"I cannot recommend CustomMade enough! I found them through a tiktok (Megan & Jack) and looked into it for my wedding band. Our wedding isn't until October 2027, but nevere having had custome jewlery before I thought it was going to be a longer processes. Pauline was very quick to reply to any of my questions and requests, she provided me with samples of previous pieces made by the company for me to reference and get a better understanding of what I wanted from my own, which was extremely helpful when I couldn\u2019t quite find the right words to describe my vision. When picking out my engagement ring, my fianc\u00e9 hadn't known what \"stacking\" meant, so he didn't realize the one he'd picked didn't exactly have a wedding band that would nestle with it. I'd been searching for something that not only would fit with my engagement ring, but also feel like me and not something generic. Fortunately!!! CustomMade not only brought forth the subtle whimsy and pop of color I wanted in my wedding band, they also designed the 2 bands with my engagement ring in mind so it sits nicely in the middle. I can't believe how beautifully it came together, and I'm excited ti have future peices made through them as well!! \r\n\r\nLike I mentioned before, I thought it was going to be a longer process but the longest part was going back and forth on the design aspects. They were very thorough in that part of the process and gave lots of helpful information such as explaining various stones & metals and the differences within them. They offered two options for design and once I'd decided on the one I liked best, we further fine-tuned. After that, it was maybe 3 weeks before it was done? If even that long? And then once it arrived... packaged perfectly! Sealed up great, and then the packaging the rings were set in is beautiful. I had 2 rings made to stack with my already owned engagement ring, so each ring is in its own little ring box. \r\n\r\nAll in all, I am OBSESSED! I absolutely love them! I can not wait to have more made! I love that i will have special, custom made jewelry to pass down one day! "

“My engagement ring for my Fiance turned out great! I was actually really impressed with how it turned out! Everyone that sees it compliments it. The ring is a more vintage style with flowery details on the band. Even communicating with Everyone was made really easy with reasonable waits. I'm actually considering buying a wedding band here for my fiancé. Definitely recommend. I'm not a person that normally comes back and give a review either.”

“The experience of designing and producing my custom ring could not have been better with the CustomMade team, Johnathan was my liaison and was quick to make any requests I had despite the considerable time difference (ordered from Australia). When the piece arrived I was ecstatic to see all the minute details I was after brought to life. The process of going from sketches, to 3D renderings to choosing my own diamond really couldn't have led to a more tailored design.”

“I ended up getting my CustomMade engagement ring made in a really good time frame and it was super easy to get the exact specifications that I wanted on the ring. They help you with pricing and all that as well and if your trying to impress that significant other with no ring that is the same I recommend coming to custommade and do what there name is get a ring custommade to what you want and what you like.”

“was looking for a service to make custom necklace for myself, they were helpful the whole process as I was unfamiliar with jewerly or the manufacutring/materials. there was a slight error in the manufacturing but they caught it, and started over with maybe a single day's delay on shipping it out. not a complex design to the necklace but might try something more complex later.”

“Amazing work done a real 1 to 1 from paper to reality. Super helpful throughout the design process. From small corrections to providing entirely different ring designs in case you haven't sold yourself on one. Very helpful regarding tighter budgets as well. Amazing detail in a ring + band for around the 2k range. Ring was a little thinner than expected from a lot of the close up pictures. Considering the lower budget, absolutely not a deal breaker.”

“I had an amazing experience with CustomMade Jewelers. I didn't have much expectations going in and using their services but it really surprised me! The people I was able to talk to for getting my engagement ring made were fantastic and helped me every step of the way. They gave me more options than I was expecting to have and were able to help me with my budget range I was willing to spend. The constant updates on the development of my ring and helping me with every style, stone, and metal used to make it was very helpful. Not to mention the 3-D models of the product and the artist sketches to help visualize my final product was one of my favorite things about the process. The final ring I was able to have was a 1-to-1 of what I had from those models. Finally the packaging of the ring and the CustomMade box it came in was very neat and beautiful to see in person.”

“Couldn’t find anything as intricate and meaningful to us as a couple that anyone would sell us. So we commissioned them to make a custom ring. It was two engraved white gold rings with roses and vines throughout the center with moissanite sprinkled in as rose buds. It was absolutely gorgeous, the fact that they also throw in one free resizing and shipping protection at no extra cost is insane. The ring itself was extremely well priced for the labor, skill and service required.”
