“Overall I had a very good experience with CustomMade. I want to preface this next bit with - I’m happy and I have no regrets about choosing CustomMade to make my piece. The only issue I would say I had is one revolving around initiative. There were a couple of slight delays with the piece I commissioned and I had to be the one to inquire as to the nature of the delay and the updated expected delivery time. Anytime custom work is being done in any industry, there is the possibility of delays to the customer. As someone who works in an industry that does that as well, I understand the importance of getting ahead of delays and explaining why and how long they are. That being said - if this is my only complaint with an online custom jewelry company, things are pretty great. I find myself casually looking at the piece. It’s as close to what I envisioned as possible. I have a few pieces in my mind that I’ve been milling about for a few years now and CustomMade is definitely on my short list of who will make them.”

“Fun experience designing an engagement ring and the support was exceptional. Getting frequent updates and progress reviews throughout the whole production. Now, a month after receiving the ring, the customer support is still exceptional. 100% would recommend for custom designs!!!”

“I had a wonderful experience with CustomMade. I worked with Katy, who was wonderful and helped with all the tweaks and changes that I made throughout the process. In total, the process took just over 2 months for me, which I thought was very quick. Katy was also super friendly and easy to work with, and there was no pressure at any step to continue; it was made very clear that if I didn't like something or if I wanted to try something else, I could always go back. Overall, I loved the process, and I enjoyed creating something that I know the love of my life will truly enjoy and appreciate.”

“The ring I had worked on was a Vampiric styled Gothic engagement ring. My girlfriend’s favorite type of fantasy creature is Vampires and she herself wears a gothic style of clothes and makeup everyday. The ring came in looking incredible and very original. It was amazing getting something so uniquely designed for her rather than picking out a ring from a generic jewelry store. Amazing customer service, and amazing product quality.”

“The project manager I was assigned was very helpful and kept me informed about ever step of the ring being made. They also assured me of quality with other completed rings vs my cad file which helped ease my mind when ordering from a online store. Would recommend using them for all your jewelry needs. My fiance loves the ring and will definitely be having the matching band made along with other jewelry.”

“Charlotte was incredible to work with from start to finish. She guided me through every step of the design process, patiently answered all my questions and concerns, and really put me at ease throughout. Her response time was fantastic, and the turnaround was unbelievable. Getting to see photos of the design as it came together, collaborate on adjustments, and preview the final photos before shipment made the whole experience exciting. And when the rings arrived, they were even more stunning in person than in photos! Charlotte made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!”

“From start till finish they were nothing but helpful! Took nothing more than a rough idea of several different concepts and managed to merge them all into one design that was perfect in every way and had everything my fiancée ever dreamed of. “My whole experience was made quick and simple. I did create a costume piece and it came out nearly identical to my original design. I’m super happy with the quality and detail that was put into my project. I had all sorts of questions and Bridgette was always quick to answer. She was clear about the process and timing of when my piece would be completed. I actually had a deadline for them and they beat it by a whole month. No complains come to mind. Thank you for creating my Family heirloom from a design to a real life construct.”
