“The wedding band for my fiancé came out beautifully. The reps were very patient and courteous. My only issue was with a few errors in the design process. I was deciding on 2 styles and after careful consideration, they confirmed the wrong design choice. Then I wanted the monogram in my fiancé’s ring to match the one in my ring. The ring they also created. Not only did they use a totally different font style, but after many many design photos, my ring photo (they also made) for comparison, they got my initials wrong. When they said they’d fix their mistakes ‘at no additional cost to me’ (?!?) that was upsetting. Luckily all of these errors were in the design stages and were remedied before production. Pro: The end result was great. Con: The QC needs to be more mindful making sure simple mistakes don’t get sent along to the client to catch.”

“great response time and communication. The team was able to fully customize the piece that I wanted. The price increased more than I would have expected for minor changes, but they are in the business of knowing the costs so it is what it is. They helped rush the order when we had gone back and forth for an abnormal amount of time. The piece came out so perfect, I couldn't be happier!”

“Overall great experience. During the beginning sketches, we had some miscommunication and had to go back to the drawing board with extra specifics. However, we love that they were able to custom cut our center stone to make something 100% unique for us. We did appreciate the very prompt feedback in the beginning, but toward the end there were times when more updates would have been appreciated. All in all, we definitely recommend!”

“Made a signet ring as a custom gift for my husband and to start a family heirloom. With those ideas I obviously wanted something that was high quality, made with care and would last. These guys did a fantastic job and were helpful every step of the way. The timeline was as slow or a as fast as I wanted it to be and there were happy to tweak each little detail till it was just right for years to come.”

“I am so happy with the end result of my custom made ring! It's exactly what we wanted. The design process was so fun! I dealt with 3 different people throughout the process, and each one made sure that my answers were answered in a timely manner, and they understood my vision. I would highly recommend using them for a one of a kind well made custom design”

“The overall experience was great. I love the piece and the price point was very reasonable for what I wanted. Giving 4 stars because of the length of the piece creation. There was multiple setbacks, and the piece took about 5 months total to complete all steps. They did communicate with me throughout the process, so I wasn’t left in the dark, which was great. Do be aware that the process could be rather lengthy, so if you want your piece quickly, pay for the expedited service. All in all, great experience.”

“The communication with the team at CustomMade was really thorough and friendly. I feel like most of my questions were answered. My only complaint is that I had one concern that wasn't answered while designing my ring, and while the product turned out beautiful, it was smaller than what I had in mind. There wasn't a way to see the size/scale of the product before they sent it. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience and enjoyed working with a team that didn't feel pushy for a sale and I didn't feel pushed into any design/stone options I wasn't ok with.”

“So I was very happy with the final product and the whole process was very easy and smooth, even if at some point I was sure about how it looks, I could come back and tell them what I wanna change and they were very helpful and professional. The only thing I have to say that I found odd or "negative" is that, at the beginning I was talking with somebody, let's call him "A" and then a few months later, I would be talking to somebody else and never hear from "A" again, it was odd cause I ended up talking to 5 different person but I didn't mind much but it takes away from the personalized experience. Tho I did take 1 year plus to finish the project. Again very happy with the result and having found them.”

“The process from idea to art design to 3d design and all the customer service and communication that goes along with it was superb. The Custom Made team did an excellent job ensuring the design met my idea. The cost as expected for a custom ring was a bit higher than going to pick up a prefab but this is what I understood before diving in. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was due to the finished quality of the ring, even though I like how it turned out there are visible issues around where the lab-created ruby was placed, e.g. the white gold that surrounds the ruby is not even. It is not noticeable from a distance but when looked at closely you can see it. Overall I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom-made ring as the finished product was I would grade 8/10 and the service leading to it 10/10”

“Everything went fast and smooth. I was followed and advised by experts in any steps of the procedure. I never doubted about the final result. Unfortunately buying from EU is not the cheapest solution.”

“1. Website Experience - Great experience overall and ease of use and interface 2. Customer Experience - The staff was well informed and coordinated. I was always up to date on my order and I was given plenty of chances to offer my input and get the final shape I wanted. 3. Product Experience - I received exactly what I wanted. Every step of the way I was able to shape my ring the way I wanted and I obtained all pieces in an appropriate amount of time for shipping. 4. Costs vs. Customization - I had no previous benchmarks on what to expect the costs to be and everyone wants the best bang for their buck. If you have a price range in mind as I did, you should expect it to be more if you want a customized ring. By no fault of the company, however just be aware for international customers you may have import fees that you might not have considered, as well as foreign currency exchange. These are things that I wish I had known before starting the project as I ended up doubling my budget after everything was said and done.”

“Fantastic communication and superb craftsmanship. The only downside as someone from Australia is that the currency conversion is non-favrouable, along with the import costs. However if that isn't an barrier and quality is key they definitely deliver.”
