“This experience far exceeded my expectations. First the ability to craft your own vision is amazing. The staff was very responsive and friendly. The price point beats any local jewelry store chain . And the final product was delivers and was exactly what I wanted .the experience is extremely interactive and as a customer was the creator and the client all in 1 . 10/10 I have already passed this recommendation to all of my friends.”

“These people at CustomMade are on a different level. Their professionism alone is enough to leave a 5 star, the project went very well. The price was insainly reasonable in my opinion, you cant find a better deal for what you get. The beginning til the end, the team of people i dealt with were all above and beyond polite and helpful. I cant say enough about the team of individuals they have working for them. I got an engagement ring and a matching band for my now, fiancee. I have never seen anything like it, birthed from nothing but thought and love, this team built me something i can confidently say was only a dream until i met them. With the help of there design and production team, that idea turned into a ring to symbolize the bond we will forever share. Thats something money cant buy. Its a no brainer for me, use this company, you will NOT be disappointed.”

“Everything is perfect. My fiancé and I are beyond happy with the final product. The detail and quality are exceptional and the center stone is stunning! The packaging was thoughtful and I was super excited throughout the unboxing of the ring. However, my one complaint would be that at times the communication took longer than I would have liked. I do understand that there are a multitude of orders and customers, but it would sometimes take days for a response from my project manager. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and with the ring that came out of it. The custom details made the ring a lot more sentimental and valuable to my fiancé and I. Thank you!”

“Wow I have never experienced such an amazing Costumer service. My every fuss and details was redesigned like almost 10 times till we got to the perfect product. Each person on different designs teams I was speaking to had such a quick replays that I do t have to worry to much.”

“From beginning to end, I have been exceedingly pleased with the entire process. Stephanie was a joy to work with. She took my ideas and created exactly the ring I had in mind on the first try. I had a bunch of ideas that were beautifully incorporated into the design. Communications were very timely and professional, and the ring was designed, created, and shipped to me two weeks early. The package it comes in is quite nice and creatively put together. And, we are now engaged, and Gabby absolutely LOVES her ring. It is just perfect for her. The bottom line for me is that I would highly recommend Custom Made. I could have bought something off the shelf for the same or less cost perhaps, but I wanted something very special that means something to both my fiance and me for life. And, I thought the price was reasonable given the quality of the design and craftsmanship. Thank you, you exceeded my high expectations! K Brown”

“I worked with CustomMade to design and create a one of a kind ring for my (now) fiance. Vanessa was prompt, knowledgable, and did everything she could to ensure I was informed and supported throughout the process. The design team did an amazing job taking some thoughts and inspiration photos and turning it into a couple of designs for review. The whole team made what could be a stressful process easy and fun. Vanessa made sure I got the ring in time to propose and I could NOT be happier with it! It is better than I could have imagined. It is something I am proud to see on my fiance's finger! I also designed the matching wedding band with the ring and it looks fantastic too. CustomMade really gave me and "B" a perfect ring for the engangement. Thank you Vanessa and team!”
