“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to wait until we had the finished ring in hand before leaving my review, and I’m very happy to say that it turned out beautifully. This was not a simple class ring—it was an extremely detailed, completely custom piece for my son, Dominic, for his 2026 graduation. We incorporated so many things that were meaningful to him and our family, including a beautiful blue center stone, his name and graduation year, a Viking ship, Thor’s hammer, our McCabe family crest, Latin mottos, and a personal inscription inside from Mom and Dad. There were definitely some bumps along the way. We went through quite a few design revisions to get all of the details right, and there were delays involving the stone, production, and eventually the casting process. At times, the process took longer than we originally expected. However, I also understand that this was a very complicated custom design, and I appreciate that they continued working through the issues rather than rushing something out that wasn’t right. In the end, the ring came together beautifully, the details we spent so much time planning are there, and most importantly, Dominic loves his ring. It is something he will be able to keep for the rest of his life, and that makes all of the time and effort that went into creating it worthwhile. Thank you for sticking with this project through all of the revisions and challenges and for creating such a meaningful graduation keepsake for our son. We are very pleased with how the finished ring turned out.”

“It was great. They were very responsive and kept me up to date on the process of the ring. They were also very nice and lenient when I was insanely busy and got caught up in work for about 5 months. When I returned, they were still willing to help with the making of my ring.”

“I couldn’t be happier with my experience with CustomMade. From the beginning, I had a very specific vision for my partner’s engagement ring, and they helped turn that vision into something even better than I imagined. What I appreciated most was how collaborative the entire process felt. Creating a custom engagement ring is a huge purchase—not just financially, but emotionally—and I never felt like I was simply choosing something out of a catalog. I felt involved in creating something specifically for the woman I plan to marry. They were patient with my questions, receptive to the details that mattered to me, and made sure the final design reflected what I wanted. When the ring finally arrived and I opened the box, I had one of those “yeah… THAT’S the one” moments. “The ring is gorgeous, she loves it. We were a little bummed we couldn't get the freshwater pearls we originally planned, and in reality, it did end up looking a little smaller than we thought, but it pairs beautifully with the engagement ring, and looks wonderful.”

Communication was initially lackluster, taking multiple days to respond, but once the design was set, everything moved forward at a reasonable pace. The final price was several hundred dollars more than the estimate, despite only a few days between the two.”

“I had a great experience with CustomMade. Although I was initially hesitant to purchase an engagement ring from an online source generally, I am grateful I went with CustomMade. The team was supportive, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. Further, they exceeded expectations regarding the customization of the ring; my fiancee had particular interests for her ring, and CustomMade met those interests. I highly recommend CustomMade!”

“Custom Made created my ideal engagement ring in a very short timeline. The communication with the design team (mainly Colin!) was always prompt and friendly. Any adjustments I requested were addressed quickly. I’m sending it back to be resized, which is an awesome free service Custom Made offers. The ring itself came in an adorable box, packaged beautifully and discreetly with a love note and pencil (to write to your new beloved!), tissues (for your emotional moment), a polishing cloth, a temporary resizing spiral, little placards for posed pictures, and a white ring box. It came before the guaranteed delivery date. It also came with an organizer containing the diamond grading report from GIA and a certificate of authenticity, which allowed me to easily insure the ring. The team worked to find me several diamond options but pivoted quickly when I found one that I loved, and they were able to source the exact stone I was looking at. This experience was way better than my in-person experiences and exceeded all my expectations. The quality of the ring and of the customer service I received are unmatched. Highly, highly recommend Custom Made when you want to feel prioritized, heard, and seen before your big moment. I love my ring and am now happily eloped.”

“The whole process was very easy and thorough. They had someone walk through my vision and put together renderings, had a diamond specialist walk me through a selection of diamonds that fit my criteria and delivered it super fast. It looks exactly how I wanted it to and was $2000 cheaper than what Zales quoted me for the exact same ring. I highly recommend using them!”

“This is the best company I have ever worked with, from start to finish excellence. I knew I wanted to incorporate my Grandmother and Great Grandmother’s diamond rings into my fiancé’s ring, with a design that was uniquely US and Custom Made delivered. The design process was fun, quick, and each edit was full of communication and collaboration until it was perfect. FedEx temporarily lost my diamonds when I sent it up to Custom Made, and they jumped on phone calls with me until they got the local warehouse of FedEx and the rings were found just in time! It was a rushed order, but they delivered it perfectly on time and with the cutest gift boxes full of fun mementos. Of course she said YES, and we have tried so hard to capture the ring on camera to show off the details. I will be coming back here for the wedding rings and a few other pieces when the time is right. You were exactly what I needed, when I needed it. We got engaged in Scotland, so the Thistle was the perfect display to showcase the ring (when not on her finger!) Thank you.”
