“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I loved my experience with CustomeMade! My consultant Samantha was very communicative, responsive, and thorough throughout the whole process. She provided input on things I wasn't sure of and helped me along the way. My boyfriend now fiance popped the question a week ago and the ring is EXACTLY how I wanted it. It's the most beautiful piece of jewlery I have that means so much to me. I knew I wanted something unique and CustomMade MADE it happen. I 100% recommend doing business with this company.”

“From start to finish, the team at CustomMade provided an absolutely phenomenal experience. I had a very specific vision and detailed artwork for a custom signet ring to honor and represent my family, and they not only understood it but brought it to life more beautifully than I could have imagined. The design team was a pleasure to work with. They patiently answered all my questions and provided timely updates throughout the entire process from initial sketch to final casting. They even added a 3D rendering and a video before final production. Gotta Love it!”

“As like everybody i was struggling to trust online companies especially when it comes to something important like i did engagement ring. CustomMade comapany was contacting with me all the time and keeping me posted with everything amd they never asked me to pay everything and in advance they have very nice process to do everything. They are very punctual. Happy to work with them again if i need anything about jewelry.”

“I had a vague idea for what kind of ring I wanted, but hours of searching online found nothing quite right, and none of the jewellers I spoke to would make my idea work. From the very start, CustomMade's questions made me really nail down exactly what I wanted, and they were able to make a ring even better than I imagined! They sent me sketches and 3D renderings, kept me updated and took on my input at every step. Even when they sent out the ring, the box came with a "proposal survival kit" that was such a genuine touch that really showed they cared, and got me so excited for the big day! I cannot recommend them enough, the communication was brilliant, their design team were incredible, if you want anything beyond a standard gold ring off the shelf then I definitely recommend taking their questionnaire and working with CustomMade!”

“CustomMade turned my idea into reality and then made it 10x better! I know nothing about jewelry so starting this project seemed so overwhelming. I came into it with a few inspo pictures and gemstone ideas and they brought it to life. They provided so much information to help me make the right choices for my vision (and wallet). The designer I worked with gave me advice but I never felt pressured about anything. I was able to make changes up until they started making the actual ring, which was awesome. The process could have taken a much shorter time but I put it on hold for a few years and was able to pick it back up like that break never happened. Communication throughout each step couldn’t have been better and I will definitely be a returning customer in the future. Can’t wait to show my future bride her custom ring”

“From start to finish with both the engagement ring and the wedding band has been top notch! Even the fact I was located in Australia, every thing I requested in the design process was met, and had zero issues getting the ring delivered. “I was really happy with the whole experience. They really made the process of making my dream engagement ring so fun and wonderful. “I found CustomMade when looking for a custom engagement ring manufacturer to design a ring for my soon to be fiancé. Working with CustomMade to make my engagement ring vision a reality was an incredible experience. I was paired up with Katy and we spent weeks going back and forth sharing inspiration imagery and reviewing 2D and 3D renders from her team. They were always open to any minor tweaks and really wanted to create the perfect ring tailored to our vision. The pricing was always very transparent and they can work with any budget. “This was the BEST experience EVER!!!! The last I worked with (Ryn) was super nice and patient with my many many changes and tweaks to the ring, always expressing that she was excited to hear what I thought and what was next. It was very well priced and a phenomenal experience. I ended up working on this ring for about two months, and she was so patient and professional! At one point I just asked to see another angle on the rings rendering, not to edit, just to make sure, and within a couple of hours she had made it happen!! Five stars are not even close to enough to truly show how amazing this whole experience was!!!! Oh!! And they send a super sweet proposal box too! It’s got tissues (for happy tears) mints, cards (“I asked” & “I said yes”) and a couple other goodies too!!!!! Will always and forever recommend CustomMade to anyone and everyone!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!”
