“I am very pleased with my purchase. What once was a vision in my head is now something I will get to use to propose to the love of my life. The staff was ve ry helpful an patient, and their level of knowledge is commendable. If my love wants me to have a matching custom wedding band, I will absolutely be using Custom Made again. “Very friendly staff. Had to have a ring they made prior resized as well as have a wedding band made. Just like the prior time ordering through them, they were very quick and efficient at their work as well as producing a very high quality finished product. They stand behind their jewelery and are willing to do whatever it takes to turn your dream into a reality.”

“I was honestly pretty skeptical about ordering an engagement ring online instead of going to a brick-and-mortar jeweler, but CustomMade completely won me over. From start to finish, the process was smooth, communication was always timely, and my design consultant, Johnathon, was outstanding. I somehow managed to completely change my mind halfway through and went in a completely different design direction, but he was patient, professional, and worked with me through every revision until it was exactly what I wanted. When the ring finally arrived, it looked even better in person, and after months of designing it, seeing the finished product was an incredible feeling. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the customer service was just as impressive. Now I just have to do my part and make it through the proposal without dropping the ring haha. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend CustomMade to anyone looking for both exceptional service and a beautiful, high-quality ring.”

“Very easy. Gave a few inspiration pictures and a few minor adjustments and it the sketch was perfect! Finished quickly and delivered early. The box it is sent in is awesome. It’s very thoughtful and made the reveal very whimsical and moving.”

“My CustomMade experience was extremely smooth from the very beginning. Every step of this process was outlined clearly in the overview, which really helped. Each step was thoroughly discussed with me, and I was able to voice my opinions and concerns regarding the specifics of my piece. My consultant was amazing and addressed everything I asked about and even mentioned aspects I didn't have the foresight to ask about. I was incredibly happy to receive a sketch of the ring design, then a 3D rendering, and then images of the finished engagement ring, allowing me to adjust or ask about anything at each step. I also greatly appreciated the care that was put into the box that was sent with the ring, along with all the documents. This was an amazing experience, and I am incredibly happy with my piece!”

“I have had three pieces made with CustomMade - an engagement ring and two wedding bands. I went into it with some vague thoughts about theme and design, and each time the people at CustomMade helped me refine the idea and make it consistent. The three rings are not identical but they are all connected, and together they tell the story of my wife and myself. It’s a very convenient way to get unique pieces made, and I’m very happy with the quality of the finished products. I recommend this company if you want something uniquely yours.”

“The rings are exactly what I was looking for. With the helpful guidance of Grace, one of the customer service techs, we were able to come to a design for a ring with an enhancer band. The process was easy! Setting a price range definitely helps with creating the ring of your dreams. Once the design was set it takes about 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Made a stunning set that will be worn daily. Thank you, Grace and thank you CustomMade for helping me design a ring set that will be with my family for generations to come!”

“At first I wasn't so sure about getting this ring online but once I started the process and the project manager that was assigned to me named Maya was so very helpful and descriptive of the process I couldn't help but feel secure in going through with getting my ring here. They listened to my every request, answered any questions, and most importantly delivered on exactly what I was promised. I'm immensely happy with this phenomenal company and already have a friend getting her ring here as well on my recommendation. Don't second guess custommade, they are the real deal. I'm happily engaged and wouldn't be without them.”
