“Everything on the ring was expertly crafted. I only wish i personally got bigger emeralds on the ring. But that has nothing to do with the custom made team. They helped me for months with ideas and crafting designs and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I look forward to our 5 year anniversary when i can get an even bigger ring. Thank you custom made and team.”

“This place was recommended to me by my partner, and honestly I didn't know what to expect. I was surprised by the attentive communication and thorough breakdown of the ring making process. You are assigned a person who walks you through every step of the process, making sure you are satisfied each step of the way. They nailed my vision for my ring exactly and we're both so happy with it. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ryn was my project manager. She was very helpful, kind, and patient with me in making my decisions for the perfect ring. She stayed within my budget and found the most beautiful natural diamond that my fiancé and I absolutely love. Overall it was a great experience. I will have them make the wedding band as well.”

“This was our second project with Custom Made (matching wedding band to an engagement ring). although this project was a little more bumpy than I had liked, since we gave the project a healthy timeline, errors we able to be corrected on time and we got the perfect matching band. With enough time you can completly change your mind after the ring has been made, finished and ready to ship. They will melt it back down and recreate your vision if you are not happy with it. Keep in mind my project was somewhat difficult as the goal was to match the colour of two different types of gem stones and in the end it was perfect.”

“I highly recommend CustomMade! I truly enjoyed every step of the process, and my project manager, Stephanie, was amazing, both friendly and incredibly helpful. She kept me updated throughout and even offered thoughtful suggestions to make the ring stand out. From sharing my initial inspiration to receiving the sketch, reviewing the 3D rendering, and finally seeing photos of the finished ring, the entire experience was seamless and exciting. I haven’t been able to stop admiring it since it arrived! Shipping was also impressively fast! The ring arrived within a week of my final payment. If you’re looking for the perfect engagement ring, CustomMade does an excellent job of bringing your vision to life.”

“I could not be happier with the outcome of the engagement ring! My Fiance loves the ring and even has me tell anyone who asks, what is the meaning behind everything on the ring. I lvoe the outcome and honestly would love to have them make a matching set of weddings bands for us because they are worth every penny! The process is smooth and precise and does not mmove forward unless you give them the OK. Do not be shy on how you want it because they are there to make sure your vision comes to life. If you want a beautifully made ring then I would recommend these guys in a heart beat!”

“I wanted a custom ring that I couldn't find anywhere else and I'm so glad I went with CustomMade. Their designers and stone expert were so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. “I came into this project with a very specific vision in mind, and throughout working with Emily she was able to help me come up with not only what I wanted, but truly a one of a kind piece of jewelry. It is a ring so uniquely designed to what I love and shares my story with my partner. “CustomMade was incredible to work with. I could always expect a response by the next business day that answered any questions I had with clarity and great amounts of detail. It was very clear that they wanted my attention, my support, and for me to save money. Speaking of, the ring was way cheaper than you would find at any big ring store AND it was custom. 10/10”

“I tried finding a that's was exactly what I had in my mind but was unable to find one. I reached out to custom made and they got my vision right the first time. They produce a beautiful ring that my fiancee loves and never takes off. Working with there design team was fantastic and they made every effort to get it right and produce my vision. The one con in all this is that they are much more expensive than anywhere else and I could have had the ring made for quite a bit less. I was in the process of creating a wedding ring and the pricing seemed abnormally high, so I went to another couple places and was able to get it produced for 1300 dollars less than what custom made wanted. If your will to pay the premium. They did a wonderful job and there's no hate for me in how they run their operation.”
