“UPDATE: Upon leaving my lukewarm review, Custom Made reached out to me directly and did everything they could to fix the problem. I have therefore changed my star rating to 4 and would recommend this company. Mixed feelings. Company is very helpful and responsive and made me a piece of jewelry I couldn't find elsewhere. However, the rate in which the piece has already tarnished significantly is extremely disappointing. It makes me question the quality of materials.”

“Couldn't be happier. I had an idea of what I wanted the ring to look like but had no idea where to start. Their design process made it super simple, they asked some question and I attached reference photos and they had an artist draw up some sketches that were absouley amazing. I picked the one I liked the most and from there was able to see a full 3d rendering and make changes from there. After we picked the design they had a huge selection of metals and stones to work with and the consultants were extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every steps and even more surprisingly at no point were they ever "pushy sales people" it was a great experience working with them. They made the process simple and I felt in control of the decision the entire time. The time line they projected was spot on, only issue was getting it cleared at customs (out of their control) and really even that only took a few days. When the ring arrived it looked even better than the pictures they had sent. We both love the ring and would hands down recommend using custom made. We are now getting our wedding bands from them as well.”

“The staff was very friendly and the quality of the ring is very nice. I just wish that I had been advised to go with a larger (focused) version of the signet so that the wax seal looked better. The fault is mine, but the inclusion of the mantling made the overall image too small to imprint in wax nicely -- not to mention trying to get the wax out of the ring.”

“I started out being very skeptical because an online business can be sketchy. However, I was happy I tried CustomMade they created a piece of jewelry I wanted. They kept me updated along the way until it was finished. There was only one thing that bothered me, the finished piece had some issues. I got offered help to fix it but decided to accept it due to not having enough time to return and have looked at it. Other than that this was my first time having custom-made jewelry made and it was a pleasant experience. Thank you~”

“We were looking for a "legacy" piece of jewelry that could be left for generations to come. We shopped online for a ring but never found a concept that captured our vision. We searched online for "custom made rings" and found your website. The process was easy, flexible, and professional. We submitted several change orders which I suspect raised the frustration level for your team. In the end, you captured our vision with an elegant and stylistic piece of jewelry. “The Custommade team is extremely responsive and careful to assure that the design phase is actually what the customer wants. They are clear about pricing v. quality as well, and work to make sure you provide the right size. We had some logistic difficulties once the ring was complete, which was unfortunate, but the team worked extremely hard to right the unfortunate mistake. In the end, my daughter was very taken with the subtility, beauty and quality of the ring, and the fact that no one in the world will ever have her ring. This is the place to come to get a beautiful ring custom made. The only reason this is not a five star rating is due to the logistic issues we had.”

“I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from CustomMade. The folks at CustomMade took every single question I had and answered it, as well as made every change I wanted to see in a 3D model. The engagement ring was a really in depth process for me and they were very helpful and willing to make any and every change I wanted or even just wanted to see. For the wedding band, they were able to source Montana specific gems that I really wanted to use. Because they had all the models for the engagement ring they were able to to tightly fit the band to the engagement ring without having to send in the engagement ring. The overall helpfulness and willingness to make changes really sold me on using them. Also as a guy who works a lot and doesn't have time to go into a jewelry store again and again to make changes in design CustomMade was a great way for me to design everything and have all the input I wanted right from my phone.”

“The whole experience was great! I recommend to everyone. The one person that I would tell to consider is military. As military myself I would have likely been better off going to another place where I can get a very similar ring at a cheaper price from discount. It wouldn’t be as unique though.”

“Custom Made was great to work with in developing my ideas and bringing them into reality. They were very a patient and had no issues with micro-adjustments over a two month span to make sure that the final product was exactly as I wanted it. And it did not disappoint!”

“I had a great experience overall! IT was truly a positive journey from start to finish. I had a very particular design that my now fiance was looking for, and CustomMade was able to bring it to life. My overall experience was great - the only thing that brought it down from 5 stars to 4 stars was the timing of communication. Your entire experience is done virtually, and sometimes it would take 24-48 hours for the consultant to respond to your message which dragged out the process a little bit. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend!”
