“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I had been looking for a place to get a ring in a custom style my fiance wanted and all the jewlery stores either couldn't accommodate my request or had cheap and tacky pre made rings on offer which I did not want. After looking online I found this vendor (CustomMade) and they were able to create a ring very close to what designs I had sent in and was able to get that made and delivered within a 6 week turnaround. I wanted a big diamond on gold ring that wasn't super flashy, but wasn't to subtle either and they struck the perfect balance and it worked well! So thank you guys for helping me get this right!”

“Custom made is the best place to select your ring for your potential wife. Their team is so attentive and super helpful with everything. I am grateful I had Jordan the Project manager, helping me and her team. “Fantastic work! I provided a simple image of my vision and they created custom cufflinks that were beautifully crafted and incredibly detailed. I worked with Janine and the communication was great, let me know what was happening every step of the way. The quality was excellent and the final product exceeded my expectations! They took my dream and turned it into a reality. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom piece of jewelry.”

“I had my wife's wedding bands created with Custom Made Jewelers and we could not be happier. The team on the Custom Made Jewelers website were incredibly helpful and professional. I sent in measurements and pictures of her engagement ring and they ran with it! I had them build two rings that surrounded her engagement ring, I was nervous about the fit up, but they are perfect! “Very ideal for what we were looking for. I do wish they had a little bit more center stone options but I also understand they are a small growing company. They really are incredible and do listen to all feedback that you give and make sure that the ring is perfect and if they don't have quite what you're looking for, they look for an appropriate substitution. Also, I absolutely love the box that they ship the ring in.”

“The people I worked with were lovely, first off. Unfortunately, my fiance ordered my ring from this company and the main diamond fell out after only five days of careful wear. Instead of immediately reassuring us that this was clearly a manufacturing defect and it would be covered, we had to wait a couple stressful weeks while they determined if it was covered under warranty or not. This was after my partner specified that we wanted a secure setting in the design process and was assured the setting was very safe! Our parents, our friends, our grandparents, have had diamond rings stand up to everyday wear for decades without a stone so much as becoming loose… five days and a grocery store trip is pathetic. While Custom Made did ultimate remake the ring under warranty, it caused significant emotional turmoil and distress. Not to mention how devastated I am that my original diamond is gone! Lexi had to work hard—for which I’m extremely grateful—to make sure my ring was back by the time the ring for my fiance came, which added an even greater level of stress. Lexi made it happen, and like I said, the people were the highlight here, the jewelry quality is what I don’t trust. Had I not already paid the deposit for the ring I was ordering for my partner, I would have worked with a different jeweler. We’re both still extremely paranoid about wearing our rings outside the house.”
