“Came up with really great designs and gives many room for ideas and or things that could be approved on about your specific ring you create. I found the process easy but difficult at times trying to find the right design, style and overall type of material used for my ring but they made the process easy and helped me along the way.”

“I'm honestly quite pleased with the service I received. The communication was lovely, and the patience with design changes or questions was perfect! The only thing I was slightly disappointed with is that the blue topaz in my ring doesn't really have a "shine" to it. Which is okay because it might be due to it being lab grown or not having as many faces/facets cut into it as I expected.”

“The ring that I custom made for my then girlfriend, now fiancè was a complete success and a dream come true in every way I had imagined, with the exception of being completed in the timeframe I had hope. The jewelers and designers at custom made try to make sure you are responded to in a timely manner but sometimes fail at smaller detail interpretation even though details seemed to be ironed out to a T. There were a few hiccups along the road to getting my fiancé's beautiful rings since I did a double center stone wedding and engagement ring. The jeweler had chipped one of the center stones and had to aquire a new one which set the project back significantly. Recutting the stone and refitting the ring took alot of time. However they took full responsibility when it came to paying for the new center stone and any other hiccups along the way. Only reccomendation would be to plan your ring a year in advance to truly ensure that you have the ring of your dreams when you need it by.”

“Love it! Wish the face of the ring was bigger I had no idea that 17 mm was considered large. But I love it been thinking about having a pendant made with the same design but not sure how big or thick it will be so since the 17 mm isn’t as big as I was hoping for!”

“The experience as surreal. While I got what I wanted, it took many conversations to get there. All of these conversations were via messenger. I did not speak to a single human and I suspected at times that I was taking to an AI.”

“Despite some initial slow progress on my designs, we were eventually able to get up to speed and get to a beautiful ring design. Working with custommade is always an amazing experience and you can get so much done with your budget. 4/5 for the initial setbacks which lasted for almost a month and because the courier from the shipping company never bothered to actually show up on my address. I worked previously with Custommade for my engagement ring and it was a 5/5 experience for that project. They will always be my top 1 recommendation for jewelry items, no doubt.”

“My experience with Custom Made was really good! The process went at a smooth pace. The staff respond in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the end result. The engagement ring we went with turned out beautiful and looked better in person than in photos. I will say that there are too many different hands that your project has to go through before it's done, and that shows. Some things get lost in communication and slightly changed if you're not careful because the project gets passed to 4 or 5 different people. I would suggest to the user that you be as specific as possible with what you want so that nothing gets changed that there's no miscommunication. Overall I'm very happy with the result! Thank you!”

“I've ordered three items from CustomMade. The first was a ring I made for my husband, then two necklaces in a second order I had made for my daughters. The communication was great, and we were very happy with the results. We will use CustomMade again.”

“I’ve worked with custom made on three different signet ring projects and all of them turned out great. These guys know what they’re doing. Although, I will say that there is somewhat of a disconnect in the design process. It’s almost as if you as the customer are helping the designer shape the ring and not the other way around. I would expect a jewelry designer to make suggestions based on their knowledge and experience, and not just say “I think it looks great” every time a revision is made. The costumer service is great. The final product is great. The design process is lacking. But overall custom made is a great choice for a unique piece of well crafted jewelry.”

“good experience designing, but casting process was cheaply done, metal was not as clean as I wished and when I suggested clean ups that were reasonable, they pushed me to just accept the ring and said that it was physically impossible to do. I just took it to my local jeweler for repairs and touch ups instead, which he did easily and I’m happy I did. I dont think this company would have put the same care into the piece as he did.”

“Overall I was verry happy with the experience. The people helped and guided me through the process. Were inquisative where needed. And were more than willing to make adjustments to the design. I had lots of choices and got to make informed descisions all the way through, and I got regular updates where things were, and where we we were going. The cost production was on the higher end IMO. And some little detailed work that needed to be done by hand was not possible. Overall, verry happy with the result/experience/delivery time.”

“Everyone that worked on my prodgect was so welcoming and gave a lot of detail so I knew what was happening wich soothed my anxiety a lot. Even when I did get anxious about the payment method and what happens to my info they where quick to reasure me and let me know a breif overview as to what happneds since I am used to using one you guys don't use.”
