“I have nothing but good things to say about CustomMade. I started my fiancés ring back in 2023. The 3D models looked amazing and I paid the 100$ deposit. I had some family problems that left me in not so good of a financial situation. I wasn’t able to put the half down for over 2 years. We were able to pick up right where I left off and got it made. It was an intricate design so I was a little worried but once I saw it in person it blew me away. They really nailed this ring. It looks exactly like the 3D model. The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced as well. They worked with me on every change I wanted to make woth no questions asked. I would highly recommend anyone use CustomMade to have their ring made.”

“I contacted CustomMade and wanted to design a signet ring. Although I had the majority of the design already formulated, CustomMade was able to encapsulated my design and make it into one of the most beautiful and jaw-dropping rings I have and will likely ever have in my life. Specifically, CustomMade was able to put into my ring sisphyus, lady justice, my name, and other significant descriptions that I requested into the piece. I will not only continue to recommend CustomMade for their work but will continue to have them service my Signet ring to ensure it remains in good quality and care.”

“My experience at CustomMade was wonderful. Going into something with no insight or no guidance was stressing me out for the longest time. I went from store to store wanting to gain knowledge about what I should be looking for and I walked out empty handed. Until I came across CustomMade. “I inquired for a custom ring and was met with exceptional customer service. Emily helped me in deciding the perfect ring material and the crew took all my references to create the perfect custom ring. I also had an unexpected pregnancy after the inquiry and had to wait a year before resuming the project. The team kept my references and initial sketch, and kept in touch until I was ready to proceed. Once we started on the project, it was complete in a few weeks and shipped quickly with the most secure packaging. I am also able to send the ring back for cleaning, resizing, and I have warranty if the gem falls out. Couldn’t ask for a better team to handle my custom ring order. I’m exceptionally happy with my purchase and hope to use CustomMade again in the future.”

“I have been so excited to leave this review, but fair warning! It’s going to be a long one! I first turned to custommade because my partner and I wanted to both propose to one another, so I needed to get him a ring. We spent months looking at all kinds of rings out there, but he always felt that the rings we saw were either too feminine, or too boring for his tastes. (Like a band with a single diamond set in it) So, we found custommade to start making the perfect ring for him! Custommade felt too good to be true, creating a ring designed to our exact tastes while also being in budget? I was sceptical, until Madison was assigned on to my ring project. She was immediately great, so knowledgeable, compassionate, and had such a great attention to the detail of the ring! My partner and I weren’t sure what exactly we wanted in a ring, but we knew we would know when we saw it. And from the first sketch, we saw it. We made a few minor adjustments to the sketch, but it was mostly perfect right from the beginning, and moved on to the next phase of creation. The whole time, Madison answered every question I had so thoughtfully, and gave me space to think over designs and budgets before committing to anything. I never felt pressured, and it felt like anything I wanted was in the realm of possibilities, and could stay within my budget if we went about it right. I got excited every time I got an email alerting me that I had an update or new message to read, every step of the way was amazing! And then, the ring was here! It was beautiful, the proposal went amazingly. (he said yes!) We were just so over the moon. But less than 48 hours later, an accent stone fell out. I was heartbroken, I spent so much money and time creating this ring, how could a stone fall out? I messaged custommade and I was angry, I won’t try to deny that. But yet again, Madison was kind and understanding, and offered me solutions to rectify the situation. And I think that’s what reflects more on a business than anything else. Sure, a stone fell out, but custommade went above and beyond. They took the ring and went back to the drawing board, added some prongs for better security, but… I didn’t like this ring as much, it felt cluttered. So Madison and her team said “no problem!” And changed some prongs to bezel setting, and some other prongs to claw prongs, and WOW this ring is even better than before!! That’s what I really think makes custommade BETTER than any other custom ring creators out there. They care, truly, and want you to have a ring that’s perfect for you. And if there are hiccups along the way, they take accountability and FIX it. You won’t find that kind of service anywhere else! If you’re on the fence about putting your trust into custommade, I really encourage you to do it. And we will be returning here down the line for wedding bands!”
