The design process was very smooth and efficient. Pauline took time to understand what I wanted and her communication was very clear throughout. I had a deadline and budget I wanted to stick to and she kept that in mind the whole time and advised when we would need to finalise the design in order for custommade to deliver on time and how any changes we discussed would affect the cost. The only thing that could have been better would be if she had warned me about the US tariffs I’d be charged for an overseas order. This added to the cost significantly and I’d have preferred to factor that into my budget in the planning stage rather than being hit with an extra charge before delivery. The quality of the final product was excellent and my wife was very happy with her present.
