“Working with Emily and the team was not only a fun but rewarding experience. They were able to create a story within a piece of art that accommodated our likings. They were very meaningful with every decision and even when I mentioned to them I had a chance to pop the question days before the estimated delivery time, they worked incredibly hard to make sure I had the ring ready for that special moment and I cannot thank them enough for their efforts. “I loved my experience with CustomMade. I had an idea for my now fiancée’s engagement and wedding rings. The team made it come to life. They were so kind and thoughtful. I truly felt listened to and respected. In a world where customers are frequently pressured to make a decision/purchase this company stands out as a breath of fresh air. They genuinely wouldn’t push to move on to the next step until I said it was perfect. The quality of customer service and product are absolute top tier! Plus, they kept everything within my budget. Not only did they send the rings but included a whole proposal kit! My fiancée’s jaw dropped when she saw the ring. CustomMade truly specializes in perfection.”

“Amazing experience. Easy to contact and talk to my project manager even with a 3hr time difference and only have small spaces to look out for a reply, the fast communication was essential to information flow and being able to keep the proposal a surprise to my partner. Being able to have many steps on design and rendering was super helpful as well and really got the tweaks down to make the ring its best possible form. Stones were priced fair. My only complaint is how expensive the casing for the ring was when it was made with the lowest integrity method available however with the level of customization available for everything else, this company really does offer something that no one else does so fair enough that there is something in there thats a bit overpriced. Thanks for the experience I will definitely recommend to anyone else.”

After many attempts to make an engagement ring at other mainline stores (all ultimately disappointing, expensive, low craftsmanship, and broken timelines), I can safely say that CustomMade puts them all to shame. “I had a vision of creating a custom logo pendant to present to the President and founder of our non-profit nursing organization to present at our 5 year anniversary that coincides with our first statewide convention. After researching several companies online and reading numerous reviews, I decided to contact CustomMade. From the very beginning, their customer service and support were truly top-notch. I had unlimited, direct access to my customer representative, Pauline, who kept me informed every step of the way. It was clear from the start that their priority was helping me create the perfect piece I had envisioned. They were incredibly patient and supportive while I raised funds to ensure the highest quality price for our founder with the funds collected. Prior to production, CustomMade provided detailed 3D renderings, and once the piece was completed, they sent photos and a video of the actual pendant. We also chose to have it engraved on the back, and Pauline handled every detail seamlessly. To my delight, the pendant arrived even earlier than expected. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend CustomMade ~ if you can dream it, they can create a masterful, top quality piece!”

“It is not easy to start the process of finding the right engagement ring, so much thought and nerves go into the process that it can be to figure out where to even start. I'm INCREDIBLY thankful that I found Custom Made and chose to go with them, they made the process easier and seamless. Big shout out to my project manager, Colin, he was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Colin answered any and all questions I had, helped me get a ring that was EXACTLY what I was looking for, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. If Colin is the type of employee Custom Made has, please rest assured that you will be taken care of. Thank you for all the help Colin, she loved the ring! “Hello, I liked the process but ended up being very very expensive in my opinion for what I received. Tiny tiny charms for about $800. That’s a lot! I didn’t want to write a review because after seeing how truly small they were - I felt like they should have been at least $50-75 dollars less expensive each. I do understand the cost of materials and labor but still, that’s quite a markup. So it was fun and the resulted items are good - I wouldn’t do it again or recommend 2/2 just the cost. Thank you! ST”
