“I am very happy (and pleasantly surprised, honestly) with my entire experience. The online communication with real human representatives as I was designing my wife's ring and selecting the gemstone gave me so much confidence in my decisions. I did not feel like I was being pressured into any decisions as I sometimes may feel by salespeople at some local franchise jewelers. Once the design phase was complete, production of the ring was much faster than I thought it would be. I don't know why the entire process would take a number of months, but all-in-all it only took a few weeks from the time that I logged onto the website until I received my ring that I had designed from the ground up. Now I have a lot of time to plan out my re-proposal for our vow renewal! My only hesitation was, as it is with any one-of-a-kind custom order, you will not be able to see or hold the item until it is fully paid for. However, I am glad that I put my trust in CustomMade because the finished product and the customer service far exceeded my expectations.”

“I truly enjoyed working with these amazing team. They helped make my dreams come to life and I couldn't be happier. Compared to other companies they are affordable and the quality it amazing. In person it shines more than the photos. This team is constantly checking in and giving you updates during the ring making process and very well and answer any questions you may have.”

“When I started looking for a custom ring, I saw several reviews across multiple social media platforms, so I reached out. Within a week They had the 3D design completed.
