Overall great experience. During the beginning sketches, we had some miscommunication and had to go back to the drawing board with extra specifics. However, we love that they were able to custom cut our center stone to make something 100% unique for us. We did appreciate the very prompt feedback in the beginning, but toward the end there were times when more updates would have been appreciated. All in all, we definitely recommend!
