“I really cannot offer anything but the best feedback about Custom Made. A year or so ago they made my then-girlfriend's engagement ring. It is a lovely ring, they took the ideas I had and those I'd gleaned from Jessica and helped design a beautiful opal ring. There were some issues with it that needed fixing. But the folks at Custom Made stood by their expressed commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. After a couple back and forths of the ring they made good on that promise. Not a problem with it since and fiance was very happy. Fast forward to late summer of 2025, and we were talking with Custom Made again. This time to create wedding bands on a very short timeline, requiring the rush service. They did a wonderful job on my wife's sapphire wedding bands to complement the engagement. And with mine they really took the time to iterate off my feedback and at every step created very appealing designs. Which, as a person who almost never wore jewellery before, was greatly appreciated. Very happy that I came across this company in the first place. They are very respectable in their commitment to their customers. I wish the company and its staff good fortune and prosperity!”

“My experience was incredible. I knew I wanted to make a custom ring for my fiancée, and just kind of stumbled upon custommade. I sure am glad I did. They were so responsive and quick. Even when I changed a few things, the changes were done in a timely manner. The final product is absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.”

“The team at custom made did an amazing job bringing my ideas to life. They offered multiple designs and all of them were so amazing they left me stumped on which one to pick lol… The process was really easy and they asked along every step if I was satisfied or wanted to make changes. The fact that they worked with my budget to make it as affordable as possible was really helpful as well. Turnaround was quick and they delivered a beautiful ring that i can’t wait to give to my significant other.”

“Custom Made exceeded my expectations in every way. They truly provide excellent service and good value for the work they do. They took my style inspirations and specific requests and crafted a beautiful and one of a kind engagement ring for me. The process was very straightforward and I felt like they were invested in every step as much as I was, they wanted it to be perfect. It turned out exactly as I had envisioned it and my future spouse absolutely adores it, she cant stop showing it off everywhere we go! The box it was delivered in was pretty amazing as well, came with a nice "pop the question" care package which was pretty on point. All in all, ai am extremely glad I chose Custom Made and could not be happier with the result. It was a stress free process and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a unique and meaningful ring for any occasion.”

“I have worked with them for two different rings now. The first time was for a family ring with a special symbol. I had never had a ring custom-built from scratch before and was a bit nervous at how accurate the ring would be based off only a jpg. Each consultant that worked with me was very helpful in guiding me through the process through each step, including selecting the material, and helping to ensure the design was to my liking beforehand. I was very impressed with how that ring turned out, specifically the detail on the family symbol. It gave me the confidence to have them work on the second ring, which was a personal symbol to me and was much more complex. Each consultant worked with me just as before, helping me ensure the ring fit to my vision and was as accurate to the jpg as possible. I had made some last minute adjustments during the design phase and they incorporated each and every change with no hesitation at all. The ring turned out exactly how I envisioned it would, and it was almost exact to the design that they showed me in the preview stage as well. Thank you very much for the consistency in the quality.”
