good experience designing, but casting process was cheaply done, metal was not as clean as I wished and when I suggested clean ups that were reasonable, they pushed me to just accept the ring and said that it was physically impossible to do. I just took it to my local jeweler for repairs and touch ups instead, which he did easily and I’m happy I did. I dont think this company would have put the same care into the piece as he did.
