“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“Great support from Grace and the team, loved the designs they have drafted and rendered which turned into a beautifully crafted ring. The design was consistently followed with our input and everything was very thoroughly explained. The packaging it came in was amazing and very sweet with the additional goodies. Would recommend!!”

“I commissioned a custom ring as an anniversary gift for my wife. I am astounded by both the service provided by CustomMade and the quality of the jewelry. The commissioning process was very easy and Seth provided excellent customer service. He was honest, helpful, and always responded in a timely manner. Seth was awesome to work with and I can tell he truly cares about his work and ensuring customers receive a product they are happy with. My jewelry arrived earlier than expected and in very elegant packaging. Seth was able to take a vision from my mind and replicate it from scratch into a real ring - truly amazing. My wife absolutely loves her ring.”

The designing of my engagement ring/wedding band was seamless and the production team was open to feedback and addressing concerns. “I didn't want generic, remakes, or "classical" when getting a ring for someone who is neither of those things. I wanted custom and unique, and had NO IDEA where to start. Saw an ad, decided to give it a try. Their questionnaire was easy and felt robust. Their staff, all around, were incredibly helpful and polite. I have the product in hand in less than 3 months. Packaging is incredibly well built and designed, the ring turned out INCREDIBLE, and they worked with me on shipping to be discrete. Very, VERY satisfied, and the price feels right. I don't feel like I was overcharged for what I got. I know she is gonna love it!”
