“When you're looking for an online platform to get a custom ring made, you're often skeptical at first about whether the business is legitimate, or at least I was. After speaking with Emily from CustomMade, that skepticism disappeared. The process was so much easier than I thought, and the communication was so excellent. If I had a question, they would respond within a day, if not within a couple of hours, and they laid out each step so that there was no miscommunication. Once the ring was completed, they sent it to me in a nice box with everything I needed for that special moment. I started looking for an engagement ring, skeptical of doing it online, and now I can't say enough about how great CustomMade has been. I look forward to using them in the future to create more jewelry for my future wife.”

“We found a lovely and unique ring that had exactly the cloudy center stone we wanted but was mounted on too delicate a band. We discovered CustomMade. They searched and searched for an imperfect red Diamond and found it. Then worked from our vague instructions to create a thing of beauty.”

“I was allowed all yhe time needed to come up with all the payment for the project, nothing was rushed. It was done in best possible way to satisfy me, as a customer I loved their service, I had multiple revisions and changes to the piece and they absolutely achieved every ask. Very professional and quick responses. They are a great team. Explained me everything properly with images as refference and not only proper bullet point explanations just so I understand as best as possible. It was just great. Never encountered such good customer service. The piece came out stunning. I love it. And I'll definetly use them again. International delivery. I enjoyed my time creating the piece with this team. Brilliant service. Genuine 100% they didn't lie when they aaid they deliver!❤️”

“Huge thanks to the CustomMade team, their service was friendly, professional, and truly pleasant. They helped with every question I had and took care of everything from start to finish. They fully delivered on all my requests, even though I probably asked way too many questions (some of which might have been a bit annoying). Still, they patiently and thoroughly brought my vision to life. Honestly, others should learn from them, this is what real professional customer service should look like. Bravo! “I had an amazing experience with CustomMade! I had made AI images of what I was sort of looking to make. Every step of the way they listened to what I wanted to do and gave great advice and suggestions. Once creating images of the ring it's self anytime I wanted to alter the design to see how it looked they would with no issues. Shipping was perfect and fast. Once receiving the ring the packaging was great. Seeing the ring in person was stunning I loved it even more! I would recommend CustomMade to anyone i know!”

“The Team made sure I was well informed on the materials, process and procedures. They are very patient and very professional. Even more important they are responsive and that helps a LOT when you’re paying for something you can’t physically see. All trust and all good intentions, they did great. “I was a little skeptical of the process to begin with. Who buys a ring without seeing it or talking with someone in person. I'm very impressed with the service. The design consultation was great. The person I was working with asked a lot of questions. The designs she brought back to me were awesome. The designers were able to make something that matched perfectly with the wedding bands my fiancé designed with CutsomMade. When I got the ring, I was blown away by the quality and detail that went into it. Simply amazing.”
