“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“The whole process of making my vision of an engagement ring was extreamly simple and efficient despite my time deadline and constant changes and tweaks to the design. They stayed in my budget and provided great alternatives. Would highly recommend based on my experience. They even send you a great preview video after it has been made.”

“I loved getting to work with Will, the project manager who helped bring my fiancées dream ring to life! He’s kind and patient and so easy to work with. I’ve been bragging about Custom Made, the whole experience, and how well they take care of their customers to everyone. The ring looks so incredible, it’s flawless, and the inscription I requested on the inside of the ring is absolutely perfect. We both love it so much! I’ll absolutely be coming back to them for my future jewelry dreams!”

“Working with Emily and the team was not only a fun but rewarding experience. They were able to create a story within a piece of art that accommodated our likings. They were very meaningful with every decision and even when I mentioned to them I had a chance to pop the question days before the estimated delivery time, they worked incredibly hard to make sure I had the ring ready for that special moment and I cannot thank them enough for their efforts. I truly felt listened to and respected. In a world where customers are frequently pressured to make a decision/purchase this company stands out as a breath of fresh air. They genuinely wouldn’t push to move on to the next step until I said it was perfect. The quality of customer service and product are absolute top tier! Plus, they kept everything within my budget. Not only did they send the rings but included a whole proposal kit! My fiancée’s jaw dropped when she saw the ring. CustomMade truly specializes in perfection.”

“Amazing experience. Easy to contact and talk to my project manager even with a 3hr time difference and only have small spaces to look out for a reply, the fast communication was essential to information flow and being able to keep the proposal a surprise to my partner. Being able to have many steps on design and rendering was super helpful as well and really got the tweaks down to make the ring its best possible form. Stones were priced fair. My only complaint is how expensive the casing for the ring was when it was made with the lowest integrity method available however with the level of customization available for everything else, this company really does offer something that no one else does so fair enough that there is something in there thats a bit overpriced. Thanks for the experience I will definitely recommend to anyone else.”
