great response time and communication. The team was able to fully customize the piece that I wanted. The price increased more than I would have expected for minor changes, but they are in the business of knowing the costs so it is what it is. They helped rush the order when we had gone back and forth for an abnormal amount of time. The piece came out so perfect, I couldn't be happier!
