Emily was an absolute joy to work with! She responded timely, was very proactive in the process, ready to help and adapt when I changed my mind, and was overall kind with everything! The ring came in just as pictured. The packaging came in a cute little box with a bunch of accessories and words of encouragement too! Not just a custom ring, but a custom experience that was incredibly fun!
