“I tried finding a that's was exactly what I had in my mind but was unable to find one. I reached out to custom made and they got my vision right the first time. They produce a beautiful ring that my fiancee loves and never takes off. Working with there design team was fantastic and they made every effort to get it right and produce my vision. The one con in all this is that they are much more expensive than anywhere else and I could have had the ring made for quite a bit less. I was in the process of creating a wedding ring and the pricing seemed abnormally high, so I went to another couple places and was able to get it produced for 1300 dollars less than what custom made wanted. If your will to pay the premium. They did a wonderful job and there's no hate for me in how they run their operation.”

“Everything is perfect. My fiancé and I are beyond happy with the final product. The detail and quality are exceptional and the center stone is stunning! The packaging was thoughtful and I was super excited throughout the unboxing of the ring. However, my one complaint would be that at times the communication took longer than I would have liked. I do understand that there are a multitude of orders and customers, but it would sometimes take days for a response from my project manager. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and with the ring that came out of it. The custom details made the ring a lot more sentimental and valuable to my fiancé and I. Thank you!”

“Overall pleased with the finished product... The design phase was excellent, great communication and quick feedback with images to evaluate and adjust as necessary. The production phase was a bit more problematic. Production timelines were not met and communication was not timely, often had to reach out for updates after timelines were missed. The length of production wasn't the issue, but providing unrealistic timelines were... The only other issue was ring sizing. Used the provided ring sizing template, but the finished product was much too tight. While Custom Made offers free resizing, the timeframe provided was 3 to 4 weeks after Custom Made received the ring back. Our local jeweler explained due to the width of the ring, the provided template wasn't an accurate method to determine sizing for signet and wider optioned rings. After resizing, all is good with the ring and I'm pleased with the finished product. In closing, Custom Made created a quality product that I'm happy with, but production unrealistic timelines, lack of communication during the production process and requiring a resizing tarnished the overall experience a bit. I would recommend Custom Made, but be aware of the sizing issue and expect delays. To Custom Made's credit, they did overnight my ring free of charge due to the unexpected delays.”

“The design process was very smooth and efficient. Pauline took time to understand what I wanted and her communication was very clear throughout. I had a deadline and budget I wanted to stick to and she kept that in mind the whole time and advised when we would need to finalise the design in order for custommade to deliver on time and how any changes we discussed would affect the cost. The only thing that could have been better would be if she had warned me about the US tariffs I’d be charged for an overseas order. This added to the cost significantly and I’d have preferred to factor that into my budget in the planning stage rather than being hit with an extra charge before delivery. The quality of the final product was excellent and my wife was very happy with her present.”

“The team was very diligent, and highly communicative. The team truly understands the vision and wants the best results. There were many positives I loved, and I had one critique. During the design phase, there were many times where I had to repeat myself because each time there was a revision they would leave off some of the design from the previous revision.”

“I had a lovely experience with the consult, design and manufacturing of the ring. The whole process everyone was so kind and patient. The one factor that I would suggest is these tariffs when shipping to Canada. I was told to expect up to 20% charge for the delivery. Unfortunately the postal service charged 200% custom taxes. Shipping within the US I am sure there is no problems, just be prepared to pay a bit extra if shipping anywhere else.”

“My experience with customer service was pleasant. They kept me updated throughout the process. The ring got to me so quickly. However, my original design couldn’t be made even after reviewing the proposal and paying the asking price. They then pivoted to something extremely similar so i wasn’t that phased, but then i was also told it wouldn’t be possible to do anything like my original design! Definitely upset with that and bummed out! I ended up with a very sleek and timeless piece in the end, not what intended or wanted in the first place but it does look beautiful and feels like very good quality.”

“I first contacted CustomMade in June 2023 with my idea for a custom engagement ring. I live in the UK and knew I wanted a custom engagement ring and after researching whats out there I decided on CustomMade because they featured prominently on every search I conducted and had a mountain of fantastic independent reviews. From there they were nothing but professional throughout our contact, which was prolonged as I didnt actually go ahead with the project until December 2024. They happily kept the project on hold until I was ready and when I finally was ready to proceed, the production turnaround was swift and I received a beautiful engagement ring all the way over in England in January 2025! I am now engaged to my beautiful fiancé and she absolutely loves her engagement ring, I will certainly be recommending CustomMade to anyone who asks :-)”
