“CustomMade pretty had this process down perfectly! I honestly can’t think of a way to make the interaction smoother. My project manager (Nikhil) was very responsive and thorough. From beginning to end, every detail was covered and I am very satisfied with my final product. I’m not a big jewelry person but I feel like they’ve earned themselves a repeat customer.”

“WOW! We could not be happier with our overall experience with CustomMade, and the incredible end product! Sama, Simra, and Meg were incredible to work with from start to finish. “My experience working and designing my engagement and wedding ring was amazing! Staff has always kept me in the loop and updated with the process of my rings. Even when I pushed up the date I needed the rings and there was a incident with my gemstone (it was Moss Agate, very hard stone to work with) still managed to get my rings made and delivered me ahead of the updated schedule, and thanks to Custommade even though I'm in the military I was able to make time to propose and marry the love of my life. So from me to the people at Custommade personally, Thank you and I hope you keep changing peoples lives for the better just like you did for me”

“I had a really great experience with CustomMade. I was assigned an individual project manager who was very thorough with all the details of my engagement ring. The process was very easy and was completed quickly. I was a little unsure of exactly how I wanted the ring to look and the project manager helped guide me to make all the details perfect. The ring packaging was extremely impressive and included all the paperwork to go with the ring. There were also some other nice bonuses in the box that I wasn't expecting. The ring looks amazing in person and is great quality. Couldn't recommend CustomMade enough!”

“I had a great experience with Custom Made Jewelers. Maya helped me from start to finish and made the whole process really easy. She was patient with all my questions and walked me through everything step by step. They also did a really good job of making the ring feel personal. They took the time to ask about my fiancée’s preferences and made sure all the little details were right. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything, which I really appreciated. The ring came out absolutely beautiful and better than I could’ve hoped for. Maya and everyone at Custom Made Jewelers did an awesome job, and I’m really glad I chose them for something this important. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a custom piece!”
