“The custom made staff were very helpful and accommodating in creating the perfect custom ring for my husband. They even used a gem not typically used in the style of ring made (opal, wedding band). The ring looks amazing and my husband loves it!”

“The process, as a whole, was positive and very easy. The design team was great to work with and their ability to make what I wanted come through in the piece was impeccable. So much so, my now fiancé described her ring verbatim to how I described what I wanted to the team. However, the wait time between responses was quite frustrating. The overall length of the process probably could have been shortened by over a week had the replies to my messages been a little more timely. I acknowledge the fact that the company is, undoubtedly, very busy and the process takes time, however, replies could’ve been more timely.”

“Great people to work with! My wife’s engagement ring fell out at about a year of having it made and was never found. We sent the ring and and the team decided it was a design flaw! Added a new stone and reworked the mounting at no cost to me. Great company that I highly recommend”

“This experience of designing my own rings for my girlfriend was amazing, I absolutely loved it and I already know she is going to love them too! Very professional but also personal and most of all fun! ^-^ Everyone that I've spoken with from Custommade was so friendly and super helpful. Also the service was lightning fast but I could take all the time I needed. The only reason that I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the two Brazilian Paraiba Tourmaline accent stones could be in better condition/similar condition. One is a lot darker and less neatly cut, the other shines a lot more. But, I already knew that it was very difficult to even obtain these accent stones, it was a whole journey to get them hahaha! So I'm super happy I actually get to have these Brazilian Pairaba Tourmalines in the piece! :D Thank you all so so much! ⁠ You made Nikki & me incredibly happy :3 ♡”

“Accommodated each and every detail that was requested for both pieces I ordered. Even being stationed overseas their replies were prompt detailed and extremely helpful and productive. Was able to Pick up right where we left off when i was unable to Respond for around 2 months”

“Really solid experience overall. The only loss of a star comes from how long the process took. When the initial center stone came in it was a smaller stone than quoted. I thought they might take some $ off to compensate but that didn't happen so I opted to wait for the right size to come in. This took a few extra weeks which was a little bit of a bummer but I wasn't in a rush so not a big problem. The folks messaging with me were pretty responsive and would send updates occasionally. Good experience overall and I would definitely recommend CustomMade to others.”

“Im very happy with how the ring turned out and the professionalism of the team. People outside of the United Stated should however be cautious when purchasing because the import fees are extremely high (almost one forth of the price of the ring, especially in Europe). Also the ring my leave a greenish marc on the finger but the agency is happy to rembourse or exchange the ring if someones skin reacts in this way. All in all, a pretty good experience.”

“Here is the problem I encountered. My intention was/is to purchase four same rings, different sizes for my three sons. I received my ring but it was undersized and did not have 14k engraved underneath. The problem is this. Your customers must use your ring sizing kit because the kit sizes differ from the traditional jeweler's tool. My finger measured 9 at the jeweler. But, using your 'blue finger kit' my finger uses a 10. My ring needs to be returned for re-sizing. I have requested a 'kit' to be sent to my sons for sizing and that way we are all on the same page. “I really enjoyed the process and the end product is stunning. Only wish they had helped me realize that the final ring looks nothing like the inspiration from the beginning. Now I have to make a second one. They really just optimized for making anything happen that I came up with So be sure not to get carried away, they won't save you. You're the only judge. Would be nice if they judged a bit, too.”

“Custom Made was very impressive and created just the rings we wanted. They stuck with us as long as it took even though we were very picky customers. Overall we're highly satisfied. In one area, Custom Made could have done much better, and that was definitely frustrating. Our designer was surprisingly poor at understanding our design goals and feedback. We also repeatedly caught basic consistency issues in the renderings. We got through it the hard way: doing low level design work ourselves and micromanaging. That said, we greatly appreciated our designer's unlimited patience - that held things together through the challenges. Everything else about working with Custom Made was truly world class. In the end, the rings are very special to us and we love them. It's hard to imagine we got such high quality, extremely custom jewelry at such a good price.”
