“From the very start of beginning of my project with CustomMade, the process was simple, informative and helpful! The team was great in regards of stone sizing and pricing, received the ring a couple weeks ago and it was exactly what I wanted, it was amazing and shiny plus she loved it! “I was hesitant at first just because im always cautious of online stores, markets, etc. But im glad I trusted custom made to design and create the ring I know is perfect for my partner. They were very inclusive as to what was happening when. I was never left in the dark as to what stage the ring was in. As well, they were very up front and prompt about getting the actual price of everything squared away quick, so you know exactly how much youre spending and when to expect to finalize payment. Overall a fantastic experience.”

“I looked into CustomMade when I couldn't find a ring I liked in a physical store. I was uncertain about the process at first, but Vanessa and the rest of the team were a pleasure to do business with. They were very patient with me while I worked with them to create an original idea that they successfully brought to life. I couldn't be happier with the ring they sent me. If you want some custom work done by a group of exceptional folks, then I would absolutely recommend you reach out to them!”

“Great experience all around! From design to finish staff were super helpful and made sure everything looked just right. Extremely happy with the detail and quality of the finished set. My only caveat is I'd seen past reviews of the gem selection process being more involved, but I didn't really experience that. Felt like more focus was placed on the process of getting two custom cut accent stone, everything else was selected on their end. We'll definitely be using CustomMade again in the future.”

“From start to finish, this has been an incredible experience. I had incredible communication, support, and input from my CM advisor. I was kept updated at every step of production and informed of every detail along the way in crafting my future wife's wedding set. And the finished product... let's just say it was even more breath taking in person than the concept, the render, and even the pictures when it was all done. I couldn't be happier with it!!”

“The entire experience working with CustomMade on Alanna's engagement ring was exceptional from start to finish. The team was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, keeping me updated at every stage of production. The communication was clear and timely, which made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. I particularly appreciated the detailed updates and the opportunity to review high-quality photos before the final payment. The craftsmanship of the ring itself exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in the design and execution was outstanding, and the final piece was exactly what I had envisioned. The platinum setting and lab-created diamond came together beautifully, and the polished finish was flawless. It obviously all ultimately comes a down to the outcome—and the ring was beautiful in person, exceeded expectations in craftsmanship and of course a perfect fit.”
