“Everyone at CustomMade was so helpful in assisting me through the process of designing a ring my now fiancé would love! You can tell they know what they are doing because they knew what questions I was going to ask next and they would answer them before I could even ask them. I was also quite indecisive and they had so much patience with me as I flip flopped from one idea to another. Ultimately the ring they made was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the outcome!”

“From start to finish CustomMade delivered an amazing consulting, design, and creation process for my wife's engagement and wedding rings. I had full control over what was ultimately approved for creation, and my project consultant never made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Definitely recommend, cannot speak highly enough of the service and the product.”

“I discovered CustomMade online and rolled the dice. Their online process was easy and seamless - pick from a list of designs and or upload photos describing the ring you want created. I wanted the engagement ring to have custom engravings, engravings that I didn’t think would be possible. CustomMade and their project manager proved me wrong! I was very impressed with the process of the project, quick communication and follow-ups, with mock designs and redesigns with small details that I wanted, and they made possible. I am so pleased with the quality of how the ring turned out. I thought the design photos and 3D renderings were too good to be true. The ring is beautiful. The sparkle of the diamond, custom engravings, and shine of the platinum band really made this engagement special. They made what I thought would be impossible, possible.”

He helped me with the many changes and details so I was able to obtain exactly what I wanted. You would not go wrong by deciding to choose them for your custom ring. While I was initially nervous about making a purchase like this online they made the process seamless and ensured we knew what was happening during every step of the project. “I first started working with CustomMade Jewelers about close to eight years ago and during that time I didn't know what to expect. I've went to online sites like Etsy to have my family crest ring made prior to working with CustomMade Jewelers; the experience with the Etsy Seller was horrible: she used sub-par quality metal to make the ring and as a result, upon wearing it, my ring finger took on a rash due to irritation. When I came to CustomMade Jewelers the experience was very different: the staffs were professional, communication was expedient, the ring was made of quality metal and with good craftsmanship. During the course of 8 years about three versions of my family crest ring was made and I'm happy with every one of them. Thank you, CustomMade Jewelers, for your professionalism, craftsmanship, and hardwork throughout these years.”
