“Custom Made was able to create a custom class ring for the intern of our college organization, because she is leaving next year. She has meant so much to the org, and being able to thank her for all that she has done with Custom Made was really amazing. Custom Made was really easy to work with, and they were super flexible with the design. I was also very impressed with how well they were able to adhere to their predicted timeline, because they were even able to get the finished ring to me earlier than what was planned, with no decrease in quality.”

“I couldn't have had a better experience designing and receiving my dream ring. The entire process was seamless from sharing inspo pics to fleshing out design details to receiving my finished ring a week and a half sooner than expected. Sam Taylor Vandewalle was absolutely incredible to work with -- her communication, professionalism and expertise was above and beyond (seriously, she deserves a raise just based on this project alone!) “I had such a wonderful experience with CustomMade. From the moment I started looking at their website, till I had the ring, it was a great professional experience. Emily was so helpful and the whole team did such a great job working with the specific design I wanted. Response time was always surprisingly fast! They worked with all the different design features and I knew I was going to get it exactly as I designed it. When I opened the box, I was so happy! They did such an excellent job creating the perfect ring.”

“When I first arrived at this website, I was skeptical about ordering an engagement ring online. However, Custommade.com exceeded my expectations and made dreams come true for lovely fiancée! The team was incredibly helpful and engaged throughout the entire process, ensuring that the ring was perfect. The Custommade.com team made me feel welcome while creating the ring, especially when I had questions. I was new to the 4 C's of diamonds and wasn't familiar with them at the time, but now I know what to look for. The package that the ring arrived in was very sturdy, featuring a magnetic strip to ensure the box stayed securely closed. Additionally, it was protected with heavy packaging plastic, which helped ensure that the delicate ring arrived in perfect condition. I provided them with an idea inspired by an item I saw in an anime, and they were able to recreate it perfectly. I did make a few changes to the design, but they were very welcoming towards incorporating anime elements. I’m not sure how other companies handle such themes, so this was a definite plus! If you’re searching for a reliable website to purchase a custom-made engagement ring, you’ve come to the right place. They will provide you with valuable information about diamond quality, durability, and will collaborate with you throughout the entire process! “When you're looking for an online platform to get a custom ring made, you're often skeptical at first about whether the business is legitimate, or at least I was. After speaking with Emily from CustomMade, that skepticism disappeared. The process was so much easier than I thought, and the communication was so excellent. If I had a question, they would respond within a day, if not within a couple of hours, and they laid out each step so that there was no miscommunication. Once the ring was completed, they sent it to me in a nice box with everything I needed for that special moment. I started looking for an engagement ring, skeptical of doing it online, and now I can't say enough about how great CustomMade has been. I look forward to using them in the future to create more jewelry for my future wife.”

“I was allowed all yhe time needed to come up with all the payment for the project, nothing was rushed. It was done in best possible way to satisfy me, as a customer I loved their service, I had multiple revisions and changes to the piece and they absolutely achieved every ask. Very professional and quick responses. They are a great team. Explained me everything properly with images as refference and not only proper bullet point explanations just so I understand as best as possible. It was just great. Never encountered such good customer service. The piece came out stunning. I love it. And I'll definetly use them again. International delivery. I enjoyed my time creating the piece with this team.
