The communication with the team at CustomMade was really thorough and friendly. I feel like most of my questions were answered. My only complaint is that I had one concern that wasn't answered while designing my ring, and while the product turned out beautiful, it was smaller than what I had in mind. There wasn't a way to see the size/scale of the product before they sent it. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience and enjoyed working with a team that didn't feel pushy for a sale and I didn't feel pushed into any design/stone options I wasn't ok with.
