Here is the problem I encountered. My intention was/is to purchase four same rings, different sizes for my three sons. I received my ring but it was undersized and did not have 14k engraved underneath. The problem is this. Your customers must use your ring sizing kit because the kit sizes differ from the traditional jeweler's tool. My finger measured 9 at the jeweler. But, using your 'blue finger kit' my finger uses a 10. My ring needs to be returned for re-sizing. I have requested a 'kit' to be sent to my sons for sizing and that way we are all on the same page.
