“Our experience was absolutely top notch! After my fiance went through Custom Made for my engagement ring, we knew we wanted to continue working with them for a custom wedding band. We worked with Katy, and she made the experience so easy, clear, and fun. My wedding band turned out exactly how I hoped!”

“Excellent customer service- Emily is the best! Super helpful and responsive, patient with my tweaks and changes to the design, and insightful when I wasn’t sure what direction to go. After receiving the ring I was not disappointed! It’s beautiful, unique, and totally fits my wife’s personality. She loves it and gets tons of compliments on it everywhere she goes. She shows it off proudly and I tell everyone where to find their own custom jewelry. Also worth mentioning, the price tag was significantly more reasonable than I expected. Most places would penny charge 4-8k for what I designed for my wife but ours landed just under 2k with tax. Well worth the purchase if it’s in the budget and you’re looking for something unique and high quality!”

“I had a very positive experience with my engagement/wedding band set through CustomMade. I had a strong idea of what I wanted but the designers did an amazing job bringing it to life! There team was very responsive and encouraging while providing me 3D renderings to give me an idea of what my vision looked like. After proposing (she said yes :D) she said it was "more beautiful than anything I could have ever expected." Thanks to the team and I will definitely be recommending to the other friends in my life looking to drop one knee!”

“Spoke with 3 different employees. 1st one was with me throughout the entire process of the design, another one quickly joined for an additional question and then I believe someone else had helped me with the final product and delivery. Whole process was fluid, easy to understand, and extremely easygoing with the decision making. Also, my now Fiancee loves the ring. So I know I did something right hehe.”

“CustomMade was wonderful to work with from start to finish on our wedding bands. My fiancée and I came into the process with a vision for bands that would complement her engagement ring while still feeling personal and meaningful to us as a couple. From the beginning, the team made the experience feel collaborative, thoughtful, and genuinely exciting. Our project manager, Grace, was outstanding throughout the process. She was patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful as we worked through multiple design ideas, revisions, sizing questions, pricing concerns, and final adjustments. There were several points where I needed to clarify what I wanted or change direction on my own band, and Grace never once made me feel like I was asking too much. She consistently reassured us that the goal was to get the rings exactly right, and that level of care meant a great deal to us. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. We were not just picking something generic out of a catalog. The team took our ideas seriously, explained the design process clearly, answered questions thoroughly, and helped us create rings that truly feel like ours. Even when we ran into fit and sizing issues along the way, they remained flexible, communicative, and committed to helping us get everything right. When the finished bands arrived, we were thrilled. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the designs feel true to what we envisioned, and it was incredibly special to see everything brought to life so well. This was our second time working with CustomMade, and just like with the engagement ring, the experience was personal, collaborative, and enjoyable from beginning to end. Received later than anticipated ONLY because the they didn’t think the first mold was good enough. “It was a very painless process. They where great at getting the idea i had in ky head onto paper and then worked with me to critique it to exactly what I wanted! From design to stone selection everything was great and if I didn't love something they where happy to give me other options until was totally happy! Totally worth it if u want to get that perfect ring instead of having to settle for what ya find in a store”
