“Couldn’t find anything as intricate and meaningful to us as a couple that anyone would sell us. So we commissioned them to make a custom ring. It was two engraved white gold rings with roses and vines throughout the center with moissanite sprinkled in as rose buds. It was absolutely gorgeous, the fact that they also throw in one free resizing and shipping protection at no extra cost is insane. The ring itself was extremely well priced for the labor, skill and service required.”

“I had a fully custom engagement ring made and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Communication was fast, clear, and super helpful from start to finish. They really took the time to guide me through everything, offering great recommendations and multiple options during both the drawing and 3D render phases, which made the whole experience feel collaborative and stress-free. What stood out most was their speed and professionalism. The ring was completed sooner than expected, and when I finally saw it in person, it was exactly what I had hoped for—if not better. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loved it. It captured her style perfectly, which was the biggest win for me. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends who are thinking about proposing, and I’d confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a custom piece or an engagement ring. Truly a great experience all around.”

“Whole experience was fantastic. I had a few rings I supplied pictures and websites of and they made the most stellar example of an engagement ring I’ve ever seen. I am proposing in about a month and every day I have been just eyeing it up. From the project manager to the designers everyone was very professional. Perfect.”

“The experience with CustomMade is amazing, from first step the last step everything was perfect, the communication level was super impressive, paying attention to detail was amazing, I was involved in with my product from the beginning to the final, level of communication and involvement make you more connected with the peace you made, I think they are one of the best company you can deal with in sense of their professionalism, communication, quality of product I will definitely will use them again. “This was my second time going through CustomMade for jewelry. The first was my Fiancee's engagement ring and this time dor our wedding rings. In both cases, the whole process was easy and comfortable. The individual i worked with, Sama, communicated everything back to me, answered all my questions, and helped the whole process go smoothly. The designs were also an exact match to what i was looking for and the finished products look amazing. I couldn't recommend CustomMade more!”

“From beginning to end the process was absolutely wonderful. I was working with Perris on the creation of my partners beautiful engagement ring and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better result. Throughout every iteration of it, to all the amazing professional opinions and support, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I was never treated as if I was annoying trying to get every detail perfect, delivery was prompter than expected, and it literally made me and my partners dream come true. I would confidently recommend, and for anyone reading this, if you are skeptical, please just go for it because I can guaruntee you wont be dissapointed! “Everything on the ring was expertly crafted. I only wish i personally got bigger emeralds on the ring. But that has nothing to do with the custom made team. They helped me for months with ideas and crafting designs and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I look forward to our 5 year anniversary when i can get an even bigger ring. Thank you custom made and team.”

“This place was recommended to me by my partner, and honestly I didn't know what to expect. I was surprised by the attentive communication and thorough breakdown of the ring making process. You are assigned a person who walks you through every step of the process, making sure you are satisfied each step of the way. “Ryn was my project manager. She was very helpful, kind, and patient with me in making my decisions for the perfect ring.
