The overall experience was great. I love the piece and the price point was very reasonable for what I wanted. Giving 4 stars because of the length of the piece creation. There was multiple setbacks, and the piece took about 5 months total to complete all steps. They did communicate with me throughout the process, so I wasn’t left in the dark, which was great. Do be aware that the process could be rather lengthy, so if you want your piece quickly, pay for the expedited service. All in all, great experience.
