“I had an amazing experience with CustomMade and couldn’t be happier with my engagement ring. Their website was very easy to use, and the entire process felt smooth from start to finish. The communication was excellent—I received regular updates, helpful feedback, and loved being able to see and approve the 3D model before the ring was made. Shipping was quick and completely painless, and the final ring exceeded my expectations. “While looking for a ring for my engagement, I couldn't find what I was looking for. I searched high and low but still nothing that really fit. Then I checked with CustomMade and in the first pictures they sent of what they could make was one that was so close to what I wanted. I asked for the small changes I wanted and now here I am engaged and she loves the ring!”

“My engagement ring and wedding band were both custom made here and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. My engagement ring is not a typical design. It is very intricate, yet they took on the project with complete confidence and care. The team was incredibly responsive, the updates were clear, and they made sure that when the rings arrived we were genuinely happy with them. I also had to send my ring back for resizing and that process was just as smooth. I am truly grateful for Emily and the whole team for bringing our vision to life.”

“Overall pleased with the finished product... The design phase was excellent, great communication and quick feedback with images to evaluate and adjust as necessary. The production phase was a bit more problematic. Production timelines were not met and communication was not timely, often had to reach out for updates after timelines were missed. The length of production wasn't the issue, but providing unrealistic timelines were... The only other issue was ring sizing. Used the provided ring sizing template, but the finished product was much too tight. While Custom Made offers free resizing, the timeframe provided was 3 to 4 weeks after Custom Made received the ring back. Our local jeweler explained due to the width of the ring, the provided template wasn't an accurate method to determine sizing for signet and wider optioned rings. After resizing, all is good with the ring and I'm pleased with the finished product. In closing, Custom Made created a quality product that I'm happy with, but production unrealistic timelines, lack of communication during the production process and requiring a resizing tarnished the overall experience a bit. I would recommend Custom Made, but be aware of the sizing issue and expect delays. To Custom Made's credit, they did overnight my ring free of charge due to the unexpected delays.”

“I had a wonderful experience working with Custom-Made. We work on a ring with a garment centerpiece. They really listened to my vision, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered exceptional craftsmanship. The garnet is stunning, the design is flawless, and the whole experience felt personal and that they cared about the whole process. “I am very happy (and pleasantly surprised, honestly) with my entire experience. The online communication with real human representatives as I was designing my wife's ring and selecting the gemstone gave me so much confidence in my decisions. I did not feel like I was being pressured into any decisions as I sometimes may feel by salespeople at some local franchise jewelers. Once the design phase was complete, production of the ring was much faster than I thought it would be. I don't know why the entire process would take a number of months, but all-in-all it only took a few weeks from the time that I logged onto the website until I received my ring that I had designed from the ground up. Now I have a lot of time to plan out my re-proposal for our vow renewal! My only hesitation was, as it is with any one-of-a-kind custom order, you will not be able to see or hold the item until it is fully paid for. However, I am glad that I put my trust in CustomMade because the finished product and the customer service far exceeded my expectations.”
