“They were responsive to my questions and gave me tons of options based on what i was unsure/sure about. They gave me so many design types when i wanted a sun moon and star but wasn’t exactly sure what i wanted them to look like. They also made me two rings that go together well but aren’t identical so we can both wear engagement rings!”

“My experience was amazing. The company worked with me to the very last detail. My project manger Vanessa helped me through one of the biggest milestones in my life with great care and was very flexible with my budget. The quality of the ring was amazing and my fiancé loved it. Not to mention the box the ring came in was an entire kit for the proposal. I didn’t expect it and it was an amazing touch to receive with the ring. Overall I highly recommend this company.”

“I was very Skeptical at first HOWEVER I could not be any happier!! My project manager Caroline was the absolute best! The quick responses and conversations made it feel effortless and as if I was talking to a friend! She made me feel safe and helped me through all the decisions! An engagement ring or any piece of jewelry is such a sentimental thing and she made it EXACTLY like I envisioned! 11/10 stars and will come back here any time I need something in the future!”

“Overall an amazing experience. Only complaint is that it took about 2-4 business days to gat back to me If I messaged them and it's hard to find the message portal as I do have to scroll through all my emails to find this specific email to create a new message. Other than that they were very kind helpful and the ring is amazing. Fiance is very happy we can send back for small adjustments and ring sizing for free in the first 30 days. I'll also be using this company for my own ring”

“Incredibly easy design process, felt like a buzzfeed which ring are you quiz, even tho I knew nothing about rings it was really simple and fun. Staff was very helpful and very quick to respond to questions I had as well as adjustments or changes to the ring during the design process.”

“I’ve been waiting until after the proposal to write this so it’s been a bit, but I remember very well how easy the process was. The person I worked with was very friendly and helpful. She only asked for a few references and ran with it. They didn’t mind at all when I asked for tweaks after the first concept drawings. I even through in a couple of weird requests and they made it all work. I was very picky about the centerpiece gem, but they kept searching until they found the right one. I even had to change one of the stones after I approved the design and they happily worked it out My now Fiance said the ring couldn’t be any more perfect. The ring was done beautifully crafted and it came out better than we could’ve hoped.”

“This is a long time coming, but I wanted to write a review after I gave my mom her custom pendant for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! :)) Starting this experience, I was kind of nervous because I didn't know the process and how much it was going to cost. Christine was the main person we chatted with and it was genuinely such a pleasure. We could tell that she, and the designers/makers, really cared about bringing this pendant to life. The entire process was communicated amazingly to us, the cost estimate was solid and was a good value, and the design and production stage went by quickly and efficiently. Seeing the pendant in person was very emotional, for me when I opened the package, and for my mom when I gave it to her. The design is flawless and beautiful and it's her new favorite piece of everyday jewelry. I already know that I'm going to use this service again if I ever wanted another custom piece, just because of how much they helped us out on this. My mom was devastated when she lost the original pendant, and I'm so happy she has a custom made one now to replace it. Thank you so so much! :)”

“I had a great project manager in Colin who helped me a novice get this done right. I had not considered getting a ring ever in my life for a partner and they helped me get one that delighted my person. The experience is as slow or fast as you make it. But whether you know what you are looking for, they are super helpful all the way through, and responsive.”
