“Absolutely a fantastic experience. Johnathan helped guide me through each step of the process and answered all my questions with a fast response. “THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! It felt like project manager was super invested with crafting the ring. She was super attentive to the details I wanted on the ring and she responded very quickly. The ring came EXACTLY how I wanted it, and the packaging it came in was a nice touch. Those mints for bad breath were funny😂”

“I had a great time working with my personal rep! They promptly responded and never left me waiting when I asked questions or had concerns about anything. As soon as I sent my first deposit, their artists drew up the initial design within a day and it was off to the races from there. Custom Made has your standard gold selections in terms of Karat and color, I chose 10k yellow gold and it looks great! For stones they produced a beutiful oval cut moisonite center stone and 6 hexagon cut citrine stones. The sky is the limit when it comes to customization. Overall from the initial deposit to the delivery man handing it over, the process took about 2 weeks give or take a couple days of design planning. I’d definitley come back to make a wedding band in the future. Beats dealing with jewelry store managers trying to upsell you on something gaudy.”

“Absolutely amazing experience with both the engagement ring and wedding band. I was able to create a ring that is not only unique but tells a story. Why buy some ring with no story just sitting in a Shop. when you can personalize it to the love of your life and give your ring a story. People ask my fiance about her ring all the time and she gets to to tell them about all the little details that went into the ring some are inspired by her others inspired by moments together....a ring should be more and can be more..can't recommend cuatomMade enough!!!”

“I had searched and searched for an engagement ring on a number of different websites. I ultimately decided to get it custom made. I simply searched “custom made engagement rings” and luckily found Custommade! From the beginning steps to the end it was a complete lack of stress on my side. Vanessa made it so so easy in helping me refine minor details in the ring I wanted to present to my now fiancée. I think the whole process was amazing I felt that the main priority was achieving the exact image I had in my mind. Upon receiving the engagement ring I was ecstatic! My fiancée absolutely loved the ring! I am so grateful to have stumbled upon the website and even more to Vanessa and Custommade to meeting all of my needs and wants! “I recently purchased my engagement ring for my now fiancée from Custom Made, can say the whole experience was amazing. Molie was my project manager, was super friendly and helpful, and helped guide me through the whole process, making it very smooth. from taking an idea I had and really bringing it to life. I feel this is a very different experience from going to the big box jewelry store, where you are trapped in their designs. When Custom Made makes getting jewelry more personal. I will definitely be using them again for the wedding bands and my own ring soon, and future pieces I would want.”

“Made the entire process easy and worry free. Project manager Ryn was a pleasure to work with and was always there to answer my questions and update me on the project as often as possible. An amazing and personalized buying experience that I will 100% reccomend. And as far as the finished product is concerned, I could not be happier. The ring was beautiful and exactlt what I wanted. Nothing about this entire experience fell short of amazing.”

“I cannot emphasize enough how amazing CustomMade is! My husband and I just got married last weekend, and when we spoke about marriage a year ago, I came across CustomMade because I wanted a ring that really represented my style and who we are as a couple. My initial design ideas were brought to life by Ryn, and then she communicated solely with my now-husband, completely surprising me months later with a proposal and engagement ring that I cried seeing in real life. I can't get over how stunning the ring is (I still gaze at it each day, it's embarassing!) and when it came time to get wedding bands, we returned to Ryn for our next design. The band nestles into the engagement ring perfectly, the width is perfect, all of it is just incredible. The quality of work, the attention to detail and care, right down to the shipping, delivery, packaging of each ring, is beyond anything I could have dreamed of. I highly recommend CustomMade, we have a special place in our hearts for Ryn, and I only wish we had the need for more rings to design and wear!”

“I worked with grace over the course of about 9 months designing the perfect ring fo my (now fiancée) Grace was very helpful she didn't presure me to make a decision, she was very responsive (often same day) she was veey good to give me all the options with all the draw backs. And the diamonds quality was absolutely stunning and true to the advertised rating. 10 out of 10 i will be using custom made for the wedding band.”
