“I had an absolutely amazing experience dealing with CustomMade! They paired me up with Emily who was fantastic! She helped me along every step of the way in designing my custom ring. She was exceptional and nailed the design I was looking for. My fiancé could not be happier with the design of the ring and quality of the cut. I would highly recommend this company for their top level service and phenomenal quality! A huge thank you to Emily for all your help and expertise and CustomMade for a gorgeous ring! Oh and the way it came in the proposal survival box with the ring spacer(fitter), tissues, mints etc… an amazing extra touch showing their commitment to going above and beyond for their customers!”

“It was an awesome experience working with CustomMade to make our engagement ring. The best part was how quickly they responded to our questions and listened to our vision for the project. They replied to our project messages so quickly, they replied within the day (sometime even the hour) and kept us well informed the entire time. The design process was so cool and it was so exciting to see it come to life though the sketches and 3D designs, it made the process feel so exciting! They were super considerate of our budget too and we never felt pushed to spend more than what we were comfortable with. My fiancé and I had visited brick and mortar stores and there was often a pressure to spend more and decide quickly. The CustomMade team, on the other hand, were considerate and respectful of our choices, never pressured us, and were more than willing to change even the smallest detail. And our ring arrived earlier than expected which was such an awesome surprise! We love how the ring turned out, it is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It is a very high quality piece, and I am so excited to wear it for the rest of my life. Those who were on the CustomMade team that worked with us were all so helpful: amazing communication, understanding, kept us updated at all times, flexible, patient, knowledgeable, were honest about pricing, and made sure the ring was exactly what we were envisioning. “Working with the experts at Custom Made was a great experience, and the ring turned out great! They were super helpful and patient, and communication was fast and fluid. In the beginning, the enitre idea of creating an engagement ring was very intimidating, but they explained and guided me through each step of the process, and really listened in order to understand what I was looking for and help me get there. My fiance absolutely loves the ring!”

“The ring I wanted made was small and minimalist, so the process was real easy and quick, just ask what you would like for the ring to look like or have and they will get it done. I absolutely love the piece they done and I know my now girlfriend soon to be fiancé will love the piece just or more than I love it. The team worked real fast and hard to get an understanding of what I was looking for and they made my visualization a reality.”

“Custom Made was able to create a custom class ring for the intern of our college organization, because she is leaving next year. She has meant so much to the org, and being able to thank her for all that she has done with Custom Made was really amazing. Custom Made was really easy to work with, and they were super flexible with the design. I was also very impressed with how well they were able to adhere to their predicted timeline, because they were even able to get the finished ring to me earlier than what was planned, with no decrease in quality.”

“I couldn't have had a better experience designing and receiving my dream ring. The entire process was seamless from sharing inspo pics to fleshing out design details to receiving my finished ring a week and a half sooner than expected. Sam Taylor Vandewalle was absolutely incredible to work with -- her communication, professionalism and expertise was above and beyond (seriously, she deserves a raise just based on this project alone!) Emily was so helpful and the whole team did such a great job working with the specific design I wanted. Response time was always surprisingly fast!
