“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“First, the good: I think this is a great website to go through. I brought the design I wanted to one other person, but they gave me an unreasonable price. Here, I was able to get it for a much better cost ($4,000), which is still a lot of money (at least for a student), but it was within the budget I gave. I was also able to get design advice throughout the process, and they were very quick to respond whenever I reached out. I was able to incorporate moss agate into the design, and I also got to use an old European cut diamond, which, from my understanding, isn't very common. What could have been better: Again, I loved using this site and would definitely use it again, but there were a couple of things I wish I had known beforehand. The ring box it came in was massive, with no realistic way of hiding it in a pocket. So, if you're planning on making the ring a surprise, I would recommend getting a smaller box. I was also surprised by how quickly I received the ring. Everything originally said August 21, but the day after I paid, I got an update saying the package would arrive the next day (around August 14), which was a full week early. While it was nice to receive it early, since it was a package that required a signature, sending it that early could have been risky. We had just gotten back from a trip in time to receive it. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely use the site again. The design help, communication, and ability to customize the ring were all great, and I was very happy with the final result.”

“The entire experience was lovely. Always a same day response from my contact, Maxine. I was kept updated all along the way throughout the process. The end result is beyond my expectations and fills a void I had been missing for a very long time after losing my mother’s ring. “I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the ring I purchased! Not only was it beautifully made and received in a timely manner, but I was also able to completely custom design my future husband’s wedding band with the help of a REAL person—my project manager, Marie. Marie was incredibly kind, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure I understood every step, and the entire experience was completely transparent from start to finish. I truly appreciated being able to work one-on-one with someone who cared about bringing my vision to life. The packaging was also incredible! Everything was beautifully presented, and all of the paperwork and documentation came neatly included, which made the entire experience feel so professional and special. I could not be happier with my experience with Custom Made. The quality, customer service, attention to detail, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely have jewelry made with Custom Made again and again!”

“I had a plan to propose to my partner on the cliffsides of Mallorca, Spain during the 2026 total solar eclipse. I just needed the ring to fit the occasion. I stumbled across CustomMade just during a google search and was impressed by their business model and the reviews, so I decided to see what they could come up with for the free preliminary sketches. The designers and managers I worked with at CustomMade were incredibly creative, sharp, and quick to respond, and the team helped me design and manufacture the perfect ring for the occasion. I was so impressed by the transparency and speed of the team, and never once did I feel pressured to make a decision I wasn’t sure about, nor did I ever feel uncomfortable about asking for changes, questions, or clarifications regarding the design. The ring turned out truly phenomenal; a unique 2-carrot hexagon center-stone, ethically lab grown, with a 10-carrot gold band machined to represent the different pre and post phases of a solar eclipse. The price tag came in well within my budget too, even with the additional (very reasonable) expedite fees to ensure that I received the ring in time for my trip! My partner absolutely adores this ring and sends me pictures of it every day “doing new things”! I’m so glad that CustomMade came up in my research when I went to seek out an engagement ring.”

“This was a fantastic experience! Quick and easy communication, rapids reposnses, all based in the US. My project manager Joana was phenomenal - I really enjoyed working with here. The pacing of the project was smooth and efficient. I never felt pushed into a sale, rather, I felt like I was able progress at my own pace while having support avialable at each step. Seriously impressed with the entire discussion, design, renderings, and final project. Very glad I chose Custom Made Jewelers!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to wait until we had the finished ring in hand before leaving my review, and I’m very happy to say that it turned out beautifully. This was not a simple class ring—it was an extremely detailed, completely custom piece for my son, Dominic, for his 2026 graduation. We incorporated so many things that were meaningful to him and our family, including a beautiful blue center stone, his name and graduation year, a Viking ship, Thor’s hammer, our McCabe family crest, Latin mottos, and a personal inscription inside from Mom and Dad. There were definitely some bumps along the way. We went through quite a few design revisions to get all of the details right, and there were delays involving the stone, production, and eventually the casting process. At times, the process took longer than we originally expected. However, I also understand that this was a very complicated custom design, and I appreciate that they continued working through the issues rather than rushing something out that wasn’t right. In the end, the ring came together beautifully, the details we spent so much time planning are there, and most importantly, Dominic loves his ring. It is something he will be able to keep for the rest of his life, and that makes all of the time and effort that went into creating it worthwhile. Thank you for sticking with this project through all of the revisions and challenges and for creating such a meaningful graduation keepsake for our son. We are very pleased with how the finished ring turned out.”
