“I was looking for an Engagement ring after my first attempt failed. Time was short and was of the essence. I literallstumbled on CustomMade with butter flies in my stomach and few moments to spear I engaged CustomMade. They were friendly, courtious and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. I was complely satisfied with the final product and more satsfied when in came in before schedule. “I cannot express more fully how much I appreciate this company. This was the most responsive, easy to work with, detail oriented, helpful, caring team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. On top of it, they helped me design a ring to match my finance’s ring perfectly, and I have never been so excited to receive a delivery ever. “These guys were legitimately FANTASTIC! This was my first time dealing with any sort of jeweler and right off the bat they were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and were willing to listen to all of my questions, concerns and all of my ideas! I don't normally do reviews but this company deserves all 5 stars, I'd give more if I could! Sarah D. Was my jeweler that I worked with and she really was everything I could have asked for. I even had to take a 2-3 month break before I was able to move forward for personal reasons, and when I was ready to continue we picked up right where we left off! Truly some of the best service I've seen in a company, HIGHLY recommend this company.”

“Through the whole process, everyone I worked with was exceptionally responsive and experienced. I worked to get a custom engagement ring made based off a photo, and they came back with a design more perfect than any I could have imagined. My now fiance has been nonstop AMAZED by the quality, and everyone we have shown has agreed that I nailed the decision. They designed within my budget to a tee and delivered exactly what I was hoping for an more. I will be returning for my wedding band!!”

“They were very helpful throughout the whole process! I was skeptical at first but they were very reassuring the whole time. I read all the bad reviews, but the quality control was great, and when it comes down to it, they are making YOUR ring design. So if you don’t do your due diligence in making it sturdy and durable, that’s on you not them! Mine has not had any issues at all and I love it!”
