“I started my project back in April 2024 and just received the final ring a little over a year later. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I worked with Emily throughout the process, and she was incredibly patient, helpful, and supportive at every step. The whole experience moved at a pace that felt natural, and I always felt like I was in good hands. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful and even better than how I envisioned it. The green sapphires complement the design perfectly, the moissanite sparkles brilliantly, and the overall craftsmanship is outstanding. What I appreciated most was how CustomMade took my ideas and turned them into something real and meaningful. I can say with confidence that my fiancée-to-be is going to love it. Thank you for making this such a memorable experience!”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better, more seamless experience. From start to beginning they crafted the ring to my exact specifications and even tolerated my multitude of change requests. “Emily was an absolute joy to work with! She responded timely, was very proactive in the process, ready to help and adapt when I changed my mind, and was overall kind with everything! The ring came in just as pictured. The packaging came in a cute little box with a bunch of accessories and words of encouragement too! Not just a custom ring, but a custom experience that was incredibly fun!”

“The customer service and one on one interactions with this company is top notch. They do everything in their power to make sure you get the ring you want. I came to this site with an idea for a ring and they made it into something absolutely incredible. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring. She can’t stop talking about it. I couldn’t recommend this site more to any guy who is looking to make something amazing for their future wife. I’m gonna be recommending this site to all my brothers and friends. Don’t worry if you know nothing about rings because the folks here are committed to giving you all the cards to make the best informed decisions for your ring because this may be the most important ring you’ll ever buy! “I was well taken care of during the process of reproducing my husband's ring as I lost mine after 20 years of having it. I was devastated. Perris was the most kind person you could ever work with. Her personal touch is what made me feel fully trusting of her services. After all the proofing is done and agreed to proceed; I was then given an estimated date to create my ring. It was just an estimated time of creation, and sure enough they shipped on the date they said they would! The ring arrived just how Perris said it would. What is great about CustomMade is they have an awesome way to show you where the ring is in production. In addition, there is a message chat window that is connected to your customer service rep. In my case Perris. So no phone calls or emails to communicate - their way is awesome. I immediately gave the box to my husband. He later re-proposed to me and gave me the ring! However, when we looked at it, it was shiny, I didn't catch it as we wanted a buffed finish, the ring width was not matching my husband's ring (how could we catch as it was always pictures), and lastly my fault I gave the wrong inscription. Perris was very responsive, she gave me the options of dealing with the three issues. I was expecting a big bill but she said that there is no charge for dealing with these issues except a small fee for the materials to widen the ring. To start the process, I had to complete a form which outlined the process and made me aware of certain things. The next step I'm told, will be a prepaid label generated to send back the ring back to CustomMade. I can't tell you how impressed I am with CustomMade. You can be assured you will have the best customer service guiding you through the entire process of selecting a ring, or creating your special ring. When I get the chance to buy another piece of jewelry, I will contact CustomMade first.”
