My experience with Custom Made was really good! The process went at a smooth pace. The staff respond in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the end result. The engagement ring we went with turned out beautiful and looked better in person than in photos. I will say that there are too many different hands that your project has to go through before it's done, and that shows. Some things get lost in communication and slightly changed if you're not careful because the project gets passed to 4 or 5 different people. I would suggest to the user that you be as specific as possible with what you want so that nothing gets changed that there's no miscommunication. Overall I'm very happy with the result! Thank you!
