I’ve worked with custom made on three different signet ring projects and all of them turned out great. These guys know what they’re doing. Although, I will say that there is somewhat of a disconnect in the design process. It’s almost as if you as the customer are helping the designer shape the ring and not the other way around. I would expect a jewelry designer to make suggestions based on their knowledge and experience, and not just say “I think it looks great” every time a revision is made. The costumer service is great. The final product is great. The design process is lacking. But overall custom made is a great choice for a unique piece of well crafted jewelry.
