustomMade to anyone who is interested in getting an engagement ring, even if they like what they see in a store.”
