“I had an amazing experience with CustomMade Jewelers. I didn't have much expectations going in and using their services but it really surprised me! The people I was able to talk to for getting my engagement ring made were fantastic and helped me every step of the way. They gave me more options than I was expecting to have and were able to help me with my budget range I was willing to spend. The constant updates on the development of my ring and helping me with every style, stone, and metal used to make it was very helpful. Not to mention the 3-D models of the product and the artist sketches to help visualize my final product was one of my favorite things about the process. The final ring I was able to have was a 1-to-1 of what I had from those models. Finally the packaging of the ring and the CustomMade box it came in was very neat and beautiful to see in person.”

“Couldn’t find anything as intricate and meaningful to us as a couple that anyone would sell us. So we commissioned them to make a custom ring. It was two engraved white gold rings with roses and vines throughout the center with moissanite sprinkled in as rose buds. It was absolutely gorgeous, the fact that they also throw in one free resizing and shipping protection at no extra cost is insane. The ring itself was extremely well priced for the labor, skill and service required.”

They really took the time to guide me through everything, offering great recommendations and multiple options during both the drawing and 3D render phases, which made the whole experience feel collaborative and stress-free. What stood out most was their speed and professionalism. The ring was completed sooner than expected, and when I finally saw it in person, it was exactly what I had hoped for—if not better. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loved it. It captured her style perfectly, which was the biggest win for me. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends who are thinking about proposing, and I’d confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a custom piece or an engagement ring. “Whole experience was fantastic. I had a few rings I supplied pictures and websites of and they made the most stellar example of an engagement ring I’ve ever seen. “The experience with CustomMade is amazing, from first step the last step everything was perfect, the communication level was super impressive, paying attention to detail was amazing, I was involved in with my product from the beginning to the final, level of communication and involvement make you more connected with the peace you made, I think they are one of the best company you can deal with in sense of their professionalism, communication, quality of product I will definitely will use them again. “This was my second time going through CustomMade for jewelry. The first was my Fiancee's engagement ring and this time dor our wedding rings. In both cases, the whole process was easy and comfortable. The individual i worked with, Sama, communicated everything back to me, answered all my questions, and helped the whole process go smoothly. The designs were also an exact match to what i was looking for and the finished products look amazing. I couldn't recommend CustomMade more!”

“From beginning to end the process was absolutely wonderful. I was working with Perris on the creation of my partners beautiful engagement ring and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better result. Throughout every iteration of it, to all the amazing professional opinions and support, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I was never treated as if I was annoying trying to get every detail perfect, delivery was prompter than expected, and it literally made me and my partners dream come true. I would confidently recommend, and for anyone reading this, if you are skeptical, please just go for it because I can guaruntee you wont be dissapointed! Especially if you get Perris :) Thank you CustomMade, you will forever have my grattitude.”
