“The process for designing, forging and delivering my fiancee's ring was seamless. I never knew that there was a company like this and I'm so glad I found CustomMade. They were able to capture characteristics of my wife-to-be within the ring. She was so happy when I proposed to her. She was even more joyful when I explained how every aspect of the ring represented a part of her. It brought her to tears. Thank you so much for helping me make this experience so memorable. I also wanted to praise the different teams that helped me. At first it felt overwhelming with all the options I could choose from but the CustomMade team (Bridgette, Martin, Rosebud, Christine and others who I'm sure were working on the backend) provided excellent guidance throughout the whole process. The visual samples were extremely helpful and I could hardly tell the difference from the concept drawings to the final product. It was beautiful and I could really see the quality shine through when my fiancee showed it off to me recently. Finance wise, I was on a very strict budget for this and did not purchase the wedding band but I liked that it was designed along with the engagement ring and kept on file for a future purchase. The payment method was relatively simple and I was kept in the know the entire way. Overall, this has been a great experience. Now that the proposal is done, I look forward to getting my fiancee involved with our next CustomMade project. Thank you so much for all the hard work and diligence the CustomMade team put into this. “We are thrilled with the experience we had with CustomMade. Initially, silly me made a mistake and asked for a bigger size for my fiancé's engagement ring and we sent it back and was remade, no issues. We were so happy that we ended up ordering the wedding bands as well. All in all the whole process was a very fun experience, loved to see the sketches and bounce around ideas with the team. It's great to see what you pictured in your mind come life and knowing you're involved in the making, makes the finished product that much more special. Would highly recommend to anyone. My fiancé lost a vintage ring her grandmothers gifted to her, so that might be our next project ;).”

“Exceptional in every way - from project management (Samantha), designer support, craftsmanship, timeliness and over all understanding - this was such a rewarding and bond-building experience for my now husband and I. We had originally tried working with a local jeweller since we had our own stone and were anxious about working with a fully remote company and shipping it to them but we’re grateful 1000x over when we made the call to work with Custom Made instead. Truly wish I had a better way of describing the trust and security we felt once we started working with the CM team - they made what seemed like an impossible deadline happen. Now we’re starting a second project for a mated ring due to their ability to deliver such a unique design.”

“Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish the final product was absolutely what I imagined It would be..I count have been happier. While during the process I found myself excited to get emails about the process and being involved in the creation from the people I was working with on the ring. “Great experience, their support and expert knowledge made the whole process speedy and enjoyable. Very quick responses with effective communication and speed of process. I chose the rush service as i was in a hurry but in reality you can take your time and design something perfect, they make it possible to create your own ring for a fair price. “ngl at the start i was very leery that this company was a scam because you never know with the internet but after putting in an inquiry and talking with ryn it was clear its legit! ryn was absolutely fantastic and the process was so easy. we were having a hard time finding a jeweler to make a ring with sapphire stones and not diamonds but custom made was able to do it sooo easy!! i’m so happy with the results and our experience!! next time i want a custom piece i’ll def be coming here again :)”

“Extremely good communication throughout. I was always kept in the loop about the progress of my design. Any ideas I had were well visualised to help me understand my options. “Working with Custom Made was so easy! They took all of my suggestions and critiques of designs seriously and never made me feel like I was being too nit-picky.
