“I’m extremely happy with the engagement ring I had CustomMade Jewelers create for my girlfriend! The team provided fantastic support throughout the entire process, carefully listening to every detail I wanted and making adjustments whenever needed until it was perfect. I sourced my own accent emeralds, and they handled them beautifully, setting them exactly as I envisioned. The whole experience was smooth, the process was fast, and the production time was even quicker than expected. Highly recommend them for custom jewelry!”

“I cannot recommend CustomMade enough! I found them through a tiktok (Megan & Jack) and looked into it for my wedding band. Our wedding isn't until October 2027, but nevere having had custome jewlery before I thought it was going to be a longer processes. Pauline was very quick to reply to any of my questions and requests, she provided me with samples of previous pieces made by the company for me to reference and get a better understanding of what I wanted from my own, which was extremely helpful when I couldn’t quite find the right words to describe my vision. When picking out my engagement ring, my fiancé hadn't known what "stacking" meant, so he didn't realize the one he'd picked didn't exactly have a wedding band that would nestle with it. I'd been searching for something that not only would fit with my engagement ring, but also feel like me and not something generic. Fortunately!!! CustomMade not only brought forth the subtle whimsy and pop of color I wanted in my wedding band, they also designed the 2 bands with my engagement ring in mind so it sits nicely in the middle. I can't believe how beautifully it came together, and I'm excited ti have future peices made through them as well!! Like I mentioned before, I thought it was going to be a longer process but the longest part was going back and forth on the design aspects. They were very thorough in that part of the process and gave lots of helpful information such as explaining various stones & metals and the differences within them. They offered two options for design and once I'd decided on the one I liked best, we further fine-tuned. After that, it was maybe 3 weeks before it was done? If even that long? And then once it arrived... packaged perfectly! Sealed up great, and then the packaging the rings were set in is beautiful. I had 2 rings made to stack with my already owned engagement ring, so each ring is in its own little ring box. All in all, I am OBSESSED! I absolutely love them! I can not wait to have more made! I love that i will have special, custom made jewelry to pass down one day!”

“They helped my customize an engagement ring for my boyfriend. They did so much, from helping me figure out what I wanted the rain to look like and what type of gem I wanted, and explaining the pricing and how it worked. I was thoroughly informed every step of the way I will definitely be ordering from them again if I ever need another custom piece of jewelry”

“The process was extremely easy and all of the contributes were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Experts walk you through the entire process and give ample opportunity for questions and feedback on the design of your piece. I worked with Custom Made to design my engagement ring, and was truly given my DREAM ring. The designers and jewelers took my vision and made it into reality, and all with an easy process and reasonable prices! I cannot recommend custom made enough for those looking for jewelers that l reflects your personality and style. I unfortunately can’t provide my own photo since I’m still waiting on the proposal, but not to worry, because Custom Made provides high quality photography of your piece before sending it so you can evaluate the finish and ensure it is perfect! The process developed from designing the ring to delivering it is truly made with the customer in mind.”

“CustomMade is awesome. I ordered a sterling silver men’s signet ring. At each step of the process I was sent updates. When the ring was ready for my approval CustomMade sent me 5 photos of my ring from different angles to show a complete view of my ring. I approved the design and the custom making of my ring began. Again I was updated at each stage of the process. When the ring was finished it was shipped to me in a timely manner. The box it was shipped in is as beautiful as the ring. I opened the box and when I saw the ring I loved it. It is beautiful. The CustomMade staff is very easy to deal with, very communicative and responsive and very friendly. They don’t just talk customer service as all companies talk but they walk the walk. I am doubtful that any other company can match the customer service that I received from CustomMade. This company can be described by one word: AWESOME. Kevin Finn”

“I cannot recommend Johnathon enough! From start to finish, he made the entire process of creating the perfect engagement ring an absolute joy. He took the time to listen to all my ideas, understand my partner’s style, and guide me through every step with patience and expertise. The attention to detail was incredible, and he made sure every element—from the diamond cut to the setting—was just right. When I finally saw the finished ring, I was completely blown away. “I originally found CustomMade on a Google search. They helped me design a beautiful engagement ring incorporating designs unique to my passions and interests, which included hummingbirds, flowers, and my birthstone. Four years later, my engagement ring has held up beautifully. (It is stronger than my store-bought sapphire and diamond wedding band.) Recently, I had a milestone birthday, so I wanted to treat myself to a cocktail ring that I would adore! I knew who to reach out to. This time I wanted to incorporate Celtic knots, hummingbirds, and a large emerald-cut sapphire stone. It turned out beautifully. I love it and wear it often! The staff were always very quick to respond, informative, and willing to accommodate any adjustments in the editing phase. I would highly recommend them for rings for any occasion!🩷”
