“I was absolutely blown away by the quality of service and product I received from CustomMade. Right from the beginning, the team was very responsive, never leaving me in the dark on the current status of the project. I submitted many reference photos and links, worried about capturing the right "vibe" I was going for, and they hit it on the head. After I received the first sketches of the ring, I knew they understood the look and feel of what I wanted and that I made the right choice partnering with CustomMade. I admit, at first I was a little leery to make such a big purchase online involving a product I wouldn't get to see in person until the very end, but the CustomMade team's professionalism, organization, and commitment to the customer and project quickly put all of my uneasiness to rest. At no point did I feel like they were pushing things on me or just trying to take my money. I always felt like they truly cared about the project, my experience, and what was right for me. In the end, they delivered a stunning engagement ring that both my partner and I are in love with! “I was searching for a mother's ring for my wife. After speaking with a number of jewelers and a great deal of searching online I couldn't find quite the right piece and began looking at having a custom ring made. I found Custom Made and after reviewing some of their work I decided to start a quote to see if they could put together what I was looking for starting with a rough description of the ring a couple of pictures of some pieces with elements I'd like to incorporate. I received a first response the same day and started the design and review process. The interactions with the design and build team were absolutely fabulous with extremely fast responses, clear asks, and very good adjustments based on my feedback. The first drawings were completed in three days and in under a week I had the first renderings. I started my design with Aleni on the Custom Made team who was absolutely outstanding throughout initial design and then transitioned to Lei for the design and rendering process. In both cases they were engaged and eager to design exactly what I was looking for while being very conscious of the budget. It was actually a lot of fun to see the designs move so fast and to see my vision for the ring in the designs evolve. The total process took less than 2 months including the construction of the ring and delivery and the price was extremely reasonable for the high quality of jewelery that we received. The final ring we received was exactly what I'd wanted and my wife is incredibly happy with the piece. I am absolutely planning to buy additional pieces from Custom Made and I've already recommended them to a number of friends.”

“There's something special about looking for rings with a partner. Sometimes you look for months to try and find something that fits the relationship. I realized that what we wanted for our wedding was more unique. We wanted something that we could see everyday and be happy with. We found that with this company. Throughout the whole process they were nothing but kind and professional. We had a vision for a space themed wedding so we wanted something that represented that. This company has high standards for their work and I will always look back fondly at the experience.”

“[TLDR]I really can recomend CustomMade enough. Let me explain. I dont write reviews, for anything! but for CM I was more than happy to do so, TWICE!!!!. I appraoched them wiht a project that had more meaning to me than is easy to express, but lets say I reached a crossroads in my life. I'd recently lost my dad, my dog and my wife (shes still alive, but shes lost to me) and was about to head out on, what for me was a huge adventure. I wanted someting that would commemorate my family, my present and my future. And by God did they suceed. The design process was a joy with no change being too difficult or to small for them to implement. Every step of the way they showed me the changes, the process and what the finished product would look like. Finally it arrived, it was stunning, beautiful, everything I wanted and more... in fact a lot more! You see the only problem with the ring was during the initial process of selecting the design, I had clicked OVERSIZED ( full 22mm crest). Now I'm a big guy but this was huge, way too big, there was no way I would ever wear it. Then Carla got in touch, just your (not-so) usual after delivery check in. I told her the truth and she said "give me a day or two to see what we can do" Now I'm not suggesting you do this, get it right the first time! But when Carla got back and said they would re-cast the ring at no extra charge, I was both shocked and delighted in equal measure. They now have the ring, and have started the recasting and I cant wait to see the final product. I really can't recomend the team enough, and if it's a truely unique, personalised piece you're looking for, you wont get much better”

Prices were extremely fair and the team was always understanding and ready to help with adjustments to the designs and always very transparent about pricing adjustments due to design changes.”
