“A flawless custom ring experience — Madison is the reason I trusted this company! I want to start this review by saying something very honest: I was extremely hesitant about ordering an engagement ring from a company I couldn’t walk into, hold, or see in person. It’s a huge emotional purchase, and trusting a business hundreds of miles away — communicating only through messages and images — felt scary. The only reason I even entertained the idea of working with CustomMade was because of Madison. From the very first message, she made the entire process feel safe, understood, and genuinely collaborative. She didn’t just manage the project. She translated my ideas into art. She took the vision I had in my head and turned it into something real, piece by piece, without ever rushing me or making me feel like I was asking for too much. I had a very specific vision: • oval-cut lab diamond with an elongated, elegant ratio • floral engraving along a rounded band • tulip-inspired prongs • hidden diamond under the stone • interior inscription in script • delicate proportions and a width under 3mm • a band that flowed naturally into the smaller leaf-style prongs This was not a simple request. We went through sketches, CAD models, revisions, more revisions, and then revisions of revisions. I asked questions constantly. I changed my mind a few times. I was picky. And not once did Madison treat any of that like an inconvenience. She never took “no” as a dead end — she simply found a different way to make the idea work or guided me to a cleaner, more elegant alternative when something wouldn’t translate well in real life. Her artistic sense and her ability to explain design decisions were honestly what made me trust the entire process. She made a long-distance, online custom ring feel like a hands-on experience. She should absolutely be recognized by her company — and honestly, she deserves a raise for the level of care, communication, and talent she brought to this project. Once it came time to choose a diamond, she and the gem team walked me through every detail. Ratios, clarity maps, face-up appearance, bowtie visibility — they broke everything down in a way that helped me choose the perfect stone. We even lost one option when my bank flagged the payment, and she immediately sourced new ones that still matched my fiancée’s preferences. And then, even near the end, when the inscription was slightly off-center, they caught it themselves before shipping, fixed it, and still honored my proposal deadline. They truly cared about the final result being perfect. The finished ring is honestly stunning. My fiancée is obsessed with it. She shows it to everyone. Every single person who has seen it has commented on how beautiful, unique, and artistic it is. I’ve had multiple people ask where I had it made because it looks unlike anything they’ve ever seen. This ring was everything I hoped it would be and more. CustomMade — and especially Madison — made something that will be part of our lives forever. If anyone reading this is nervous about ordering a ring online, trust me: this team knows what they’re doing. They took my vision, elevated it, and delivered something better than either of us expected. Five stars isn’t enough. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. And I don't give out reviews or take my time out to do reviews very often. This was a very good experience and I don't regret anything about it. Also would just like to say that the shipping and presentation of the Ring were top notch as well as the box that I received it in was elegant with all the warranty papers and descriptive proofs of the diamonds quality and everything were inside as well as special notes and tips for proposing very tasteful and very well done.”

“I purchased a custom necklace for my partner 3 years ago, it was exactly as I wanted it and he fell in love with it! Fast forward a few years and unfortunately he was heartbroken because he lost it! “Everything went better than I could've hoped for. Nice, good and effiecient service. Every deadline they gave me, which I was content with, they beat it. I ended up having my ring 7 days before their deadline and 10 days before the one I myself had made. I know not everyone can have just as good an experience as I did, but they are amazing. I'll use them for our wedding band as well.”

“Customer experience was flawless, the designs were gorgeous, and I appreciated not being pressured into anything. The only thing that I can think of improving on is when given a concept design for reference, often the reference was copied on the exact, and I completely understand that, I just wish a little more initiative was taken by the artist, nevertheless the piece turned out incredibly unique and flawless!”

“Working with Custom Made was such a wonderful experience. The time frame from first contact to holding the ring in my hand was less than two months. Tinsley was phenomenal with communication, we always knew what was happening at each stage of the process and we never had to wait long for a response. She always replied in less than 24 hours. We only went back and forth 4 or 5 times from the first drawn rendering to our final approval at the CAD phase. Every question was answered, every request was acknowledged, understood, and brought to life. The team took bits and pieces from several different inspiration photos along with a concept that I had in my head, and created the perfect ring. We love it! At some point we will be back to create a wedding band to fit the engagement ring perfectly! Thank you all so much for a terrific experience!”
