“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“I first started working with CustomMade Jewelers about close to eight years ago and during that time I didn't know what to expect. I've went to online sites like Etsy to have my family crest ring made prior to working with CustomMade Jewelers; the experience with the Etsy Seller was horrible: she used sub-par quality metal to make the ring and as a result, upon wearing it, my ring finger took on a rash due to irritation. When I came to CustomMade Jewelers the experience was very different: the staffs were professional, communication was expedient, the ring was made of quality metal and with good craftsmanship. During the course of 8 years about three versions of my family crest ring was made and I'm happy with every one of them. Thank you, CustomMade Jewelers, for your professionalism, craftsmanship, and hardwork throughout these years.”

“Process for my custom ring was smooth and easy. I already had an idea of what I was going for, and the experts were able to nail it along with needed practical adjustments for stability. End product was a 10/10, ring looked unique and well crafted. Working with a personal project manager was very pleasant. She gave great input and was an efficient point of contact to the designers. She was able to relay my idea to them and gradually make it come to life. Price wise, I feel a lot of markup was involved to push it toward the budget if the true cost+labor was lower than the budget. I didn't mind paying it because the budget was still met and the product looked amazing. A tip: Look up the stone characteristics on Calavera New York to get the true price and either price match or get a higher quality stone for the quoted price”

“From the very start of beginning of my project with CustomMade, the process was simple, informative and helpful! The team was great in regards of stone sizing and pricing, received the ring a couple weeks ago and it was exactly what I wanted, it was amazing and shiny plus she loved it! “I was hesitant at first just because im always cautious of online stores, markets, etc. But im glad I trusted custom made to design and create the ring I know is perfect for my partner. They were very inclusive as to what was happening when. I was never left in the dark as to what stage the ring was in. As well, they were very up front and prompt about getting the actual price of everything squared away quick, so you know exactly how much youre spending and when to expect to finalize payment. Overall a fantastic experience.”

“I looked into CustomMade when I couldn't find a ring I liked in a physical store. I was uncertain about the process at first, but Vanessa and the rest of the team were a pleasure to do business with. They were very patient with me while I worked with them to create an original idea that they successfully brought to life. I couldn't be happier with the ring they sent me. “Great experience all around! From design to finish staff were super helpful and made sure everything looked just right. Extremely happy with the detail and quality of the finished set. My only caveat is I'd seen past reviews of the gem selection process being more involved, but I didn't really experience that. Felt like more focus was placed on the process of getting two custom cut accent stone, everything else was selected on their end. We'll definitely be using CustomMade again in the future.”
