I had a really good experience designing an engagement ring and wedding band with Custom Made. All of the staff throughout the process were very responsive, helpful, and patient. I asked a lot of questions and got really timely responses. They were also really focused on making sure they got the designs where I wanted them to be. I'm glad I stumbled upon their website.
