“This is the second time I used custom made to create a special piece for me and they knocked it out of the park again! Overall experience was awesome! Communication was amazing! They made sure you had all the information needed before making decisions on the piece and its design. My now Fiancée absolutely loved her custom ring!”

“From beginning to end, everything about the process was made easy. I submitted some sketches for my design and immediately got a professional sketch in return. Sarah and I talked about the process, the stones, the alloy options, and eventually landed on the perfect design for my partner (now fiancee)'s engagement ring. I set a date for when I would need the ring by and they delivered it a week earlier than that, and then offered to make any alterations I desired within 30 days. I considered making some alterations because I didn't have quite the right idea about the size of stones I requested, but my fiancee loves the ring and she refuses to part with it for alterations! Overall I couldn't be happier with this service. My expectations were exceeded and their professionalism is unmatched.”

“Had a great experience start to finish. I decided to get my husband custom cufflinks last minute before Christmas. They worked very efficiently to get the cufflinks designed, made, and shipped so they arrived before Christmas. They are so detailed and exactly what I was hoping for!”

“This was such a fun experience! I had a very unique pendant made for my partner that I couldn’t have found anywhere else. We had a little bit of a struggle with the shipping, and CustomMade made it right so that I was able to give this gift to my partner in time for Christmas! It was a 10/10 experience.”

“The end result was perfect, and my wife of 40 years loved it. My only recommendations are for the process. The response time for each question I had was roughly 24 hours, which delayed getting the order started. It's hard to have a Q&A that lasts that long. Also, it would be helpful for the completed project pictures to be made with a ruler in the image view for size comparison.”

“This company was the best ! Their customer service was amazing, kept me updated daily. I had input on all the renderings , and design changes.The finished product was absolutely beautiful, exactly what I wanted. “I looked at a lot of places and inquired around about finding a ring wit a center diamond and two birthstones as an engagement ring. Custommade is the only place that crafted exactly what I imagined in my head. The whole process was extremely simple and the customer service was some of the best I’ve ever had. Ryn was the person at the company I went thru and she knocked it out of the park. My fiancée said yes! I will definitely work with them again and will most certainly recommend them!”
