The wedding band for my fiancé came out beautifully. The reps were very patient and courteous. My only issue was with a few errors in the design process. I was deciding on 2 styles and after careful consideration, they confirmed the wrong design choice. Then I wanted the monogram in my fiancé’s ring to match the one in my ring. The ring they also created. Not only did they use a totally different font style, but after many many design photos, my ring photo (they also made) for comparison, they got my initials wrong. When they said they’d fix their mistakes ‘at no additional cost to me’ (?!?) that was upsetting. Luckily all of these errors were in the design stages and were remedied before production. Pro: The end result was great. Con: The QC needs to be more mindful making sure simple mistakes don’t get sent along to the client to catch.
