“CustomMade was amazing from start to finish! Their professionalism and honest communication were outstanding. Brian answered all my questions and offered great suggestions. We had a custom pendant made from our logo as a gift for a 40-year employee, and the final piece was absolutely beautiful, even better than I imagined. The whole experience was top-notch, and she loved it as much as I did. I’ll definitely use CustomMade again!”

“I contacted the Custommade team around a year ago after looking for ‘The’ ring for my partner. I found that while looking at rings in most stores that many were essentially the same and nothing was really popping out to me. When I reached out to team was super helpful and friendly from the very start. I didn’t feel pressured to accept any designs, it was all done at my pace which helps a lot when looking into such an important ring. The ring was everything I wanted for my partner and more. It looked identical from the 3D rendering that was sent in the design stage. Everyone was flexible and nothing was confirmed for the ring until I was 100% happy with it (not that it took very long to be happy). The process was easy and accomodating from the get go, especially as I am based overseas. Needless to say that my partner was very very happy with the ring and we are excited to use the crew again when we look into getting our wedding bands. If you are looking into getting a special piece for that special someone I highly recommend using these guys.”

“The experience was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I started planning the ring in January 2025. CustomMade's designers etc. were incredibly flexible and patient. They went along with my super stretched out timeline, attended to my multiple re-design requests without any complaints or extra fees. The team helped me pick the most perfect diamond too. In general, everyone was unbelievably timely and kind. Thank you all so much. God Bless.”

“I had a wonderful experience working with CustomMade. The process from start to finish was very smooth and straightforward. They explained every step of the process in detail. They took their time to show and explain all the options they had for different parts of the process such as styles, materials, and prices to be able to work with my budget and create the best product for me. I also received the necklace I ordered sooner than expected which was a huge plus and I absolutely loved the piece they made for me.”

“I am very happy with my ring. It is exactly what I envisioned. I came to the table with a family crest drawing we designed ourselves and I wanted to turn it into a family signet ring, but with a modern twist, a art deco vibe, and without the bulkiness. The design process took a longer time than I expected. I had strong vision for the ring so I felt I stepped in to give pointed directions to the designer more than I should have. But we ultimately aligned and I was impressed with the final design and the ring itself.”

“While looking for a ring for my engagement, I couldn't find what I was looking for. I searched high and low but still nothing that really fit. Then I checked with CustomMade and in the first pictures they sent of what they could make was one that was so close to what I wanted. “My engagement ring and wedding band were both custom made here and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. My engagement ring is not a typical design. It is very intricate, yet they took on the project with complete confidence and care. The team was incredibly responsive, the updates were clear, and they made sure that when the rings arrived we were genuinely happy with them. I also had to send my ring back for resizing and that process was just as smooth. I am truly grateful for Emily and the whole team for bringing our vision to life.”
