Customer service has been good, insightful, and patient. However, I’m sending this review because of the automated emails. I think it’s a joke to say that the emails are “from the founder” asking for review, but the “founder” isn’t emailing or checking. If he or ANYONE was checking before sending me a first and second email about a stupid survey they would know they sent me a ring with the wrong gem in it. I am currently talking to CM to fix the issue and they are helpful. You want a review of the current process? That’s my review. They couldn’t check THREE stones to make sure they were accurate. No one in the process caught that it was the wrong opal. When ya start planning things and then find out you have to push that back a few weeks or months because of the company that doesn’t leave a great taste in my mouth.
