At this point, my review is not going to be good and my full opinion will be verified after the ring I purchased is fixed. After having received the ring, I was initially very happy. However, the diamond (without having been worn) was loose as well as the setting being crooked rather than perpendicular to the engagement band.
So, my overall review will depend on how this is fixed, whether it is truly quality, as well as customer service experience through it.
