“Customer service has been good, insightful, and patient. However, I’m sending this review because of the automated emails. I think it’s a joke to say that the emails are “from the founder” asking for review, but the “founder” isn’t emailing or checking. If he or ANYONE was checking before sending me a first and second email about a stupid survey they would know they sent me a ring with the wrong gem in it. I am currently talking to CM to fix the issue and they are helpful. You want a review of the current process? That’s my review. They couldn’t check THREE stones to make sure they were accurate. No one in the process caught that it was the wrong opal. When ya start planning things and then find out you have to push that back a few weeks or months because of the company that doesn’t leave a great taste in my mouth. I’ll probably review at the end”

“My starting was nice I said my price we went over designs, I gave a deposit. Wasn't bad however they did not verify if the total price was NZD or USD, Its a huge difference between the 2 like not by 100$ by 600$-700$ So my total was not the $800 we agreed it was $1500. The design process was good For some reason they couldn't drop an idea but it still turned out nice, getting it here was horrible I had to pay a further $350 on shipping tax. The product did eventually arrive here quite nicely and it is a pretty piece. Is it worth the $800USD definitely not, I could have just got it local for like a quarter of the price. Now all this isn't the reason I'm giving it 2 stars the reason is because my partner has been wearing the ring for less than 3 weeks now, and first it turned his finger green, and then the ring started going black and tarnishing, you could see all these scratch marks. So I have sent a message and got either send back for refund or buy a new one in gold, and its really not plausible to send it back, So I have asked for a partial refund as its not what I bought, I bought a pure silver ring, pure silver doesn't turn black in 2 weeks or wearing it. But I do doubt I will get anything , but consumer guarantee law does exist for a reason. So over all if you live in the US why no but if not don't even bother.”

“At this point, my review is not going to be good and my full opinion will be verified after the ring I purchased is fixed. After having received the ring, I was initially very happy. However, the diamond (without having been worn) was loose as well as the setting being crooked rather than perpendicular to the engagement band. So, my overall review will depend on how this is fixed, whether it is truly quality, as well as customer service experience through it.”

“Beautiful ring. My now fiancée loved it. Only problem is 3 weeks later the stone is loose. I tried calling for warranty info but no call back. Only way to get any info is email. I’d love a call back.”

“We designed my dream ring and took the design from concept to finished product. The finished product looked absolutely nothing like the sketches or renders; in fact, it was an unmitigated disaster. With no option to refund my purchase they were only willing to start again and try to make another design. We are satisfied with the finished second design. But I did not enjoy being forced to use them after they failed the first design. Would not use them again in light of the full experience and would not recommend custom-designed jewelry to a friend.”

“The ring was designed exactly how I wanted it. I just didn’t expect that the black oxidation on the ring will fade that easy. There is actually black powder inside the box when I opened it. It took the whole experience down the drain. You would expect that all is perfect. But I think the ring was rushed and not done perfectly.”
