“I got a beautiful ring I could not be happier with. The process however, takes far longer than I was expecting. Each edit to the ring, no matter how minimal, takes 2-3 days. The design process that I thought may take 2 weeks took 2 months. Again, I have a lovely ring and it’s exactly what I wanted, but I wish I would have started on it way sooner.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about Custom Made. I trusted them to come up with the perfect pendant to honor a friend who passed away last year. I worked with Aly over a period of time and together we came up with the perfect design and it turned out to be the perfect piece. It came out exactly as I had hoped and maybe even better! It is an heirloom that I will treasure forever. Thank you to Custom Made for creating me such a great piece.”

“My fiancé wanted a nontraditional engagement ring and I wanted it to be unique and not off the shelf. And this company gave me exactly what I wanted. And in a very quick turnaround. “Our experience with Natalie at CustomMade was exceptional from beginning to end\. Designing Katie’s engagement ring was incredibly important to me, and Natalie made the entire process feel personal rather than transactional\. Throughout the design process, she was always polite, respectful, patient, and incredibly prompt with her responses\. I had a very specific vision for the ring, and she took the time to listen, answer questions, work through the details with me, and help turn that vision into something even better than I had imagined\. The finished ring is absolutely beautiful and, more importantly, feels completely unique to Katie\. It’s exactly what I wanted a custom piece of jewelry to be—something with meaning and a story behind it\. What really impressed me, though, was that the customer service didn’t end when the ring arrived\. I accidentally broke the ring case afterward, reached out to them, and they simply sent me a replacement at no charge\. No hassle, no nickel\-and\-diming—just genuinely great customer service\. “I recently used CustomMade for my now-fiance's engagement ring. The entire process from designing, to proofing, to selecting the stone, and finally the final design and creation of the ring was very well thought through and personal. I really wanted something personal for this new chapter in my life and I couldn't have done it without CustomMade. “Wonderful experience from beginning to end with Custom Made! Great communication, easy to under next steps that took out any guesswork, and a wonderfully responsive rep who listened to changes/requests in the design from beginning to finish. Quick shipping and all within budget. I would definitely recommend Custom Made to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind engagement ring… or any other piece of jewelry. “We had a custom ring made here, and the finished product turned out beautiful. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were worth appreciating, and we're really happy with the ring itself. The only downside was the timeline—it took much longer than we were originally told, and communication could have been better throughout the process. Overall, I'd recommend them for quality custom work, but I'd suggest allowing extra time if you're on a deadline.”
