“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“Very ideal for what we were looking for. I do wish they had a little bit more center stone options but I also understand they are a small growing company. They really are incredible and do listen to all feedback that you give and make sure that the ring is perfect and if they don't have quite what you're looking for, they look for an appropriate substitution. Also, I absolutely love the box that they ship the ring in.”

“The people I worked with were lovely, first off. Unfortunately, my fiance ordered my ring from this company and the main diamond fell out after only five days of careful wear. Instead of immediately reassuring us that this was clearly a manufacturing defect and it would be covered, we had to wait a couple stressful weeks while they determined if it was covered under warranty or not. This was after my partner specified that we wanted a secure setting in the design process and was assured the setting was very safe! Our parents, our friends, our grandparents, have had diamond rings stand up to everyday wear for decades without a stone so much as becoming loose… five days and a grocery store trip is pathetic. While Custom Made did ultimate remake the ring under warranty, it caused significant emotional turmoil and distress. Not to mention how devastated I am that my original diamond is gone! Lexi had to work hard—for which I’m extremely grateful—to make sure my ring was back by the time the ring for my fiance came, which added an even greater level of stress. Lexi made it happen, and like I said, the people were the highlight here, the jewelry quality is what I don’t trust. Had I not already paid the deposit for the ring I was ordering for my partner, I would have worked with a different jeweler. We’re both still extremely paranoid about wearing our rings outside the house.”

“From start to finish CustomMade delivered an amazing consulting, design, and creation process for my wife's engagement and wedding rings. I had full control over what was ultimately approved for creation, and my project consultant never made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Definitely recommend, cannot speak highly enough of the service and the product.”

“I discovered CustomMade online and rolled the dice. Their online process was easy and seamless - pick from a list of designs and or upload photos describing the ring you want created. I wanted the engagement ring to have custom engravings, engravings that I didn’t think would be possible. CustomMade and their project manager proved me wrong! I was very impressed with the process of the project, quick communication and follow-ups, with mock designs and redesigns with small details that I wanted, and they made possible. I am so pleased with the quality of how the ring turned out. I thought the design photos and 3D renderings were too good to be true. The ring is beautiful. The sparkle of the diamond, custom engravings, and shine of the platinum band really made this engagement special. They made what I thought would be impossible, possible.”
