“I enjoyed that I could make a true custom piece of jewelry on this website but I had to remind them of specific details multiple times. Some of the instruction/information I received regarding gemstones was a bit confusing as well.”

“I was expecting it to be a lot thicker than it was but I can see that we never actually discussed that aspect during the entire conversation besides the size of the center diamond. I'm not opposed to the fact that it is small, but the design is a lot harder to see cause of it. Nevertheless, I'm happy with what I have. That said, the process CustomMade takes is quite nice. I loved discussing with each lead during each of the steps. I would've preferred if the production team was as communicative as the rest of the teams instead of sending me generic information, but otherwise it was quite well done. The only reason I went down to 4 stars for Communication & Professionalism is cause I felt the standard was a little lower in the production team compared to the rest of the team. However, I got a unique design that I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else and for that I'm grateful. Shipping however was a pain since they sent it through DHL and DHL France does not clear platinum items through customs. So I had to go through a forwarding agent to deal with it and that cost me a bit more than I was expecting.”

“I had a really good experience designing an engagement ring and wedding band with Custom Made. All of the staff throughout the process were very responsive, helpful, and patient. I asked a lot of questions and got really timely responses. They were also really focused on making sure they got the designs where I wanted them to be. I'm glad I stumbled upon their website.”

“I want to be totally honest about my experience but please understand some of the issues I experienced were of my own making. The quality of the work is exceptional. The stones are beautiful and workmanship of the metal is spectacular. I had a few moments of concern because I do not have much experience ordering custom jewelry online and the delays had me starting to wonder about getting taken for my deposit and first half payment. I am very glad to say that I was wrong. In fact as soon as I voiced my concern, my team went above and beyond to explain the delays and reassure me. I will be coming back for all my custom jewelry needs.”
