“I had an engagement ring made through CustomMade, and the entire experience was fantastic. The staff was friendly, easy to work with, and very willing to make changes throughout the design process to ensure everything was exactly right. They were patient, responsive, and truly cared about creating the perfect ring. The final product exceeded my expectations—it turned out absolutely gorgeous. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves it! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom engagement ring.”

“I recently was in the market for a custom ring. I searched the net and spoke with a couple of companies but decided to go with CustomMade. You ask why? Well they have great customer service and interact with you throughout the entire design process and manufactoring and delivery. Plus they have a great warranty and garrenty!!! My design consultant helped a lot with design recommendation and practical expectations, for which I'm greatful for. I say if you have an idea for a send it to them, pay the small cad/design and and build your deam jewelery.”

“The experience was amazing. Everything included options and I was given the choice to do exactly what I wanted to do with the project. I just proposed yesterday and she loves it! Thank you guys! Only thing is it would be awesome if you guys could use personal materials within the ring.”

“I was excited to find a company that would make custom jewellery, in my case a signet ring. Right from my first inquir, the engagement was very professional and timely. I was able to share my expectations and received useful advice,but it was not pushy. They were focussed on accommodating my expectations. I received several mock-ups, including different finishings which were very high quality. Once production started there were regular updates and before delivery, photos of the final product. Once agreed, the signet ring was shipped. I will certainly go back to them!”

“This was the best experience. I wanted my engagement ring remade into a better quality ring and the team was able to take what I had and improve it to make sure this piece will last a lifetime. From the timely communication to helping me make the most informed decision while staying within the budget I had set. Cannot thank the team enough for turning my dream piece into a reality. I know you market as engagement rings however if I ever needed another piece made I would definitely reach out just to see how possible it would be!”

“Indescribable. I cannot even explain what it felt like to hold in my hands what once was only an image in my mind. As if that's not enough, the quality is fantastic. “my experience with custommade was excellent. i was unsure how i felt designing a ring online and how the process would work but once i started communicating with them it was the easiest and most wonderful experience to go through. i was able to change my design up multiple times and the whole process i was kept in the loop. i would recommend to anyone! family and friends!”

“From start to finish, my experience with CustomMade was exceptional. The entire process felt collaborative and personal. The team took the time to understand the vision behind the ring, provided thoughtful guidance throughout the design process, and communicated clearly every step of the way. What impressed me most was how accurately they brought the design to life. The CAD renderings were beautiful, but the finished ring exceeded my expectations. “I found an uncommon design and I sent a picture. They replicated the design perfectly and completed the product ahead of schedule. Through no fault of theirs the size was off but they arranged to fix that. I am very satisfied with their work. They were very professional throughout the whole experience”

“Rachel did a phenomenal job helping me design the perfect ring for my now fiancé! Any questions I had she had answered within a day and when I made the request to have the delivery time pushed up by a week she made it happen! I would recommend them to anybody.”
