“I came across CustomMade after googling, “best personalized ring designers.” The internet was correct with its top result. The experience working with Janine -and a couple of other representatives- was ideal in every sense of the word. I experienced patience, encouragement, understanding, and space to actualize my ideas into a design. The engagement was so perfect, I legitimately started to wonder if I was working with AI!? They asked all the right questions. Offered all the most appropriate follow-up. The experience was delivered so genuinely. Really made me start to wonder? But no! I had simply wondered into the kind of human to human experience, that is now seldomly found in business. The ring is as I envisioned. The first ring I ordered was a trial run, before ordering matching signet rings for the full family. I will now be ordering the others!”

“Everything about working with custom mad was easy and simple, and the work they provided was fantastic, the ring we built is exactly what we imagined and they kept me within my budget with multiple diamond options. “I don’t usually write reviews—good or bad—because it’s just not something I tend to do. And honestly, who cares what I think anyway, right? But they asked, and I love my ring so much that I was happy to oblige. Custom Made was incredibly easy to work with. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable without ever being overly pushy from a sales standpoint, and they were always responsive to my questions and design changes. The quality of the final product is exceptional. It is exactly what I wanted and imagined, and the workmanship is outstanding. I’m very grateful and absolutely love my ring.”

“I had an awesome and exciting time designing my wedding band. The designers were easy to liase with and willing to make as many tweaks as requested, alongside making useful suggestions. The team were transparent about cost throughout and the process was quicker than I expected. I love how unique my piece is, and that it fits perfectly around my engagement ring which was also designed through custom made. The detail is intricate and the emeralds were custom cut making it that extra bit special. While it is an expensive process, i definitely couldn't buy these pieces in a shop, it is quite the eye catching set! I have been obsessed with them both.”

“Very good and fast. Any questions are answered quickly and they worked very closely to make my idea a reality, even with a change of direction mid way through. The bridal set I worked on with them and have received is beautiful and well worth the time and money invested in them. Will consider using them again for other projects.”
