“I came into this project with a very specific vision in mind, and throughout working with Emily she was able to help me come up with not only what I wanted, but truly a one of a kind piece of jewelry. It is a ring so uniquely designed to what I love and shares my story with my partner. It was very clear that they wanted my attention, my support, and for me to save money. Speaking of, the ring was way cheaper than you would find at any big ring store AND it was custom. 10/10”

“I tried finding a that's was exactly what I had in my mind but was unable to find one. I reached out to custom made and they got my vision right the first time. They produce a beautiful ring that my fiancee loves and never takes off. Working with there design team was fantastic and they made every effort to get it right and produce my vision. The one con in all this is that they are much more expensive than anywhere else and I could have had the ring made for quite a bit less. I was in the process of creating a wedding ring and the pricing seemed abnormally high, so I went to another couple places and was able to get it produced for 1300 dollars less than what custom made wanted. If your will to pay the premium. They did a wonderful job and there's no hate for me in how they run their operation.”

“I was hesitant at first when coming across CustomMade due to knowing nothing about them and their reliability. I was being asked for quite a bit of money for a piece that I was asking to be made from scratch. What I found throughout the process, was excellent communication, follow-up response, and everything in-between that made me comfortable throughout the entire process. Their whole production process is well thought out and backed by a personal guarantee that if I didn’t like the end result, I could send it back and start again— that’s exactly what ended up happening. While everything digitally produced, matched what I had envisioned, the actual piece just didn’t feel quite “right” in person. They took the ring back, went back to design with all of the feedback that I had provided after actually having worn the ring for a few days, and ultimately came back with a ring that was infinitely better than I expected in real person. If you’re looking for a customized piece of jewelry, I highly recommend using CustomMade to bring your vision to life!”

“Working with Michael was a breeze. I only had a rough sketch of what I wanted. Custom Made actually improved the idea. I think the necklace looks wonderful. When I gave it to my daughter, she cried and thought it was awesome that the necklace is custom made. She hasn't taken it off since it arrived and she shows all her friends. I would definitely use Custom Made again. The necklace was made in a timely manner and the price I feel was right where it should be. I started my budget and that's where it stayed. They have me what I wanted and didn't try to upsell something I didn't want. I am very happy I found them!”

“Started off with pictures that I was inspired by and we changed a few things very good communication skills they have to make sure you get exactly what you want. Very understanding on when you actually want to get the ring made, don’t rush you by any means. Got the ring in and so blessed to deal with such a great company to make such an amazing ring. Shipping is amazing and 100% recommend to anyone. Will be getting wedding bands through them as well”

“This is my second charm by CustomMade. Both have been for topographical detailed gold charms of very small islands. As I was very happy with the previous work done in 2023, I came back again for this new one. The charm arrived on schedule - actually earlier than the estimated time. The work is beautiful. I had provided some pictures and map representations of the island, and from those CustomMade was able to replicate the island accurately, both in outline and in detail. Communication was outstanding. Every step of the way is detailed, with questions answered, constant sketches and pictures provided, and changes made when requested. I will definitely be back when I have another custom project. I recommend CustomMade based upon my two experiences. My wife is going to be surprised and happy when I present this charm to her while on our vacation. Thank you CustomMade.”
