I'm honestly quite pleased with the service I received. The communication was lovely, and the patience with design changes or questions was perfect! The only thing I was slightly disappointed with is that the blue topaz in my ring doesn't really have a "shine" to it. Which is okay because it might be due to it being lab grown or not having as many faces/facets cut into it as I expected.
